What can I say , after a year of no travel we took a risk and booked this hotel in the hope we might be able to get on a plane . We were super glad we did , from the moment we got there we were looked after , we arrived early and checking was a pleasure and from that point it became one of the neat holiday ever . The food was great , the drinks flowed and the entertainment took over , the kids enjoyed all the kids clubs in between being in and out of the pool , we participated in all the adult fitness which included aqua gym and spin class . This animations team really made our holiday, they were fun , attentive, professional and ultimately became our friends. all the activities were fun and safe so I’d very much recommend all the family take part with what’s on offer . Massive thanks to Elenor, Dominick & Pasco who really made our first holiday in a while extra special . We will be back very soon - see you in September

Hotel's Favorite
Our family travelled here in June for a week and took all appropriate covid checks as per requirement. This holiday was booked for last year and got moved until this year. Great view of Mount Teide on a nice clear day - sits behind the hotel. On arrival Carolina looked after us whilst our rooms were sorted as we had arrived at 11 am in the morning - whilst it was a few hours later they provided drinks and were very accommodating. They were sure to complete all appropriate measures for our safety and the hotels. Hotel was very clean and tidy throughout. We stayed in the Level rooms - very nice view of sea with a balcony and 'Level' pool for guests. Huge lovely pool there also if you wished. Rooms - really good size, comfortable, clean and beds /pillows very good. had iron and iron board, tea and coffee facilities and fridge stocked with drinks that were included. safe there also. One family member had a very bad back and they changed her mattress to one which was a lot firmer which helped. Level pool location (separate from normal pool) - Ramon and Alex looked after us and arranged for drinks all day long from the bar and also got us towels renewed when we asked. Very quiet area - although we did manage to get them to put on some light background music. Pool area very clean and tidy and plenty of beds for all (even when they are full) Every bed and table sanitised after guests left. Level - breakfast area - again for Level guests, nice and quiet and table service. Staff there looked after us from day 1 - we even tried to learn some Spanish and they helped ! On our family members birthday - they brought out a little muffin and candle with a champagne breakfast. You also have a buffet breakfast option at Mosaic restaurant overlooking the sea or inside. Mosaic also is where the evening buffet meals are - good selection of food on offer. very friendly staff. very clean restaurant. Palapa snack bar - down by the big pool. Some lovely food down there also. Be sure if you are all inclusive it has a * next to it or there is a charge. This can be confusing in the hotel as some staff say its included and others say not. Note whilst there are a fair few steps here - there are plenty of lifts to get you were you need to be. There is also an Italian restaurant that we ate at which is chargeable but 20% discount if a hotel guest. As hotel was so quiet at this time they agreed to allow us to order our food and serve us in 'the level' for a family members birthday - it was lovely food and they even made a surprise cake for her ! I need some assistance at the start with a matter and Slywia was so helpful and friendly both on day one and also came to see us for our final meal. A lovely lady indeed. Picture of the chef and Sylwia the night before we left. Overall hotel was excellent - very quiet indeed due to covid which seemed odd at times but we felt safe and looked after whilst there. Entertainment was ok but a few times could have been a little more lively but again it could be due to situation. great guitarist and saxophonist - loved them! Sadly fitness area and squash courts were closed due to H&S and covid I would say a little more information for guests about entertainment and any last minute changes to restaurants would help guests day to day. Nothing was too much trouble for this team and for our first visit to Tenerife we were very happy .

The food at the hotel is bad, a lot of variety but not tasty and not local food. There are 2 areas of pools, ones is for the level guests and the other for the rest of the guests with one pool and small pool for the kids (which is small and simple, not really good for the babies that want to play). The beds are bad and the rooms are poor in quality.

The travel agency placed us in this the hotel because the hotel we chose was closed. It was our honeymoon and the hotel prepared champagne and some sweets for us upon arrival in the room. It was a pleasant surprise. The husband also had a birthday during our stay in the hotel, but no one remembered it. I expected at least a greeting card from the five-star hotel, but nothing like that happened. I was very sad about it. The hotel is on a hill, so it has a beautiful ocean view. The biggest advantage of the location is enough parking spaces. We got a room that had a view of the other buildings and the pool, which we were not allowed to go, because we only paid half board. The hotel is clean and modern. They control temperature, hand disinfection, wearing masks. And in the buffet restaurant, you must wear plastic gloves while choosing a meal. The food was delicious, the selection was not as large as we are used to from other hotels in the same category, but I think everyone found something for themselves. The staff of the restaurant was very different. Some of them were very cheerful, professionall, nice and kind. (thank you Veronica) and some of them were not. A bit annoying is that on arrival you have to choose the time which you will go for breakfast and dinner and you have to adhere to this time. You can change the time after agreement with the reception, there is no problem. But you still have to think about it when you are making trips around the island. We chose the earliest times for food, so we were mostly alone in the restaurant and there were plenty of food and seating. Once we chose a later time for dinner. There was a great deal of confusion, food was not replenished fast enough and seats had to be waited for. The hotel garden is very nice and you can shorten your way to the beach, which is about 1 km from the hotel. The pool, which is accessible for guests with half board, is large, warm, deep. And there are plenty of sunbeds. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Excellent hotel. We were half board and had most of our meals in the grill restaurant which was too class. All the staff were terrific. Just be careful which rooms you choose. Worth paying extra for the better accommodation.
