This was a big family celebration and we needed a nice hotel. As it’s adults only, that got a plus and it viewed well in the photos. In reality we liked it even more, big clean, simple bedrooms, a feeling of plenty of space in the restaurant and seating areas and mostly friendly, helpful staff. They kept up a great service in the restaurant, always having healthy options. My wife set off for the beach after breakfast and I discovered the roof terrace was more comfortable, I’m not a big fan of sand everywhere. We were a party of eight and all managed to find a space to relax in without compromising each other’s, which was some miracle. I can recommend and am re- visiting tripadvisor to find this years holidays.

Hotel was immaculate. The room was lovely and the curtains did their job of keeping the room dark enough to sleep. Very good food, friendly personnel and fantastic furnishing and decoration ideas. Great location, ten minute slow walk to the beach and a not far in a taxi to Palma and the airport. The rooftop is a lovely space and feels miles away from it all. Wished we’d booked two weeks.

Although our holiday was a few months ago, I’d like to leave comments about how good a time we had here. Friendly service, we found the restaurant, our room and multi use areas always clean and tidy. We slept well on the comfortable bed and facilities in our room were all fine. We had a side sea view, from our balcony and got a cool breeze at night listening to the waves, how nice. Unused to such a modern hotel, it was great and although it wasn’t high summer, we got it for a bargain. Everything was done well and we would definitely revisit.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week, the positives were 1. The hotel was always clean. 2. The hotel is very near restaurants and bus stops so it’s in a convenient place to get around. 3. The bed was very comfortable. The negatives 1. The air conditioning didn’t work so the room was very stuffy. 2. The food wasn’t good and was overpriced for dinner. 3. The drinks in the bar are expensive. 4.no entertainment at all, if there was entertainment the price of the drinks wouldn’t of mattered that much.

Wish we'd stayed longer here. This hotel made the holiday extra special for us as it is extremely cool and we basically felt like we wanted to spend most of our time hanging out by the pool, sipping cocktails as we listened to the cool music! The staff are fantastic and really friendly. The first night we had a small issue with the toilet and it was resolved within an hour. The Sky Bar is a gorgeous spot to watch the sunset and we used the sauna one day and there was nobody else around which was great as we had it to ourselves. Easy location for eating out around the resort and shopping and sightseeing in Palma.

We spent ten days at Balanguera beach and could have easily stayed ten weeks. The room we had was super. It was a corner room, so the balcony had a great view, not to mention the egg chair, I loved it so much I have one at home now. The pool area is lovely, but with the gorgeous beach just across the road, we spent more time there. The buffet was great, they ringed the changes with regional tastes and the service was good. Nothing was too much trouble, any staff we spoke to were helpful and polite. Every corner of the hotel looks like some glossy magazine, big arty photos and lots of greenery. Both of us would definitely rebook another holiday here.

Paid for a good room with sea view and balcony with hanging chair which was a real luxury and for me worth paying the price. The hotel is very nice in the way it's been decorated. Modern and very current with lot's of white and plants everywhere. Nice swimming pool with cool music played in background. Lady receptionist very helpful and easy to talk to. Good location as the beautiful beach is across the road and there are a lot of bars and places to eat close by. Easy to get into Palma for a day trip. The cathedral is worth seeing.

Me and my partner were extremely disappointed in this hotel. The staff were vile to us, rude and not welcoming at all. We arrived late to the hotel and the guy behind the desk was not welcoming or nice just told us that he couldn’t find our booking and that we had to send the confirmation via email which was just a long process at that time of night after travelling. We weren’t allowed any filtered or tap water we had to pay for bottles, we couldn’t have anything from outside the Hotel like crisps ect into the hotel. We were spoke to awfully when they saw us eating something from outside the hotel. We didn’t sleep much at all due to people screaming in the hotel even though it was an adults only we still had things like that to deal with. Please do not book this hotel. The staff and the rules of the hotel spoilt our whole week!…

Having not been to Mallorca for a few years, we made a mistake on the name and booked the HM Balanguera Beach and before arrival we were kind of worried but actually loved our stay at this great hotel where the food is so delicious that we looked forward to our dinner every night. Wine not over priced and rooms nicely decorated. Pool not big but beach just across the road.

Very nice hotel to chill out at and relax. Designed to a high standard and made us feel pretty special staying here. Lot's of couples staying when we were there and although it was nice and quiet around the hotel there was still a cool vibe with great background music and lovely staff who gave off good vibes! Food and drinks very good. Rooms very good. Service and cleanliness excellent! Location great.
