I booked this hotel without reading reviews. When I read them I was hoping as they were old reviews things would be different. NO,, certainly nothing had changed, awful. although: I can give 2 positives! 1.The bed was clean, sheets & covers perfect. 2.The staff- lovely, really nice & helpful. It’s certainly a German Hotel & for parties, very loud & noisy. Our stay happened to be during a German festival when we arrived and we were offered a move. Fantastic service and moved to a sister hotel which is lovely.
We arriwed to hotel, the building looked amazing, we were exciting, finally we are going to live in 2 starses hotel! But it was not like that... Everything was so poor, the room was ok, big with a balcony. But when I saw sheet, it looked like someone was spleeping there and it was dirty too! In the bathroom was something broken and water in the sink did not drain... Honesly, It is worse than some hostals. The best thing waas the personal. They tried to fix everything, they bring us new sheets and towels.... The breakfast was very poor too, but I saw the personal again that they try to do everything right and with love.. It is the old hotel.
I regret having to leave a bad review of this hotel because the English lady on reception was very nice and helpful but the fact is that the hotel is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They do not hide the fact it is a 'party' hotel for groups of people and the price reflects this but even groups of drunk people deserve better than this. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is so small that you can hardly get past the door or sit on the toilet. The shower is in the bath and sprays everywhere. The floor of the whole apartment is so dirty that you have to wear something on your feet at all times, even just stepping out of bed. The beds are poor quality and there is no aircon but you can rent a fan from reception. The doors and walls are very thin and you can hear every noise from the corredor. The balcony is also tiny and so filthy that your feet stick to the floor. The balcony overlooks a road and the furniture is old, tatty and dirty. There is a small bar area and the drinks are reasonably priced.…
Arrived to a room with broken ceiling fan, broken seat, broken mirror and tiny window which looked down onto a roof. Absolutely awful. Changed us to a room with a balcony 15 hours later to a cost of 120 euros. All inc but didn't eat there. Food was disgusting. Okay if u like seafood and fish which we don't. Snacks were same every day - cheese and ham sandwiches, salmon and cheese sandwiches or tiny bits of there local cake. Stayed for 10 days and that didn't change. Bedding was never changed. No clock in hotel. Balcony lights had to be turned on at reception but nobody over the course of the 10 days new how to do it so therefore nobody had light. Tiny pool with only 22 sun beds of whole hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.
It has to be seen to be believed. It's truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in throughout Europe. There was Germans partying all night long in the room next to us and even doing certain things that the whole hotel could hear and we ended up leaving at 4am. The room was disgusting and incredibly hot. The guy at reception was even drinking with them. Holes all over the wall and the sink was kept together by tape. It's simply the worst thing you can imagine. I'd rather sleep under the stars
We booked this last minute without reading the reviews and it turned out to be a nightmare. I have never been to a hotel so loud and noisy. With neighbour banging on doors and walls and things. Many times we wonder if there was a robbery or someone is fighting. Kept waking up throughout the night. They are posters saying "guests are legally obliged to keep noise down from 23:00 but no one is there to calm things down" (we wonder what the 24h reception is for?). Room facing main street with very loud traffic. We booked for 3 nights and had so bad sleep (we are here to take photos of the island) and horrible mood that we left after 2 nights (first night we thought it was a "coincident", second night was worse!). No solution nor refund we given, but we just don't want to stay a minute longer there. If you are German party goers who just want party and beach, get high etc then this is for you. If you plan to see the island and have an itinerary to follow, then stay far far away because you are going to get so grumpy due to lack of sleep.…
We had to stay here one night in which we could not sleep at all (due to noise). The only positive aspect is the helpful and nice staff. In no circumstances the room has air conditioning, which during the summer can be a problem. However you can rent a fan for 2 euros / day. We agree with all the previous comments and we're sorry we didin't read them before we booked the rooms.
Positive: The staff was helpful. That's all. Negative: The hotel was horrible. There was no fan and no overhead illumination. Walls, bathtub, bedsheets were dirty, there was no air condition (+36 degrees and stagnant air all days and nights) and we had to sleep with open windows. Area is very noisy (drunk turists singing and crying all the night long very loud, all 5 nights we were there) and the hotel's guests never sleeps. Walls is made by cardboard and you can hear all the doors locking and you will know if someone do something (guess what) two floors under you. After all you have to pay every day to use safe and you could be robbed at the beach easily. The locals could steal even your swimming pants. If you want to drink and meet up with different people, it could be the best place for you, if you want to sleep — look for the apartments far from this area. Better — not this city.…
I have just returned from an Easyjet holiday in Majorca and the hotel booking was a disaster. On arrival the manager was surprised to see us saying the hotel should not be advertised in the UK she told us we were the only English couple staying and we would find the hotel very noisy. We are a couple in our mid fifties and have booked numerous holidays through Easyjet /Hotelopia that have been fine The hotel was full of very noisy German youngsters who partied 24/7 and the manager encouraged this with a 24hr bar. I can expect a bit of noise and fun on holiday but this was too much and we only managed to stay one night and then had to spend 210 Euros moving to another hotel. I would like to book more holidays with Easyjet but I feel this hotel was badly described and as the manager said should not be advertised in the UK…
