We stayed here in November 2016 but I did not manage yet to review this hotel. It is mostly for German clients because of its contract with German Tour operators. But the quality of rooms, staff, food and drinks are quite high. Location is OK - about 350 meters from the nearest beach and close to the Costa Adeje shopping area. Close to the Puerto Colon where you can choose a variety of attractions/trips ... Every night they have shows but not all of them were attractive ... I recommend the hotel!

We booked this hotel via a german travel agency. We knew this hotel was focused on german visitors, but we were fine with that. The hotel is located in the heart of Costa Adeje, just near the beach. Favourite places like Los Cristianos, Siam Park, Siam Mall and Jungle Park are nearby. Staff is very friendly, cleaning is good and food is okay. Only disadvantage is the size of the pool and the amount of sunbeds around the pool. During high season the amount of sunbeds is not sufficient for all visitors. Reservation of beds before 8.00 a.m. is unfortunately necessary when you want to be sure of a place near the pool.

The rural settings of the hibiscos were a sight to be seen, joyous palm trees and 2 spar shops were some of the visual delights we experienced. The sea view was a sea view, the sea could be seen so that was by the by. The apartment/condo complex featured a pool to which me and my homeboy never ventured to as the all inclusive ballas always won the war, we studied them in packs, as long as you were Irish or smoked then you were easily accepted. Unfortunately we are neither which I will lose zero sleep over. Tense. The offer of getting the round in showed generosity by standing in line but no monetary gesture as it was all inclusive. Whatever makes you sleep at night I guess, I for one like horlicks and codeine but as this is about the holiday and not myself I will not comment further and shall stay on course. The restaurant was a fine one with many fine cuisines to feast upon, one evening I myself indulged in fried eggs and salt and pepper chips as my compadre had 13 deep fried cheese bites, the indigestion was a worthy reminder of how rich and cultural the food was- I must commend them however on their mini tuna pasties... Fully beauty. All in all a beauty holiday, I couldn't be an all inclusiver for the whole gag but if you like that sort of thing then full your boots... There are plenty of fried eggs for everyone. But be sure to visit the golden chopstick: finely fettled, flourishing and divine are some words I would not use to describe this establishment but there is a cute cat outside without a tail, coincidence... MAYBEEEE. I was always taught to end on a question when creating a fine article like this, so... Who is gossip girl? Ciao Bella, Lebron

Booked this holiday to Lanzarote as a week sunny break very cheaply ... It was a great surprise when we arrived from the airport to find a brilliantly spacious apartment that was immaculately clean. The staff were very helpful and polite.... The food was standard all inclusive but really nothing wrong with it at all. The sangria was very very nice.... The pool was clean and always got a sun bed with no queueing... Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as I was perfectly happy with everything about the Los Hibiscos.... If you want a cheap week away then this is an ideal place..... 1 tip don't pay transfers a taxi is much cheaper

We stayed at the hotel for a week with the family we had 2 double rooms and a 4 person apartment. Very friendly, hard working and helpful staff. Speaking good German but not very good English. We got a complimentary upgrate from a double room to a studio, both our double rooms got the upgrate. The cleaning was very good at all times. Swimmingpool a little small and nothing in the pool for children. Food was good. The spa was not totaly working, there was no bubbles in the Hot Tub. 2 other rooms were out of order, to bad. Overall a nice hotel.

Just come back from a fantastic 7 nights at the los hibiscos From the moment we arrived the staff where very friendly and helped you in everyway they could, the hotel was spotless your room was cleaned everyday but Tuesdays we had big room with aircon tv a double bed a sofa bed with a fridge and 2 sun loungers on the balcony. The all inclusive food was excellent good variety and quality and not aimed at the germans as the previous reviewer has said Yes this is a german hotel but that didnt matter one bit all the staff spoke english and signage was written in both languages, the girls who did the entertainment in the day all spoke english and were very good at getting all involved. The pool was immaculate plenty of sunbeds and even a disabled seat lift to aid wheelchair users get in and out of the pool. The nightime entertainment was in german but was still enjoyable as it was done very well and professional. There was soft drinks and beer on self service or you could just ask at the bar as normal. What a great holiday cant praise it enough. Yes its a german hotel so dont be surprised if its full of germans but tbh they were fine they all seemed to keep themselves to themselves and joined in all activities together and then went back to enjoying there holiday. There was no issues with sunbeds you are not allowed to put towels on first thing or the staff just remove them anf you have to ask for them back. All in all a great holiday would go back to los hibiscos anytime.....

The Hotel was clean and generally in good order, though based on top of a steep hill. However, the guests were 99% German. I saw one other English couple and a Spanish pair. The hotel including all the entertainment and food choices catered solely for this majority. The entertainment throughout the day and evening was conversed to all guests in German language only in the one and only bar, the poolside area. I believe a multi lingual entertainments manager is essential for all guests to enjoy a trip to this hotel.
