Labranda Suites Costa Adeje is lauded for its pristine amenities, including modern rooms, multiple pools, and a rooftop bar boasting impressive views. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel offers easy access to beaches and local attractions. While the rooms are spacious and well-fitted, some guests have reported maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Detailed Reviews
Me and my friend have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Labranda Suites and what a fabulous time we both had. When you first enter the hotel there is two distinct check-in areas, one for the adults only side of the hotel and the other for families.
We stayed in an adults only suite and we were super impressed with the room, it was modern, spacious and decorated to an excellent standard with ample storage. The housekeeping team visited everyday, cleaning the room to an excellent standard. There are tea and coffee making facilities (kettle and Nespresso style machine) in the room and a small fridge which is topped up daily with a bottle of still water.
The walk-in shower is excellent, with a large rainfall style shower head - I could have stood under it for hours!
I rarely stay all inclusive when I holiday but for an additional £60 I couldn't say no. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel everyday and there was a good range of foods from salads to pizza, croissants to pancakes and everything in between. There was also a good selection of drinks, including lager (Amstel), coffee's, Pepsi, ice tea, wine and more. For the price I think the all inclusive was excellent and this is coming from someone who prefers to eat out when on holiday.
The hotel is in an excellent location, with the beach front being only a short walk away that's packed with bars, cafes and restaurants. We didn't venture too far but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel so that's massively convenient if you're planning on going further afield.
The pool areas is lovely, very clean and tidy with a good number of sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is a decent size and has a lifeguard on duty throughout the day.
I'd definitely recommend paying a visit to the rooftop bar as well, the drinks there aren't included in the all inclusive deal but the view is spectacular and it's a lovely area just to chill out and unwind.
I'd definitely recommend Labranda suites to friends and family and I'd go back in the future.

We stayed in the adults only area of the hotel. It was nice and peaceful round the pool and could always get a sunbed. The bar was always quiet and had an all inclusive menu that you could scan to get for drinks etc. We found the cocktails were stronger in the evening than through the day, not sure if it's coincidence or they did it on purpose to stop people getting too drunk around the pool haha. But they were nice enough!
The rooms are stunning and spacious, you can rent a safe for €17 a week, unfortunately ours was broken but we didn't bother to ask for a new one, we just hid our money and passports etc. The rooms are cleaned every day, new bedding, towels, water in the fridge and coffee machine and tea making facilities but you do have to go to the restaurant to get milk or buy your own from a shop.
The staff were lovely, animation team went round everyday to see if we wanted to take part in the activities but never pressured you to try it if you said no which was good for me.
The food was good at first, but as other reviews state it does get a bit repetitive. They do have plenty of different dishes each night if you're not fussy like us, lots of fish, freshly cooked meat in front of you, fresh pancakes and eggs in the morning, plenty of fruits and breads and pastries too. The smoothies were lovely! We stayed for a week and probably chose to eat out for dinner and tea 3 times, but we already planned to do that before we got there as it was my first time in Tenerife so I wanted to try a few places out.
My only real issue, which might not seem like an issue to some, was the entertainment on the adults side. We had quiet music played to us, or a man playing the saxophone while the family side had shows, discos, comedy etc. We wished we'd gone to the other side at the end, which you can do if you're on adults only. I spoke to a lot of people that didn't realise that if you were staying adults only you can still use the family side of you want. People thought we were restricted to using the adult only section but this isn't the case.
There is a rooftop bar on the adults side but we found the drinks to be very expensive in comparison to what you can get at the bars by the beach. A vodka redbull would have cost us €13 each and at the moonlight bar (were they serve extra strong measures of vodka) we were charged €11 for 2 vodka red bulls. Its a beautiful view but that's the only reason we went up there, to take photos.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again but probably go half board instead due to the food selection not being as good as we'd hoped.

Dear Fearless, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always welcome and value the ideas of our guests because with them we can achieve our goal of providing perfect holidays for them. Furthermore, we are sad that we were unable to meet your preferences with our high-quality drinks selection, and fabulous cuisine, our exquisite gastronomy, and our very talented chefs work really hard to provide guests with delicious menus which are both creative and varied on a daily basis and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Rest assured that we will be passing on your helpful comments to the relevant departments for their consideration, and we will take advantage of the improvement opportunities they provide We will, of course, take note of your valuable feedback and will relay it to the appropriate management for their consideration. Again we thank you for this constructive review of our hotel If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, The Deputy Manager.

Just back from Adeje, which was a lovely place. Stayed at Labranda suites for 14 nights and this is an honest review of that stay.
Positives: cleanliness, room size, beds, pool's, space in general was good but under utilised. Looks amazing from the front of house and foyer. Special mention for the work cleaners do, specifically the rooms, towels changed everyday if you wish, bed changed as often as you like and most of the time fresh bottled water and coffee/tea.
Negatives: Food is extremely poor and never 4*!! We were half board and after 2nd night changed dinner to lunch for remainder of stay! Lunch was effectively dinner just earlier. Staff cleaning in restaurant worked very hard but service staff were unfriendly and not really nice. I asked for HP brown sauce in day 10 and was told none? There was none at day 14 either! NOT 4*😡
Also please be aware charged 5.6euro for 2 bottles of water first night and then 5.8euro fir two soda stream drinks the following night.
We will go back to Adeje, however NOT Labranda Suites!
Which in reality is a shame as it is nice, if you can just go eat elsewhere.
We are out for 12 nights and only had 1 average meal the rest were great and plenty of choices near hotel.
So be warned, if you can eat Luke Warm poor quality food then this is the place for you. If not then look for accommodation else where.

Recently stayed here for a week of all inclusive sunshine.
The hotel is supposed to be a 4 star, but a few things let it down.
The all inc restaurant: very repetitive food, one of us is veggie and options were restricted to cheese, salad, bread. There was pizza which was nice, but you don’t want to eat the same food for lunch and dinner.
The all inc drinks were very limited. We requested to buy a bottle of wine on our first night, the waitress just kept shouting at us telling us we had to use the self serve on-tap drinks. I tried to explain we wanted to buy a bottle from the wine list, she continued to point at the all inc wrist band, but eventually another waiter came over and we were eventually allowed to buy a bottle for €42, which was awful. We ended up eating out twice for breakfast, 5 times for lunch and 5 times for dinner. We never asked for the remaining wine!
Rose wine, red wine, white wine and beer are available on-tap at meal times. Plus soft drinks and coffee/tea.
Another evening we asked for a bottle of Heineken at the bar in the entertainment area, but had to pay either €3 or €4 for it. The cava wasn’t very good either unfortunately but this was all inc at least.
We stayed in an Adults room, which was nice. Plenty of space, but no drawers in the bedroom for storage, but there were shelves. Once we mastered the air con, the room was a comfortable temp. There is a kettle, which was a nice surprise and the room had an iron and mini ironing board.
Pool towels are provided, although they are quite small, either your legs or head/shoulders are on the plastic of the sun bed. The bath towels were also quite small, but they did the job.
This hotel just didn’t seem to hit the 4 star standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed at, but it does have potential.
There was maintenance work taking place on three days when we were sat by the pool. Appreciate that maintenance has to be carried out but we were told at check in that the hotel was only finished being re-furbed 5 months ago. Maybe we were just unlucky on the days we used the pool area.
There is a lovely roof top terrace/champagne bar. However, all drinks must be paid for at this bar, which is Adults only.
There are Bali beds on the rooftop bar at a charge of €50 per day. The surface gets extremely hot on the beds, so an additional towel might be required!
The hotel is in a good location, close to Del Duque shopping centre and a short walk down to the beach front which has plenty of bars and restaurants and various shops.
We didn’t get the benefit of the all inc price we paid which was disappointing.

I am currently staying at the Labranda and just read the last two reviews which I couldn’t agree more with. We are a party of 3, my husband and eight year old daughter. We regularly enjoy sunny holidays in 4 star hotels and I’d assess this hotel as trying to be 4 star but it’s only a 3 star, pretty average.
The positives, great location, the rooms are really practical, modern and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s lovely staying in a recently modernised hotel but it’s just a little bit underwhelming when you look at the photos and then arrive. I must agree with the previous couple of reviews ref the AL options and the difference between treatment in the adult and family sides.
For me the areas that really need attention is the luke warm food, dirty counters from people slopping food around and lack of refilling food in the restaurant. We also had to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water for my daughter last night as most of the fizzy juice machines lack any syrup and just dispense fizzy water.
However my biggest bug bear is the joke of a situation around the pool. We went down to the pool on our first day at 10am and couldn’t get a sunbed due to people reserving them with their towels. The following morning I had to get up at 7.30am to put a towel on a bed, something I detest people doing but I couldn’t disappoint my little girl again. Yes there is a second pool but it’s absolutely freezing, there is no pool bar for refreshments and it’s noisy.
I’m so sorry to write these comments as it’s a refurbished hotel but feel people booking need to be aware of the reality. As previous reviewers have commented it could easily be massively improved. Why should people staying on the family side not be entitled to the same facilities as the adult side when we all pay for the same holiday?

Best part of the hotel is the hair dryer! (It’s a real one and not from 1970’s!) clean towels and made beds everyday, generally quite a clean hotel!
Rude reception staff, they treat you like crap if you are part of the ‘family’ area rather than the adult only area which they did not agree with. Reception manager has no people skills in the slightest! You will not get to keep your room if you have a late flight so not worth asking and can only book a shower room at midday when you check out!
Food is very average and samey but always found something to eat. Staff in the food areas are lovely and helpful although when telling one waiter that there was no glasses he told me in not so many words it wasn’t his problem and he was only collecting plates so speak to the boss!
Bar area - good variety but not very strong alcohol. Not enough staff. There is one bar that hasn’t been open at all which is unhelpful as it’s right next to one of the pools and a really nice chilled area.
Entertainment is awful but they do work hard! We loved Alfonzo but apparently he was sacked!
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the money and there are other places in Tenerife that are better quality!

Stayed here at the Labranda Suites Costa Adeje for the first 2 weeks of August 22 as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 15 & 18. First of all DO NOT believe all the negative reviews of this hotel particularly regarding the food as they are not true! Having stayed at many all inclusive 4 star rated hotels for the past 10 years this one rated amongst the best in many ways.
It’s not perfect but how many are, however freshly cooked meats including chicken breast, duck, pork, lamb and even tuna steaks available each day at lunch and evenings, loads of salads, cheeses, sauces, rices always available. There were a few themed nights too, Chinese one was very good! The breakfasts were excellent, the only thing missing was decent sausages!
The hotel itself is spotless and it’s impressive reception area grabs you when you arrive, we had no problems with any staff always pleasant, well mannered and happy to help, in particular Patricia who works so hard at the family pool bar and evening bar, was great to talk to and very helpful with knowledge of the local area, she’s a credit to the hotel.
The room we had was spacious, again spotless and cleaned every single day with towels and bottled water also replaced daily. One negative was the location of our room as it overlooked a service road and must have been above one of the kitchens as the staff seemed to congregate below on their breaks and their cigarette smoke filled our balcony and room when that happened which wasn’t welcome.
You had to be up with towels down by 7:30am at the family pool otherwise no sun beds remained, the adult pool always had many beds available but no good for us as we had a child under 18 so we made the daily effort and got our towels down. It’s very lively at the family pool and full of inflatables when the lifeguard permits them which seems to change on a daily basis.
The beer and soft drinks around the pool are self service or you can choose to be served at the bar if you want shorts, cocktails or vodka slush! The draft beer here is Amstel and Heineken for all inclusive customers and it was decent.
The gym is very small and has a basic set of machines dum bells and one bench but was adequate enough to keep you ticking over whilst away.
The location of the hotel is good as it’s less than a 10 minute walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants it’s also on the border of El Duque which is full of 5 star hotels, designer shops and nice restaurants, the beach there is worth a visit too, golden sand!
One final point is the stunning views from the roof top bar, it’s not to be missed as you can see right across Adeje and the sunsets are superb. No all inclusive up there and the drinks are expensive but worth it for the views and sunsets.
Overall a great stay and I’d recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an all inclusive stay in Costa Adeje at a good level of hotel.

+1
Hotel it’s self was nice, rooms are very up-to date, hair driers that worked, iron and ironing board too, coffee machine wasn’t the best and no milk so black coffee and black tea only unless you took milk from the restaurant in a bowl. Bottles of water provided in the room, Clean towels every day. Pool areas very nice and clean, pool bars serviced cocktails from a machine, if you wished for anything other than local spirt this had to paid for, as we were all inclusive you’d think it would be all in, snacks at the pool side were awful soggy bread with bit of salad and a blob of tuna, entertainment was ok, hotel could consider having heaters at night for outside entertainment during March as it was a bit nippy at night. Restaurant breakfast, lunch and evening meal were awful, hot food which was cold was a big issue, not enough variety and same choice most meal times, we ended up eating out 5 out 7 nights, staff were very nice when we spoke to them and helpful. Hotel located in a nice area not to far from the beaches or the main pubs and restaurants.

This was a great experience , first time we have ever done AI as normally rent villas.
The staff were friendly helpful and hard working.
From the minute we checked in until we checked out.
We arrived late after a delay and they had a picnic snack waiting for us. Our room was on the 1st floor in the adults only section and had a private terrace that led out to the pool area, best location IMO room 110a . The room was modern, spacious and clean. Infact it was cleaned every day.
The AI package was great as was the huge choice of food at all sittings and the snacks at the pool bar area were fab.
There were loads of sun loungers, bali beds, bean bags, seating areas. The same as nearly every hotel pool area people put their towels on beds about 8am. We still managed to always get somewhere. The Bali beds and circular loungers are waterproof faux leather material and get really hot in the sun, a well placed parasol helps keep it cool or at least 3 towels. These are the comfiest loungers though.
Rooftop Champagne Bar had Bali beds and sitting areas too, no pool and if you love the heat is a sunbathers dream. Its very peaceful but very very hot. No bar during the day up there. In the evening you pay for all drinks up there. Lovely frozen cocktails though.
Not a huge choice of cocktails on the AI package maybe about 5 but nice just the same. Be aware that the orange juice they provide is diluting orange not fresh squeezed orange.
Food was lovely with an array of choice always something to eat even if fussy. The restaurants were always kept clean, staff were always busy clearing away, filling up, cooking fresh. We were very impressed.
Love children but mine are adults now so it was fantastic having the adults only areas to eat and relax, huge bonus for us.
We will definitely be returning hopefully in November with our grown up family.
Thank you Labranda Suites staff.

I am currently staying at the hotel and had booked the all inclusive option with family.
I had read the food reviews previously and had went with an open mind. I have been disappointed with the standard and quality of food provided.
I have stayed at many all inclusive hotels and would say this is the poorest for food I have experienced. The food is cold, repetitive and lacking in any culinary finesse. It also gave me some concern in relation to food safety controls. Limited heat lamp to keep food at an adequate temp.
The family section had the same food as the adult section except for the addition of chicken nuggets, burgers and hot dogs , I would not let my children eat any of this food as it was over cooked and cold. The family section is also located under the toilet facilities and there is a fowl smell at the drinks area in the family section.
The food highlight so far has been the sandwiches in the snack bar. ( please note - this is a small fridge in the adult only area )
The pool areas and rooms are maintained to a high standard. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would ask that the hotel holds a stalk of face masks that can be purchased or given away free. If you did not have your mask you could not enter the dining areas.
I will not be retuning until the food menu has undergone a review. I have also informed friends and family who had been planning to stay.

Yes you can swap dinner for lunch.
Adults can use the rooftop bar but When we were there in May it did not open until 4pm.
