This hotel was billed by Jet2 as an indulgent escape... We stayed in a suite and it was akin to being in glorified Travelodge with brown and beige decor, brilliant white lighting and very basic furniture... He flatly refused to provide fresh towels despite seeing our room key etc...

This holiday was booked for us to travel after our daughters wedding so we treated ourselves to a junior suite... We arrived and we were shown to our room by a very helpful member of staff, room 105 in Guajara block... On entering the room all we could smell was stale food, cooking smells, but the room was clean and tidy... We at this stage went to the front desk and gently aired we weren’t happy with the room, the reception member of staff said ‘well, all junior suites are on that side’ and that was that !... The room is right on the busy promenade, with people passing the flimsy hedge constantly , no privacy at all & right next to Tony Romy and Moon restaurant, no wonder the room permanently smells of onions... The room is ‘ tired’ and desperately in need of updating in the living area... We had two rooms booked for later in the year which we will be cancelling... I sent an email to the management whilst we were still in the hotel and the reason they didn’t offer us an alternative room was because the hotel was full !... So, strange one really, maybe if you don’t pay excessively for a junior suite for a treat like we did and just go for a bog standard room you may fair better than we did and have money in your pocket too...

...One small disappointment was that there was not a small fridge in our room. The charge to unlock it is €10 per day and we felt that given this is a five star hotel and room charges not exactly inexpensive that this additional this charge was unnecessary...

We were in room Masca 406, and it was simply stunning, any photos online do not do it justice... Our room was perfect, huge, clean, amazing views of the sea and beach... The bed was bigger than a super king, and the bathroom was huge and luxurious, Breakfast in the la Cúpula is 10/10, beautiful views and stunning food, great selection and fantastic staff...

Our family of 9, consisting of 6 adults and 3 children stayed for 1 week from October 22nd in 3 suites... The hotel is generally excellent although does fall down on a couple of things... It is not the cheapest hotel and to add this charge is ludicrous... After being at the pool and wanting to use the toilet we would go to our room and that is a bit of a trek... On one occasion the room door lock was faulty and then we had to go all the way from our room in g block to reception (and that is a long way) to reprogram the card only to find that didn’t work and the lock was faulty so back to reception again whilst wanting to use the toilet... The rooms are excellent although they did seem a little tired especially the settee and chair... The room service was also excellent although we did ask not to have our towels changed everyday as this is unnecessary we feel...

When the general manager Javier Sastre was made aware of our concerns - his answer was ‘you should both leave and find another hotel!’ We asked then to make contact with the hotel owners, he refused, saying he was autonomous and answered to no one... His approach to us was most upsetting- this hotel stay ruined our holiday... Costa Adeje is a place we would return to, but never to this hotel...

Amazing hotel, absolutely spotless rooms, pool area and everywhere... Fabulous big clean room with brilliant shower and balcony and sea view, everything sparkles it is so clean... Fluffy towels, tea coffee and water were replenished every day...

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. My husband booked it for my birthday and our wedding anniversary which were on the same date... On that day, management sent us a bottle of cava on ice... We had a walk in shower which was requested and our room was on the ground floor overlooking the pool and garden... We had tea/coffee making facilities and was provided with a large bottle of water on a daily basis... The maid service was excellent and towels were changed twice daily...

...This is our third stay at this fantastic hotel, everything was excellent- the food was exceptional, the service was fantastic, it was an absolutely lovely experience. Everywhere is really clean and well looked after, the room cleaners were very friendly... The waiters, waitresses and all the staff in the dining room were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them...

...As always we were given a warm welcome at reception. All the staff are friendly, courteous and professional... One of the secrets of this hotel is the focus on customer service that is second to none... The management of the hotel will help if they can with any special requests that you have...

...We were here in October 2022 and I cannot rate it highly enough... The staff at reception and during mealtimes were so helpful and professional... Lots of sun loungers and they have a policy where you cannot reserve sunbeds which was excellent... The pools were fabulous - one of them was heated and the other wasn't and there was great food and drink service around the pool although they probably could have done with having an extra staff member taking orders at the pool...

...We put out our towels on the 1st day on our sun bed and left our bag and shoes... After discussions with other sun bathers they had also previously receive this treatment... It was suggested that we should go to the towel hut... I was told that they would check and get back to me for 4 days, with a total lack of interest... I was a paying customer and the staff on reception and in the beach towel hut had sloping shoulders when it came to responsibility... On check out the reception told me that it was my fault and that it was me who lost my sun shoes….. what an insult to a paying customer... It’s easier to go and get your own drink as there are not enough staff supporting this service... The buffet, bar and pool restaurant, all the staff were helpful and provided a great attentive service... This was after we asked to be changed as the sea view we paid for in the 1st room was actually a tree view and an old room needing a substantial update… Enough said, I would put this hotel at a 4 star at most...

The very friendly and helpful staff were a delight - nothing was too much trouble although the service around the pool could be a little slow at times...

...The shower was amazing and great to have a double sink. Living room had another tv with seating, a place to eat and a fridge/coffee/tea facilities... Water was left for you every day and a special snack and alcoholic drink was left around 3.30 every afternoon (which was great as we didn't eat lunch so a snack worked wonders)... Breakfast was included and you could choose between the buffet (lots of good selections) or the outdoor dining with servers... Everyone working at the property were so kind and pleasant...

...Not letting people leave their towels on the sunbeds all day without using them is excellent as there were not too many available when we were there... The service is very good wherever you were and most did it with a smile on their face... The room service was also excellent although we did ask not to have our towels changed everyday as this is unnecessary we feel... There is a putting green but please get some right handed putters!...

Yet another wonderful stay at the Adrian’s hotel jardin de nivaria... The staff were friendly and professional and the room was well maintained... Nice touch getting some chocolate when maid came with new towels on an evening... Pool and gardens well maintained... Everyone went out of the way to make sure you had a nice stay... We had asked if we could have the same room as last visit and they accommodated this... Sunbeds were always available and the lady in the towel kiosk made sure that rules were followed, leave your belongings and go away for breakfast and they were taken from the sunbed... Would recommend this hotel most highly and will be visiting again in the spring... Thank you everyone for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable...

...Check in was efficient and we were welcomed with a glass of Cava. We were escorted to our room which was spacious, overlooking the pool and gardens, but also with a sea view... The pool was heated and well maintained... At breakfast there was a large variety of food and we were always greeted with a smile by staff...

We have just returned after three years and this hotel never fails to provide us with five star service. From the reception and concierge staff on arrival to the amazing staff at breakfast in La Cupula... We always book Uncanca a truly lovely block with stunning views... High up rooms on the 3rd & fourth floors are all lovely... There is never a problem with sunloungers the pools are stunning and easy to swim and warm with waterfalls and vegetation... Lovely restaurants on the front with easy access from the hotel...

...Requested a room with late afternoon/evening sun on terrace but was given room that loses sun at 4pm... They also somehow received a bottle of cava in the room that was missing from ours... Asked for extra coat hangers several times, still not arrived , room kettle leaked water at base, very dangerous...

...Our first time to Tenerife and we could not have chosen to stay at a more wonderful hotel. From arrival to checking out, we were made to feel so welcome and at home it was just truly fantastic... Every member of the staff were so pleasant and always had a smile to greet you... The pool area is fabulous, warm and so a very pleasant cold pool to just give you a breather from the warm sun, then chilled with a cold beer from the great poolside staff... Breakfast had a brilliant selection to satisfy everyone... The bonus is that it was nice and peaceful with what you would expect from a 5 star hotel ...

...My self and my new husband booked this hotel for our honeymoon, we thought we would treat ourselves to a 5 star, and booked a presidential suite. This hotel has absolutely earned every star, and is the best hotel we have ever stayed at... Our room was perfect, huge, clean, amazing views of the sea and beach... Perfect if you like to watch the sunset from your balcony... We had all the facilities we needed and more, the staff were excellent and visited everyday with fresh towels, toiletries and water; because we booked presidential we also received a bottle of wine and some snacks everyday also... We had a jacuzzi bath, and by fold doors, so you could open them up as of you were outside enjoying the fresh air in the jacuzzi bath, We had two TVs with English channels, a fridge, a dining area and living room area... The bed was bigger than a super king, and the bathroom was huge and luxurious, Breakfast in the la Cúpula is 10/10, beautiful views and stunning food, great selection and fantastic staff... Lots of seating areas situated throughout the hotel... This hotel is gorgeous, classy and really magical, they really have thought of everything... The staff make is extra special, so friendly and helpful, we felt so looked after, comfortable and safe in their hands... This is our first holiday since before covid, and it can be overwhelming visiting somewhere new, but we really didn’t need to worry, everything was perfect... Thankyou so much Jardines for a memorable holiday...

My wife and I have stayed at Jardines de Nivaria many times before but this was our first return since covid Delighted to see all the renovations made in a most unique manner... All the waiters and waitresses are knowledgeable about wines and food which makes a visit so perfect...

...Another wonderful Xmas/New Year stay in this exquisite hotel which provides a calm oasis from the outside world. The festive decorations are stunning and the food varied, plentiful and of the highest quality... Many varieties of the freshest local fish are on offer, the best cuts of well prepared meat and at breakfast perfectly ripened exotic fruits and matching freshly prepared juices... Finally, as a sign of just how much I love this hotel, I booked again for Xmas 2023 before I even unpacked after arriving home!...

The warmest water we have ever swam in and plenty of sun beds with oversized towels to dry off... Large buffet restaurant with great selection of international cuisine to suit all tastes, outdoor tables available... Also choice of main course served at table... All in all an excellent hotel and we intend to return...

...This section of the hotel also had an exit that took you straight out onto the main strip where the majority of bars and restaurants were located. Again, perfect for us, as we had only booked bed and breakfast at the hotel... We were also very lucky with fantastic weather, great food and a very relaxing trip...

5 stars for this hotel, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the food and the location all top notch, I highly recommend... Only thing I would suggest to the hotel is a buzzer around the pool area as getting refreshments ordered could take a while if you didn't catch their eye!...

...Booked out the Presidential Suite for the occasion and it was beyond expectation. It had a large living room area with a fridge, coffee machine, cupboard space and a large TV... The large bathroom in then middle had a shower and jacuzzi bath that overlooks the sea... Meaning you can sit there with a coffee and watch the boats (as we did many a time)... The bedroom has a bed that’s almost a ‘double double’ and again it has a large TV in there... It has a massive balcony tjay surrounds the whole room, giving you mountain views, pool views and sea views... You can also sit on the balcony with the mountain view and watch the evening entertainment if you fancy a quiet one!... The fridge was stocked with water everyday and also water, coffee pods and milk for the coffee machine... Fresh bath towels and pool towels were given almost twice daily... Booking the suite also gave us access to the a la carte breakfast at La Capula everyday, which was fantastic... Quality freshly made breakfast, with pool and sea views with 5 star service... The staff couldn’t do enough or offer you what you wanted... We also ate the pool bar for lunch on many occasions... The staff there were fantastic and the food was great... Monte Cristo sandwiches, salmon hamburgers and milkshakes were a regular feature... It’s also set by the freshwater pool, giving you pleasant surroundings in a cool and shady area... The hotel itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, with a back gate that leads you right out to a large strip along fanabe beach... It’s set on picturesque grounds with lush green areas, including a putting Green and the best pool area I’ve had at any hotel... A large heated salt water pool, jacuzzi and another large freshwater pool featuring a waterfall feature... The reception area/hotel interior is sleek and modern... We also visited the spa, which was another great place to try... The indoor spa pool, showers, steam rooms etc are all great to use... Their is a fee of €25 pp for 90 minutes in the spa circuit which was 100% worth it... It’s a 10/10 and for me personally, this place will not be beaten... ...The pools are lovely the hotel is spotless & the staff work very hard to keep it this way... We paid for the spa on this visit & loved it so will do it again... Some staff recognise us now so always greeted with smiles & a hola which is nice to see... Location is perfect & just a lift down to ground floor takes you to a back gate then brings you out to the seafront & the bars & restaurants... We had a 9 pm flight home so a helpful member of staff on reception let my son keep his presidential suit on for all 6 of us so made our last day less stressful as we had the room until we were picked up for the airport...

...Having lunch or a drink at the poolside was very pleasant. This year they celebrate their 25th anniversary, and therefore they organise every 2 weeks an afternoon with live music at the poolside with drinks and snacks...

There is a gate from the hotel down to the promenade which gives guests direct access to the beach and this was ideal!... Lots of beautiful restaurants and bars to choose from down on the prom too...

...This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in… the staff and customer service is amazing... The hotel is so clean… breakfast is fantastic... The rooms are very comfortable and the hairdryer was so powerful!... Towels and bedding changed every day if you wish... Turndown service with chocolates everyday... Location of hotel is perfect… turn left at the back of the hotel and it’s karaoke bars etc, turn right and there are lovely restaurants in del duque area... We had cocktails every evening in the bar and they came with gorgeous canopies etc... We used the spa for a massage and it was amazing!... The heated pool is so nice, and bar service great too... Really comfy sunbeds with clean towels everyday...

We stayed in U501, which is one of the Presidential Suites... A huge and comfy bed with great pillows (one firmer than the other so you could choose what you liked)... Tons of storage for clothing and a tv... The bathroom included a round bath behind folding glass windows (you could open it up and be 'out in the open')... The shower was amazing and great to have a double sink... Living room had another tv with seating, a place to eat and a fridge/coffee/tea facilities... Water was left for you every day and a special snack and alcoholic drink was left around 3.30 every afternoon (which was great as we didn't eat lunch so a snack worked wonders)... Pools were great - loved both of them and didn't struggle (too much) to find lounge chairs... We went to the beach a lot as it was so easy to access... Access to tons of bars/restaurants within a short walk... You could be as 'fancy' or laid back as you wanted in this area... Everyone working at the property were so kind and pleasant... If you can afford to do the Presidential suite, it's worth it...
