The hotel is huge but unconventional, the style of architecture is taken from historic Canarian buildings. The staff were excellent and always happy to help. I didn't like the policy of having to go to guest services to see a menu for some of the restaurants in the hotel. In fact we didn't track down a menu for 1 restaurant...

We stayed for the 8th time in this beautiful hotel. The staff in the hole resort is very friendly, especially in the Restaurant "El Bernegal" an d the "Beach Club" Restaurant. I was sick for a few days, but the staff in the Restaurant "El Bernegal" offered me to cook special soups etc.They took really good care of me :)....

if you really want something different and you have no money problems, then you have to visit this resort, the problem is that after seeing this resort all the others will make you cry.
