We (my husband, 11tear old son and myself) visited for a weeks break. We arrived at 11pm and checked in very quickly, we had booked all inclusive and were given cards to carry round a show to the staff when we required drinks/snacks etc (bands would have been much better). We had been provided with a late dinner (salad and some fruit) which none of us ate as it did not look very appealing. The hotel itself is lovely, clean in all areas and the rooms are cleaned daily. The food wasn’t great, they have no child friendly options at meal times, therefore we ate out most nights. Snacks are good at the pool bar, and staff are really attentive. There is entertainment in the evenings however our 11 year old was bored as there wasn’t much to do for this age group. The place would benefit from having some games round the pool and dedicated children friendly evening meals. Excursions, definitely visit loro parque, however we visited both Siam park and aqualand and felt aqualand was far better than Siam park. Less crowded, more organised and had an amazing dolphin show

We just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at this resort. The resort was perfect for what we wanted, a family of four looking for a clean, relaxing, all-inclusive resort with a good amount of entertainment and decent food. This resort exceeded our expectations. The resort was extremely clean, the staff were amazing and despite COVID, the entertainment gave us enough to do and enjoy every day. The entertainment staff really made our visit- a huge thank you to Emanuele, Nestor, Ava and Alba who were extremely friendly, remembered us every day and made us feel very welcome. We also particularly enjoyed the option of the pool bar for snacks, lunch and drinks throughout the day. The kids loved the daily sports/activities, we loved the cocktail making and paella lessons, and all of us enjoyed the evening entertainment. I would definitely recommend this resort for a family holiday.

Here is the email Sent to Guest services, which I am still yet to receive a reply for... Good day, As mentioned when visiting your office, I thought it best I email you. We have stayed here for almost 2 weeks(Room 452) and thought there were several items to be addressed before we depart tomorrow. A few things on this list are not coming from someone with no experience, most of the people in our party have worked in hospitality, customer service and I still currently work as a professional chef. We have had some great experiences here with keeping the kids entertained, and the cleaning services have been great, as well as the evening entertainment. Rooms; For a 4 star hotel I have never had such a minimal room. I would like to think a room equipped for 4 people staying all inclusive would have enough space and comforts to accommodate us. Insufficient wardrobe space have forced us to be living out of a suitcase for two weeks, bed so hard it could be made of stone, and after the topper was added, it was left with a big ridge on one side, so after confronting reception about the issue it was suggested that I could upgrade at a cost of 20 euros a night but they couldn’t guarantee any increase in comfort, so what am I paying for? WiFi in general here cuts out constantly and is not fit for function. Knowing I had an interview during my stay the only suggestion was to do it on the 6th floor of a different building where the staff knew there would be signal, this was embarrassing as having to deal with guests walking past constantly and maintenance and cleaning staff making it very difficult to have a Teams Call. If guest have paid a significant amount for a two week all inclusive stay, why cant the fridge be restocked daily with water alone? This would stop me carrying up 4 bottles of water every night from a bar. Not something you should have to do on holiday. No one I know of has ever stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have tea and coffee facilities in the room, or having a iron and ironing board... In a family room designed for 4 people why is there only 2 chairs? Why after asking reception about our tv being in German did it take another guest 10 days to change it into English? Food; Not sure where to begin here... Having indulged in all of your restaurants I can say there needs to be immediate action. Several of our party have been ill whilst staying here. My wife was ill for days after being served Raw prawns at the buffet restaurant, another of our party fell ill after eating at the pool bar and noticed several birds walking on and pecking the food on display which was then served to guests and not discarded. I have witnessed a cook place raw chicken onto a hotplate and then try serving a guest cooked chicken with the same tongs used for the raw chicken?! The issues I have witnessed have caused not me but a very large number of your guests to feel stressed about eating here and immediate action needs to be taken! Did you know that a large number of your all inclusive guests are eating at other establishments as a result. That says it all really... Functions; I understand you need to cater for prebooked parties, but taking away from your other guests at the same time is not acceptable. At 6pm when you are preparing for the bookings you have closed to Pool Bar and Beach bar... Why not keep the beach bar open so that the 150+ guests can still get a drink, or even water for their children, and not have to walk up and down the stairs to level 2 bar... This is not what people want to do on holiday, and when I expressed my unhappiness to a young member of staff he tried to start an argument with me. That said, we have developed a good relationship with many of your staff, particularly your bar staff who do a fantastic job. Laundry; I tried your laundry service for 6 t-shirts and some underwear and was shocked to see a bill for more than 50euros... that’s more than the value of the items washed! When asked when we would like it back we answered ‘as soon as its ready’, it wasn’t 50euros ready!

The Costa Adeje Palace is a great hotel to stay at. I'm writing this review while I am still here to make sure I remember everything to include. We were fortunate enough to be invited for a friend's 40th birthday and joined them and their 8 month old a couple of days after they began their stay. The hotel is obviously undergoing a refurb. My mates room was more modern than ours. Ours had some terracotta tiling which maybe seemed dated but it had a bed and a TV and a decent shower. I was more bothered about what else the hotel had as I didn't plan on spending it all in the room. The bars. The restaurant serves premium alcohol, not your usual local spirits disguised in premium bottles. Estrella lager and whatever spirits you fancy. There's a piano bar in the hotel lobby which is as grand as the piano. Talented pianists to play on an evening. Outside there's a lovely bar near an infinity pool and a further bar near 2 other pools. Whatever you want, they do. All inclusive food is decent, bottle of wine with your meal? No problem. Snacks to order by the pool too free on the all inclusive. Our stay has been really enjoyable with good food drink and company. A special mention to the staff too who are working late and starting early. Great team and a lot of polite people working here. The best all inclusive I've stayed at.

Having been to Costa Adeje with I knew the area well , however much research took place to get the right location and services for us all, Grandson of 15 to son and wife in their early 40 s to us Senior Citizens especially in peak season with hotels very busy. We were very lucky to be able to eat breakfast and dinner outside for the whole holiday so social distancing very good and HB excellent value. Although eating out was excellent value with seafood restaurants in La Caletta fabulous, needed reservation in advance. Entertainment good at hotel in the evening Grandson liked the snooker bar opposite hotel great cocktails. Improvement to main restaurant ventilation given no windows and A/C sometimes seemed low would be my only comment especially if you were not able to get table outside. We enjoyed the location bit quieter and taxi to Fanabe 6 to 7 Euros very reasonable . This hotel will appeal to couples and families adult only infinity pool great.

I really liked the room and how clean everything is there. The food is amazing and you can always find something you like (I’m really picky haha). The best thing about this hotel though is the staff that works there, they are so nice and are always reddy to help if you need anything. I really recomend this hotel, I’ve been there twice just this year!

Just back from a 10 day break with my family. This hotel is amazing!! A true ‘all inclusive’ that a lot of places seem to miss… included branded spirits, cocktails, wines, beers. Buffet style restaurant was as expected, good opening times and a variety of foods to suit most, the fresh crepes each morning was a massive hit with the kids and each day there was a different fresh station cooking a variety of meats, fishes and pasta. All inclusive included 2 ‘a la Carte’ meals, the Japanese was a real experience with food cooked infront of you. Pool bar was open most of the day serving burgers, fries, nachos etc. Pizzas were strange, not enjoyed by ourselves but we saw other families tucking in! Normal ‘scoop’ icecream was available all day in the pool bar. Piano bar upstairs is open until midnight and does amazing cocktails (menu slightly different to downstairs so give it a go!) Pools were amazing, loads of sun loungers to go around, we got down to the pool most days for around 9.30 and still manages to get a couple poolside, there were available ones further away from the pool all day so no 6am rushes needed!! You are given tokens for pool towels which can be exchanged for nice thick towels by the pool and can be changed when required, there is now a 1euro charge to change towels to cut down on carbon waste (fair) BE WARNED though, you need to hand the tokens back to reception at check out or they charge 15euros per token!! We were not advised this at check in and didn’t use the towels so left the tokens in our room… luckily we got them back and avoided the charge but it could’ve been a pricey mistake 😱 Entertainment staff were fab, lots of activities through the day and some amazing shows at night. There wasn’t anything interactive for adults in the evenings, a great kids disco each evening and then it was more sit and watch but very impressive acts included a circus and a magic show! There was a kids pool party one day which was also a huge hit! Location was fair depending on what you are after…. It is away from the main strip so very quiet, taxis are easy to get and take just a few minutes to arrive but it’s not close to anything much. The back gate takes you out onto a black sand beach, turn right and in 5-10 minutes you will get to La Caleta, there are a few small shops and restaurants but it isn’t lively. Take a left and you will eventually reach Costa Adeji. There is a nice golden beach about 10mins walk, you will find the usual ‘salesmen’ doing their rounds but they aren’t too pushy. Around 35-40mins waking (with kids aged 9+) you will find the ‘town’ there is a nice touristy beach with bars, restaurants, clubs and 5mins on a little harbour with some nice eating places. Aqualand is a great water park for primary aged kids, they are so often left out with bigger rides and Toddler pools but there is loads to do, beware the floor is rough so swim shoes are an idea! Taxi from the hotel was 8euros and the taxi rank is right outside the water park to get home again. All in all we had a fabulous time, could not fault the hotel one bit. We would like to have been more central but there was so much to do the kids didn’t want to leave the hotel anyway!!

H10 is a great hotel in a superb sea front location. We had a great 10 day holiday at the hotel. What mades it great was the very spacious hotel and pool area - it just so big which creates a relaxed feeling. The rooms are equally large and nicely decorated and with comfortable beds. All staff are friendly and do an efficient job. The reception always has a number of staff working - I know this as I had to get my door pass reset 9 times! What lets the hotel down is the restaurant and food. You have to book each meal time on an app, which seems at first it will be annoying but you can block book so its actually not. In keeping with the theme there is loads of room in the main restaurant and it never seemed too busy. The plant based food offering is very poor and foods are not labelled with ingredients which is a bit frustrating - this can obviously be easily corrected by updating labelling and some other food offerings. eg veggie sausages for breakfast, sorbets in place of a few ice creams. Its so easy to do it just feels like the kitchen cannot be bothered. The cooks also need to learn how to cook chips. They were normally french fries and they tasted stale most of the time - terrible. We are all George fans but when you hear Shotgun at least 3 times each meal it starts to get a bit much. Please rotate the music. Anyway we still enjoyed the holiday and had a relaxed and fun time.

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful hotel. We have just returned from a weeks stay and have had such a lovely time. I feel it appropriate to tell everybody how goof it is. Rooms: Overall very good. We had a family room which consisted of a very roomy kingsize and a sofa bed. My son decided he was going to have the king size with his mum so I found myself on the sofa bed. Probably a bit small for my 6ft 3 but fine if your a 5 year old. The bathroom had a nice stick of complimentary products with the shampoo conditioner and shower gel being fine. The services to clean the room came daily to tidy up after us and make beds, replace towels etc. Hotel overall: lovely first impression of the hotel reception, very cool and inviting. The check in process was very quick and straightforward. Check in is from 3pm, we arrived about 1230pm so we didn’t expect our room to be ready, however we were told it would be in 15mins, and to get some lunch in the buffet downstairs. Time enough for a wonder around and to get some lunch. The buffet restaurant: we didn’t use the Japanese or the Spanish restaurant so we can’t comment but the food in the buffet restaurant was varied and plentiful. I’m not mad on fish but there was plenty for those that like it. The meats were all delicious with lamb, beef chicken and pork plentiful. Show cooking so the meat was always just cooked. Pasta for my little boy was cooked to order with a choice of sauce. The cues considering it was school holidays were very quick and organised. We ate together every meal. The salads were particularly nice and we love alioli. Omelettes in the morning we’re lovely. There was one morning where they put a new lady on omelettes, she did her best but it was a funny moment watching her struggle. Pool areas: Fantastic!!! The salty pool was lovely and deep and not at all cold nor were any of the pools which were all clean and maintained well. Nice and quiet around the pool with no loud music anywhere. The kids area was fantastic and there was a nice baby pool as well. Providing you aren’t picky where you spend the day, you’ll always find a bed and I saw parasols and beds being moved around by the staff to accommodate those that didn’t get a bed. For school holidays I was surprised how quiet it felt, with no cues at bars at all. They very sensibly sectioned the all inclusive and cash bar off to help the cues. Entertainment: first class. As a ex holiday entertainer I knew what to expect, and characters were bought out to each mini disco, Daisy was very good and came out at every mini. Nearly an hour was spent on the mini disco every night which is so important. Regular dances and some new ones thrown in. If the show that was in after needed setting up then an apology was made of the mini disco started later. The entertainment team were first class, introducing live acts and being very professional. And each evening special seats for the kids were bought out at the front. After the entertainment you could go on to the beach bar or the lobby bar and the bars closed I think at 1130pm. All in a fantastic hotel. We’ll be back
