We really can’t fault the hotel and the service we have received. The hotel is listed as 4 star , it should be a 5. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel for location, quality and service. The hotel offers everything required for an amazing holiday, all inclusive but without the drunks !!

Lovely Hotel, transformation is amazing. Food option was excellent. Need to plan booking beds but no issue for us. Rooms were really nice and entertainment was very good. Overall very pleased with Inspire Princess, already booked again for September and next March.

We have just arrived back from this hotel, it cannot be faulted. The staff can’t do enough for you, rooms extremely spacious, bed comfortable, shower and toilet spotless. The entertainments were outstanding, pools exceptional. As a regular swimmer the large pool was wonderful to swim in. The restaurant and food exceptional with friendly and very obliging staff. The setting is perfect in a quieter part of Adeje. We had very good weather and the system of booking sunbeds is the best organisation I have ever come across, everything was so relaxed , I would go back.

A beautiful hotel that has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. We struggled to find anything negative about this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact we already plan to go back next year! There are 52 steps from the main part of the hotel down to the bottom pool and restaurant. We didn't find this a problem and in fact it was good to get some exercise from all the food and drink! However there is also a lift available for anyone who doesn't want to to walk up the steps. Staff - The staff were absolutely excellent and a real highlight of our stay. They all worked very hard and were extremely friendly and helpful. They kept everything immaculately clean. We loved sitting at the bar and chatting to them. In particular we'd like to mention Miguel and Christos as they were excellent. Bedrooms - very nicely done out with a nice bathroom and lovely bedroom furniture, with plenty of space for storage. We paid extra for a balcony facing the pool however the other rooms face the mountains and had a lovely view as well. One of the things we loved was the bracelet that is both the room key and used to access drink. It was such a simple but really good idea as you didn't need to worry about taking your key with you. Food - all the food was excellent with plenty of choice. We were all inclusive so had breakfast, lunch and dinner. All inclusive drinks - they used branded drinks and were very generous with their measures! Everything was included in the all inclusive and we didn't pay for anything. Entertainment - they had a wide range of entertainment with a singer, guitar or violin player while you were eating dinner. Then at 10pm they had the main entertainment which varied from a Bee Gees to a Queen tribute band. All of it was excellent. While it was playing they showed it on the massive windows at the top of the stairs. It was a superb display and a real wow factor. One night we went to bed earlier but we were't too disturbed by the entertainment as the noise projected forwards to the pool/ restaurant area and not towards the bedrooms. Daytime entertainment - we took advantage of the yoga/ Pilates/ stretching as well as the aqua aerobics and volleyball. Chris who ran it was very funny and great at getting everyone involved. Value for money - the hotel wasn't cheap and we paid extra for all inclusive however we felt like we had our money's worth and it was worth the cost. As someone on one of the other reviews says it was a "billy bargain"! Sunbeds - there is an app which you can use to book sunbeds which we thought was a great ides. If you don't want to use the app reception can book them for you. The guy on reception explained it to us when we checked in but they didn't seem to do it for everyone as there were a couple of times where someone was in the sunbeds we'd booked. Some people complained about the sunbed booking system but we thought it was an excellent idea and very easy to use. It saved us having to get up early and reserve a sunbed! Apparently they become available at 6am so we booked it on a morning ready for the next day. We preferred to be in the sunbeds which was near the bottom pool (The One) and close to one of the bars and the restaurant. Pools - three lovely swimming pools but the top two pools aren't heated. We always used the one at the bottom as it had the advantage of being sheltered from the wind due to the design of the hotel. …

What a super hotel. Ideal location close to Shops bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the room was an ideal size and very fresh. We stayed half board on and escencia package and the experience was first class. The pool area is just as shown in the hotel website as are the rooms. The staff were friendly and the One restaurant food was delightful. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back.

Just back from a 10 night stay.... Hotel is beautiful, clean , modern and very well looked after by the housekeeping staff and grounds staff. Food - we were Escenia guests and ate in The One restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal - very, very "hit and miss" depending on what you ordered ! If you venture out for dinner to to Amalfi absolutely fantastic - chateau brieand to die for . Escenia Junior Suite - very comfy and wallpaper in bathroom very "White Lotus" . Great shower and nice smelly stuff. Stairs - lots of them !!! But we left fitter than we arrived. Love the sunbed booking system - really easy to use and a very fair system. Pools - two small ones were super cold but large pool was warm. Live music every day - too many violinists sometimes twice a day. Not for me I am afraid. Would I stay again...... Yes. …

The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It looks great, everything is new and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. There was not as much choice for food at the restaurant buffet as other places we have stayed but the quality of the food and drink was excellent. The One restaurant seems can be great but experiences seem to differ depending on when you visit and what you order, but I was happy with my steak as it was excellent. Pools are lovely, great to swim and same depth all the way. Plenty of sun beds, easy to reserve via the hotel app. The only real negative is the steep steps down to the restaurants and bottom pool, but there are lifts to make it easier. Great room, excellent shower with attachment. Lovely double bed and large balcony with chairs to sit out and admire the view. Lovely TV with Internet for YouTube and English channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.…
