The H10 Costa Adeje Palace garners praise for its prime location with easy beach access and the cleanliness of its facilities, though the rooms are often described as clean yet in need of an update. While the variety of pools and entertainment, including a popular piano bar, are highlights, guests have called out unexpected charges for basics like towels and safes. Opinions on service vary, with commendations for staff friendliness contrasted by reports of slow or rude service. Travelers also note additional costs, questioning the overall value of their stay.

Lovely food with great attentive and friendly service. Our family booked as part of our all-inclusive and we weren’t expecting such a high standard and quality of service or food. The staff gave us recommendations and explanations of the dishes which were excellent. Muchos gracias!!

Stayed 2 weeks Nov/Dec 2019 weather lovely around 24'-26' most days few clouds.
Location of Hotel is Fantastic, good transfer from airport approx 40 mins, guess it depends on amount of other hotel drops we had transfers included in holiday package. Very friendly, efficient staff, quickly checked us in giving us full details of the Hotel,
Our room, 3rd floor, a little dissapointed with the wardrobe and draw space but we managed, the bed large and very comfortable, nice clean bed linen and towels, superb shower, good bathroom, room spacious and although well used it was clean, the balcony was large and had a lovely side sea view and most days we watched paragliders coming down very close but we were above the Kitchen/Delivery entrance so a little noisy due to vans, lorries, and staff standing smoking and chatting although we do accept that deliverys must be made and staff need thier breaks for us to have our holiday but the smoking was unpleasant so we at times didnt use our balcony as much as we would have liked to. Hotel grounds large and well maintained lovely to lie on the comfortable sun loungers, which we never had a problem finding one, although there does seem to be a policy that sun beds are not to be reserved??? some guests would put thier towels down early morning and dissapear until after lunch?? the pools are good and the largest one good for swimming but cold, towels are provided and changed when you want to change them, the Location is Fantastic its quiet with few eateries, shops and beach bar, leaving from either the front or back of hotel it took us about 20mins to walk to the more lively Adeje, there are many lovey places to sit and enjoy the scenery. Hotel is Large the Dining room very spacious with ample room between tables, Breakfast good lots of choice great selection of fresh fruit, hot and cold buffet food with nice coffee, Dinner from 18:30 always busy it seemed to ease off around 19:30, Salads, cold meats, hot cooked food, meats and fish, the usual fare, even the fussy would find something to eat although we did find the vegetables very overcooked and watery but thats just our taste we like crunchy veg, there were lots of potato dishes which were ok and the desserts were very good. All the staff throughout our holiday were very friendly and hard working, we enjoyed our holiday

For the record I have 6 hours before I leave the hotel but I felt it was only right to write my review now.
The staff from reception, restaurant and bar could not have been nicer and helpful. Anything we asked for was sorted with no issue.
The rooms were spotless and the toiletries were top notch (nail varnish remover, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc).

Food and drink were very good. Omelettes, fish, meat, smoothies etc made to order.

Location is excellent you are right on the beach and can walk for miles on a very safe and pleasant walkway.

Honestly I can’t fault the staff and hotel.

Thank you I will be back again!!!!

We stayed for a week, July 26 through August 2nd, and had a very pleasant vacation.
From the moment we walked in, we noticed everyone was doing their best to make us feel welcome. At the check in desk, they really took the time to explain every little detail about how everything worked, as we now had to book all the meals and services through their app. Before we finalized the whole check in process, they took our temperature to make sure everyone was well. When we finally went up to our rooms, we found everything to be very clean and in perfect order, the rooms were bright and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and all the necessary amenities and toiletries were readily available.
We found the grounds were very well taken care of, with lots of beautiful diverse plants everywhere, and the animals living there, like cats, ducks, turtles, fish, birds, were a delightful touch of exotic presence that never disturbed anyone, and provided us with lots of photo opportunities :-)
As per the restaurant, the buffet was very appealing to the eyes, with a great variety of delicious choices at every meal.
Everyone had to disinfect their hands at the door, wear a face mask whenever they were not sitting at the table, and there were disinfectant gel bottles at the end of each of the counters.
The personnel was professional and courteous, and we never felt threatened or overwhelmed by the present circumstances of this pandemic.
Tip of the hat to the entertainment team, very warm, smiley, and funny, be it at Aqua Gym sessions, at the cocktail parties, or the evening shows, always trying their best to make us feel good!
The different pools were clean, we never lacked sunbeds or umbrellas, and people were respecting the distancing security measures, and wearing face masks whenever necessary.
It's now been 2 weeks since we left, and I'm glad to announce that no one in our party of 5 got sick, during or after we left.
I have stayed in many different hotels all over the world, and I will gladly go back and won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

On arrival we checked in to the hotel in what must be the most cavernous reception we have ever been. The ceiling was so high it must have its own microclimate. We paid extra for the Privilege club which gives you access to a private lounge with free drinks, an upgraded room and a private pool area with more comfortable beds, an infinity pool and dedicated pool bar. You could also dine in the La Tosca restaurant instead of the buffet.
We naturally expected this upgraded room to be special and were surprised when we discovered there was no bath, just a nice walk in shower. The room decor was rather tired and dated. Being a side room, there was little natural light, so it was quite gloomy.
As we had paid for half board we could dine in La Tosca in the evening. The food was good, but the menu seemed to have been translated from Spanish to Spanglish. As already mentioned, we had breakfast in this restaurant. We did try the buffet but were not impressed. Neither of us like a huge buffet restaurant and this one was massive.
Lunch was available from the main pool bar and not the Privilege bar which only served drinks. The hotel incorrectly informed us by email that all our drinks would be free at the Privilege pool bar. The Privilege lounge was comfortable, with a self-serve bar. It did lack a decent whisky and there was no gin at all. James Bond would have been happy as it was well stocked with Martini. Coffee was from a large Nespresso machine.
New Year’s Eve was a bit weird. For some reason the hotel had decided that it would be a good idea to use The Titanic as their party theme. Maybe they never saw the end of the film. They had also constructed a small mock-up of a ship that served as a gin and champagne bar. It did look like a year five school project. We dined in La Tosca for new Years Eve celebration dinner. To accompany our meal a pianist played. Or rather she tried to compete with the disco outside on the terrace. The result was a cacophony of noise which was a shame.
The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful even if they didn’t understand very much English. Overall the food in La Tosca and the pool bar was good, but not outstanding. Eventually we gave up and ate in Jade Stone, a restaurant across the road, which was fantastic.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel with Jet2 holidays flying from Edinburgh, as our bathroom and kitchen were being renovated in our absence did a late booking for 10days and it was a treat. Lovely room overlooking the pool, very busy Hotel, meals were very good with an excellent choice of local and worldwide dishes, loved the housekeeping team, a very cheery bunch and nothing was a problem to them, 18 to 20c most days got a wee bit cooler in the wind off the sea late afternoon but compared with 3c and rain at home we enjoyed our stay. Walked to Las Americas most days and we took the free bus trips from the Hotel to there as well. Twilight luggage checkin at Edinburgh and luggage collected at Hotel with Jet2 is wonderful, straight through to security both ways, hate queues , will go back there soon.

We have just returned from two weeks at the Costa Adeje Palace over the christmas and New year period and had a fantastic time.

The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to Duque and La Caleta and 20 mins to Costa Adeje with a small amount of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket opposite hotel.

The room we had was around the pool and was of a reasonable size and standard.

The food in the restaurants and snack bar was of a good standard and service was generally very good (particuarly the small guy who i think was a manager, sorry i didnt get hes name) We did find for a few days before new year the atmosphere between restaurant staff seemed a little tense and rushed which i think was probably the stress of the new year approaching and arrangements. This was apparent with reception staff too.

Christmas day evening entertainment was fantastic. This was our 8th xmas in Tenerife but first time at H10 and was by far the best. The decor was great all around the hotel and in the evening father christmas arrived at the hotel in a car with all the various disney characters in tow.
They put on shows all evening both in the upstairs and downstairs bar which the kids absolutely loved aswell as the chocolate fountain. Father christmas let off wish balloons with the children followed by fireworks and handed out presents to all the children and stayed for the whole evening. A good choice of christmas music for adults to dance to aswell.

The second week the hotel was completely recreated for New years eve to the theme of Titanic, there was a boat constructed around the pool area, ice sculptures in dinner. The entertaine
ment was a mix of opera, dancers, singers, Dj;s and fireworks, again another amazing evening in H10 finishing around 2.30am.

A special mention to the animation team particuarly Adham and Camelie who worked hard all two weeks organising various activities, stretching, cocktail making, aqua aerobics, water polo, spanish lessons, paella making, table tennis, billards, foam party, mini golf etc.
Adham absolutely made my 11 year old daughters holiday she had so much fun and he made so much difference to the enjoyment of her holiday, she was so upset to leave,

This holiday wasn't cheap at all but we hope to return next year.

Stayed on an all inclusive basis first week in November. No problem with the room as it had been fully refurbished. Huge comfortable beds and great bathroom. The pool area is fantastic and although the pool itself is very cold, once you get in you are fine. The infinity pool area is lovely tho small but, because this is warmer, very busy and children were using it when it was adult only. We had no problem with the drinks available on all inclusive - we ordered by the bottle as there were four of us and you got a higher quality this way. The food – unfortunately at times the evening meal was substandard. One evening in particular we all struggled to find something edible. Food was never hot unless you had it cooked to order. We ended up going out twice as couldn’t face the same old offering. We had no problem with breakfast (but omelettes would have improved it greatly) and as we tended to have salad for lunch with fish no complaints there. Covid : you have to wear masks when walking around hotel, pool area and restaurants which we totally agreed with. There are gloves sanitizers and personal tongs to use but sometimes these were empty/not provided. Unfortunately, residents were not reminded if they were not adhering to rules. I watched a table being sanitised by a waiter - table and chair bottom sprayed and wiped but not chair arms!! Staff : Not the friendliest and some more efficient than others. Reception incredibly slow. Hotel was about 30% occupied; would not want to stay there if near to capacity.

We stayed here before corona virus and I wanted to commend the hotel
The service was truly amazing. We had a privilege room and within minutes of raising a minor issue about the TV it was off the wall and replaced with a huge one
A particular mention must go to the Privilege liaison member Haridian... she went above and beyond the call of duty and made the process smooth and friendly
Having previously stayed at the Melia on the west coast the restaurant was so much better at H10
Food selection cleanliness and service were very good and our baby was also a happy bunny!
The pools are clean and 2 outdoor heated one indoor
At this time of year the place is like an old folks home.. and I'm sure the hotel plans of kids slides and a dedicated pool will change the situation so more young families come
Would definitely return and hopefully kids slides will come soon

It would be difficult to find fault with this hotel. It offers the near 5 star luxury that hotels in Dubai offer, but at a fraction of the cost, and without the gold taps you might normally find in the bathroom 😂

The hotel advised me they were running on approximately 40% occupancy, so I may have seen the hotel operating at its best.

Initially getting to the hotel from Tenerife South Airport was SO easy and cheap using the modern and efficient bus service. One change on route was necessary, and the second bus pulled up almost outside the hotel 30 minutes later.

Upon arrival reception was very quite, welcoming and efficient.

A room was allocated to me on the 3rd floor, which offered views across the complex and to the ocean.

The room did lack the opulent of Middle East Hotels, but it was still hard to find fault. It was spacious, with a large veranda with furniture, looking out over the pool and gardens.

I stayed on an all inclusive plan - Which offered as it says, pretty much anything that you might want in the way of food and beverage.

I couldn’t fault the main buffet restaurant, which for ALL meals offered an excellent choice, backed up with service with a smile.

The pool bar offered all drinks that you could ever desire, and for those for whom it’s important, offered top brands in spirits.
Snack food was available pretty much throughout the day.

The pool area is vast, and was never busy. The sun beds are scattered throughout at a great distance from each other.

Immediately behind the hotel, is a pathway/boardwalk which offers the potential of lengthy walks in either direction alongside the waters edge.

All in all, my stay was extremely relaxing, without any issues, and I was bathed in glorious sunshine for the entire 7 days.

It felt so good, I’m booked to return twice before the year is over 😎☀️🇪🇸
