We booked this Hotel for 1 week all-inn... NEVER AGAIN! Let's start with the room.. Very very small, and you can hear everything from the "neighbors " The Fridge isn't able to cool more than 2 bottles. The Shower can't hold a steady temperature, and the TV only has 5/6 channels, and they are all in GERMAN!! Than the restaurant.. The variety is very limited, the "only" have a 2 day plan, 1 day is meat day, and the next is fish.. and they alternate. This is a problem for me, because I have an allergy against fish. The Quality is extremely poor, most is cold, or dried out completely. Than the "new" Corona Rules made it almost impossible to enjoy the All-inn we booked, only 3 alcoholic drinks per person with lunch, and another 3 with Dinner.. these drinks can not be taken outside the restaurant. All other alcoholic drinks (even a beer or a wine) needs to be paid separately. (Than why All-inn??) The Personal I think the best thing they can do in this hotel, is put the cleaning ladies in the reception.. they were soo much more friendly than the receptionist, or most of the waiters.. It seemed the these Ladies were the only ones "enjoying " their job. We most definitely will NEVER come back to this hotel.

Stayed here last year and the rooms were average but I loved the staff here, very friendly and helpful, it was fairly easy to go around different parts of the island, my only regret was not staying longer. The hotel has a younger clientele, that might be an issue to older travelers but its a nice place with a youthful vibe.

After Reading a few good revieuws here we decided to go For Kontiki. The fotos looked good and the price For all inclusive was perfect. After arriving at kontiki, the hotel looked good and the staf welcomed us friendly, Amazing! We thought... Not realizing What was Ahead of us... The room was supersmall, we could barely move. TOWELS? U have to rent them!!€10,- each Swimmingpool ?? Forget iT there are not enough seats! Need a Seat ? Rent a poolseat at the “VIP” FOOD?? Horrible!! Drinks? Fake brands! Cocktails? Gotta pay For iT! Service? Take your plate wile you barelly finished eating! U feel treated like a dog somethimes. COFFEE? Disquisting! (Pay For cappuccino ) All Inclusive? No only a few hours a day! What a ripoff!! When we were checking out we were hungry and asked For a little sandwich orso, but iT was a solid NO! “But we have a long road ahead us “ “not my problem! Pfff hospitality 0% 4 stars? See For yourself, dont say I didnt warn u.

We were here on this hotel for one week visit We had a great time here. Hotel is very clean it's nice. Food is great my favorite was breakfast and lunch. Then dinner in the end. It seemed like they are using good quality raw material in the kitchen. And there were always enough on the tables. If anything was empty then there came new in. Very good Staff was very nice and helpful all over the hotel. All in all a place I can recommend. Thanks for nice vacation.

Came to Majorca last week and check into our hotel which was full so we were put here for 1 night...would of rather stayed here the whole time! Right on beachfront side road surrounded by beach, bars plenty of shops and so on. Food was excellent such a great choice and restaurant was very elegant. The food was just gorgeous. Came with my mum and as I say we didn't intend on coming to this hotel it was one night only but we preferred it. Rooms were lovely open plan sink area and balcony. room had shower only. Would recommend.

Would recommend this hotel very highly. Staff very friendly. Met with a happy smile and a keen 'hello' on each occasion. Food excellent. Nice mix of Spanish cooking of traditional dishes and more homely ones. You can choose healthy food also. Delicious. Evening entertainment also provided....with all inclusive food and drink through out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect too - a short distance from airport (no noise) right on the beach and a short hop on the bus to the centre of Palma Would recommend this very highly.

hotel was lovely and clean, staff very freindly. However food not so good. Resort well what can i say if your german you will fit in fine, if your english avoid this resort and the two resorts next to playa de palma. Far too many drunken teenage germans and not just at night. will not return to this resort.

This hotel is brilliant locAtion, bus stop is just outside the door. 21 and 15 will take u to the heart of palma. The beach is amazing . Hotel room is tiny. Just about enough for two people. It's clean and tidied every day. Food lacks choice but reasonable. The pool area is small. Noise is probably the biggest issue for sensitive sleepers, you literally can hear everything. Across the road Toni bar is fantastic , friendly caring staff, free wifi and lovely beer. Also very cheap. The hotel is really what you pay is what you get.
