We booked a room with balcony,but did not get one. A very small room that did not smell nice. We tried to change room, but all was occupied.
When looking in to other rooms, they seemes nicer then ours.
Very noisy hotell. Filled with just young german youth, playing loud music and yelling loud every night from 4-6 o'clock.
I recomend this hotell to youngsters that wants to party.

well if you are german and 20 years old maybe you'll enjoy it ! the hotel is full of germans who just want to party all night. We couldn't sleep because they we're having fun on their balconies, and finally at 4 o clock i asked them to quiet down. So then the thought it'd be funny to call on my phone in the room to wake me up again !
Nobody does anything at the reception, they just say there are a lot of young people; it's like a summer camp, with no respect for anyone !
It's the first time i ever right a report on a hotel but i just had to !

I was there with 2 my friends. Room was clean. Price and conditions we got was veey good. It was a lot german people partying but we didnt care. It is not the place for families. Its a place to party with your friends. All in all, staff didnt speak englisg very good, but they understood us what we wanted! Beach and all the shops are 2mins walk.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Like previously stated, if you are 20 and German and want to party 24/7 and not sleep, this is the place for you. I am in my late 20s and got to sleep maybe 2 hours in three nights. Security did nothing about the noise and refused to help us with anything. Thank goodness for hotels.com as they credited us a nights stay back as we tweeted to them begging for help. The front desk kept trying to convince us that the security will deal with noise, which was a lie. We were woken up at 4:30 am for a big domestic issue that took 2 hours to resolve. So upset that this ruined our time in Mallorca.
