Although it is in need of refurb both rooms and exterior, it’s a wonderfully clean looked after hotel. The pool area is very nice, the pool itself is a perfect temperature, one in which I could have sat in all day. The rooms were spotless when we arrived, although a little dated the room and balcony was spacious, only downside was my a/c didn’t work, not sure if this is a problem throughout, it just meant I slept with the balcony door open. The staff were super friendly, let us leave are luggage on the day we departed. The location is great 10 minutes straight walk to the beach and a little bit longer to the main bars. Airport bus stop 5 minutes walk costs 5 euros. Don’t get a taxi if your not Spanish I feel like we were ripped off 18 euros for a 5 minute ride ? Altogether wonderful stay at the boreal, would definitely return.

When we arrived, we were provided a big room with one bed and two sofas (we did not need them). We ordered room with breakfast, but were not able to be on it, that's why asked to provide some sandwiches. We were given them only after the second reminder (simple sandwich with egg and plum plus water). The room was outdated, smell of smoke inside. The shower was not comfortable to use. The airport location near hotel is nice to get a bus to or a taxi for 15 euros only. Reception worker ordered it really quickly when we asked.

Well we came here as a family for a one night stay... i only gave 2 stars as the hotel looks nice and is ib a good location. firstly we were charged for a half board stay without our knowledge or requesting this and were only informed of this 20 mins prior to dinner being over. Food was ok very minimal. However after returning to the hotel flatter being on the beach all day I notice an ant on the night stand... thinking it was only one I carrying on however once a sat on the bed I noticed another and then many more by the 27th and throughout the room. Can you believe when I went down to reception he informed me that it was only one ant so I shouldn't worry about it. He called the manager and she informed him to spray the beds with extra strong insect killer and refused to change our room once I stated that I would like to check it for ants first. When I asked if we could have a refund and go to a different hotel he got so angry that another member of staff had to call him down and refused our refund. Please only book through booking sites so if this happens you can get a refund and leave where there is 1 ant there are hundreds and they are throughout the room and in the bed. Very disappointed in how this was dealt with.

Just popped in for a family drink and the place was clean, modern, and convenient for local amenities. Drinks were ridiculously cheap although service was a little slow. Might try and stay here sometime.

Well the Hotel isn't that far away from the beach or other activities. The rooms are really clean but not really modern. The food is quite good but the most stupid thing was that if u got all inclusive you weren't allowed to take your drinks with you to the dining room....The hotel is really calm and there are also a lot of old people...
