Just back from 10 nights stay at the Togoro family hotel. Absolutely first class all round. This is our second stay at the hotel after our first visit four years ago. Our welcome was first class, the receptionist was very friendly and welcomed us into the hotel. Once we got our room key we found a nice bottle of champagne in our room. Nice touch. The room was clean and fit for purpose, we travelled with two adults and two children aged 13 & 17. Sorry to leave the hotel as we enjoyed it so much. Food, drink and staff were first class. The staff work non stop from early morning to late at night to make your stay enjoyable. They don't get enough praise. Rooms cleaned every day, food all day and bar staff work very hard. No scramble for sunbeds either, which was great, we went down at 8:30 am and sat around the pool. Pool had a great vibe all through the day. Can't recommend the hotel enough. Don't let bad reviews put you off. This is a first class hotel and is centrally located for fanabe restaurants and Siam park. Thanks again for our enjoyable stay.

From start to finish it has been fantastic. The food delicious main course cooked to order nothing too much trouble, top marks to the chef's thanks so much. The server's and waiter's always happy to help and very friendly with a smile on their faces. Hygiene 100% all around the pool area is cleaned every morning the cleaners do a fantastic job. I like the wooden floor less chance of slipping, throughout the day any litter left the waiters pick them up lots of litters bins around as well. The bartenders always happy to serve the drinks never have to wait long. The staff that work on reception very helpful will always give you good information. We had a lovely room with a lounge and large bathroom. The entertainment team what can I say they are all amazing they work so hard and are all very friendly. The top show we watched was beauty and the beast top class. The kids club and show was really fun the entertainment team would come and chat if you wanted and would involve everyone who wanted to be involved and remember your names.

Customer service at its best. You could not fault anything. A big mention to Alberto the omelette maker who was so passionate at what he did and Tatianna on reception who was helpful professional and remembered details of individuals. There are a lot of children as its a family resort and at times that could be quite noisy. The food was not always piping hot and did become a little monotonous after a few days. The standard room was more like a suite and could have slept 4. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the rooms spotless and prestine each day. There was quite a lot of noise between the rooms and from above so choose a room on a higher floor if you wish to avoid this. The resort is located about 20 minutes walk from the beach but there is a curtesy bus on the hour to take you and bring you back. They have a curtesy room to freshen up that you can use if your flight back is after check out. Would definitely recommend to families with children.

Before flying here I was constantly checking to see if there were updated reviews about what Tenerife and this hotel would be like during this challenging time. Thought I'd pop a quick review here in case any other travellers need reassurance. We flew with Jet 2 and this was great. Flight was pretty empty with only 70 people on it. The airport was a breeze as there were so few people around. Yes, it's a bit annoying having to wear a mask on the flight but you can take it off when you eat and drink. Make sure you complete the Spanish visitor forms online before you fly. If you have this on your phone as a QR code or printed out on paper then you get ushered to the front of the queue to get out the airport quicker!
In Tenerife at the moment you only have to wear a mask indoors or outdoors if you can't maintain 1.5m social distance. At the resort they are strict about wearing your mask in the restaurant. But as soon as you've collected your food from the buffet and sat down, then you can take your mask off.
The set up of this hotel is perfect for social distancing. Each room has it's own entrance outdoors which is much easier than a high rise type building where you have to wear a mask as soon as you leave your room.
If you can afford it, the rooms on the top floor with jacuzzis and large balconies are amazing. We initially requested a premium family room and were disappointed. All the premium family rooms are in the same corridor which overlooks a fence and a car park. The room we were given was dark, dingy and musty smelling as it was virtually in the basement. Avoid these if your kids like to play in the sunshine or if you prefer light airy rooms. Thank goodness the reception staff were super accommodating and moved us to a better room (at an upgrade cost!)
Food is good and managed well considering the difficulties of buffet style eating at the moment. Staff disinfect tables and chairs as soon as diners leave. The pool bar is only serving drinks at the moment but you can get snacky food in the restaurant very easily as they've extended the meal times hugely to allow for this. It's still a pain though as it would be easier to grab things from the pool bar during the day - especially for kids. I feel they could improve this by making mini takeaway boxes of pizza, chicken nuggets and chips for kids to collect outside. But, that said,the staff are seriously working hard to keep everything ticking along and they probably just don't have the capacity to make this an option at the moment.
Kids club is currently shut - again, I feel they could have set up a little shaded area for kids outdoors and done little art / craft activities. Disappointing as we specifically booked this hotel as they took from 3 years old in the kids club.

I have just returned from a 10 night stay at Tagoro with my partner & little boy (who’s nearly 2) plus friends who also had children. We arrived late tea time and was greated by two very welcoming receptionist who explained everything to us regarding Face masks & showed us to our rooms that was next door to each other. The rooms was very clean, tidy and very spacious we just booked the standard rooms and they provided a travel cot for my little boy that was already set up! We dropped our bags and went straight to the restaurant for tea as it was getting late and we was all tired and hungry, my little boy was very pleased to see pizza and chips was on the menu & a very large variety of food including fresh fruit, salad, chicken, steak, Chinese, fish anything you could possible want. The pools where really good but spent most time round the bigger pools as they was warmer we found the children’s pool with the slide rather cold but that didn’t bother us our children seem to prefer the bigger pools. The walk down to the beach front was about 10/15 mins max depends how fast/slow you are walking but I wouldn’t recommend walking back jump in a taxi it’s about €5/6 plenty of shops, bars and restaurants that was all open and the ‘Winchester’ Is perfect if you fancy some home pub grub we ate there once as it was someone’s birthday from our group on holiday. By the end of the 10 days the food did get abit repetitive but we did expect that with all inclusive but we tried to mix it up a little bit with missing dinner and having the snacks instead but there is always something for everything. Entertainment day and night it’s very good with things in the pool, wii games in the bar & mini disco was a massive hit!!! .. also the entertainment on a night is fab we got to watch lion king which was amazing & the magic act is really good. We are already talking about returning in 2022 & we can’t wait! Perfect hotel for children & adults, really good location when your all inclusive and don’t need to be eating out constantly and there’s a super market just across the road for anything you do need we used it a lot for bottled water & snacks for the room like crisps and bits. Overall we had an amazing stay and was very sad to leave We can’t wait to return! Xx

We have just returned from an amazing 10day break to tagoro and the first thing I want to say is see you soon! We absolutely loved this hotel, don’t get me wrong nothing is perfect and there were some issues but what hotel doesn’t? The food was excellent, the hotel was modern and clean. The staff (especially the entertainment staff) went above and beyond to make sure their guests have the best experience. My only qualm was our room upgrade, we paid an extra fee for a premium family room which was beautiful and spacious, however our WiFi was poor and the telly didn’t work very well. We have a young child and had to go to bed early some nights so for us this was an issue. Also our jacuzzi, was cold! I must say though it’s nothing to do with tagoro... they have health and safety regulations to follow and are only allowed the temp of 32 which was too cool to use sometimes.
A brilliant hotel for families and I don’t think we will be staying anywhere else in future, can’t wait to book our next trip!!!
Again I honestly can’t fault the entertainment staff they were all wonderful and made us feel welcome, thank you so much will see you again!

We are just back from Tagoro family & fun. We were first timers and also first time doing all Inclusive so conscious I don’t have a basis of comparison. Lots of food options and as others have said breakfast in particular is fantastic and the omelette station is great. Coffee is from a machine, juices, fizzy drinks, water available at breakfast & beer, wine water, fizzy drinks from dispensers @ meals. The bar has cava, beer, cocktails, local spirits, one type of white red or rose wine, think you can get sangria too. You can buy a bottle of cava too at a cost. Our room was lovely (superior premium with hot tub) although my parents standard room was also nice, similar size room and they had a large outdoor terrace. I would have been very happy with it too. There is an indoor playroom for kids but not any activities on so they would pop in for 20 minutes or so here or there. There’s also a small playground, games room, pool table, table tennis and air hockey table near the splash pool area. Staff are really fantastic and the hotel is so clean, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere home or abroad that I seen cleaned so much throughout the day and the room was cleaned every morning, fresh towels etc. We ate out a couple of nights for a change. Local beach area is lovely for a walk, (although walking across busy roads) a drink or lunch and we did the jungle park and a boat trip as day trips out, all great although sea was choppy and lots were feeling sick. The kids loved the mini disco at night and my older girl (5) was mesmerised by the evening shows. I did prefer when the indoor bar was open, it can be chilly at night and you have to watch the kids like a hawk by the pool. All in all a brilliant week enjoyed by all. Would 100% return. My only small gripe was, I wasn’t keen on the wine but the Cocktails were nice, beer was ok and you can order a la carte bottles of wine (you pay) if you wish. The staff are really the making of Tagoro and it’s perfectly suited & safe for young families.

Stayed in this hotel wit family 10 nights, for second time. Last time we were here was 2019. We thought it won’t be that great as a first time, but it was even better. We felt very comfortable and welcomed in this place. Rooms are big spacious and absolutely spotless. After every housekeeper cleaning you have a feeling that you just arrived and the room is shiny and nice smelling. Food is good, should be bit better but you will always find something for your meal. Entertainment is just perfect. You can see how the animators like their job and the take care of people and keep them busy. Location is good, 5-10mins away from all the parks you want to see. Beach is about 7-8min walk downhill, taxi back to hotel is €5 if you don’t want to walk back up. Another thing we loved in this hotel was the kids club which was on everyday, our daughter just loved it. Overall i highly recommend this place .

Booked not knowing 2hat to expect. Weather was in high 20s - this hotel is fantastic. Every member of staff, cleaning staff, maintenance, animation, waiters and reception are so friendly and attentive. Our kids are 9 and 10 and they just wanted to be with the animations team all week. Food very good plenty of choices activities throughout the day. The effort and dedication to new years eve was second to none and is a credit to all the staff at the hotel. Will definitively be back and reccomend.

It was lovely being back. My wife and I stayed for a week in a Premium Superior room with a hot tub. We had a wonderful welcome from the reception staff. Because of my wife’s disability we were offered a choice of two rooms, so her needs could be fully taken into account. Some one helped us with our luggage to our room. First class service expected at a 5 star hotel. A day into our stay someone checked that we had everything we wanted. We spent most of our time in and around the hotel. It was hot so we sought the shade. There were plenty of sun beds and parasols available all day. There was activities for children throughout the day, both in the main pool and the dedicated children’s play pool. There was also an indoor childrens’ club. Evening entertainment consisted of early entertainment for children followed by wonderful entertainment for all the family. The Lion King, Mama Mia and magician were exceptional. The food was very good with a wide choice to suit all tastes, diets and ages. The buffet was regularly replenished consisting of hot and cold dishes. There were a number of show cooking ranging from meat and fish dishes, to past, Chinese and Indian food and roast meats. The restaurant was open most of the day, with snacks available in between main meals. The poolside bar was open from 11 to 11. Housekeeping attended every day. Towels were replaced when required and bedding changed every couple of days. They were always friendly and polite. Outside staff made sure sunbeds and sunbathing areas were thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. We felt very safe. This is a fantastic hotel for families of all ages. There were a number of three generations. Children particularly enjoyed themselves and only cried when they were tired from a full day. We will be back.

It is away from the centre of the resort, just off a motorway junction.
It’s a 15/20 minute down hill walk into town and a little further to the nearest beach. Perhaps a taxi back. There are tourist shops, bars and restaurants on the way.
There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket, local shops and cinema next door. A Burger King opposite the hotel.
There is a free daily bus into the resort and a local bus stop outside reception.
There is so much going on in the hotel, with daily activities and one of the best evening entertainment programs I have seen.
There are more places to choose from in the Costa Adeje area.
