Upon arrival nothing was too much trouble, easy check in and full information on hotel and amenities. Hotel and rooms were very clean, I had a lovely surprise of actually getting a sea view to :-) Food was great, having a half board option from an A La Carte menu which changed each day was spot on. I was a solo guest and all the staff made me feel very welcome and not once did I feel out of place. I had lunch each day at the hotel as well, the lunch/snack menu options were great and the portion and quality of food was really good. I used the gym which had sufficient equipment to help maintain exercise whilst away and also received treatments in the Spa, which were very well priced and an excellent treatment completed. Do not be put off by the predominantly german speaking tourists, the hotel is one not to miss and the bus links to palma are so frequent you can travel around with ease. Perhaps just check time of year visiting as certain months do attract the groups. The lifeguard on duty was very vigilant at ensuring no guests/groups got out of hand. Special mention to Cloe and to pass on my thanks to all the team - also to Elena whilst a mutual language was a barrier we gained our own way of communicating. I can not finish without mentioning Ramon 'Muy bien' Strawberry mojito will never taste as good anywhere else :-)…

A fake diamond in the rough and this over priced hotel is definitely in a rough area. Avoid in May, full of drunks urinating on sunbeds on the beach in broad daylight on their way back from Megapark. The hotel fails to mention the nearby Megapark! It appears from more recent reviews that the more you spend the better the treatment. Our room did not feel secure with no outside divide to the next room in which drunk people returned at 4am and were practically sat outside of our door. We were disappointed that even when the weather was torrential rain and we needed cover we were reminded the bar area was only for people buying drinks, therefore we were made to retreat to the bedroom which had no undercover seating area or working TV. You can't be part of a package holiday if you don't offer a seating area for paying guests to sit in when the weather is too bad. Even when waiting for the coach transfer we kept being asked if we needed help out of the door with our cases about 3 times as if we were cluttering the hotel and they wanted us to wait outside in the rain. We witnessed larger groups of people being treated differently. Very much not a perfect stay for young couples. Perhaps it was the week we went and the staff on that week bit I can't believe some of the reviews compared to our experience. Rooms were not cleaned properly the whole 4 night stay and when some fool turned our sign around to say we didn't want the room cleaned it was our fault and nothing was done. We had to go and ask for a new toilet roll as the one left by the cleaners was half used and had a dirty mark on it. It felt very much like staff were treating us differently from the start to finish. …

We have just returned from a family holiday at the Paradiso Garden Hotel. We had the most amazing stay. The facilities are all lovely and the rooms clean and spacious. However the big selling point is the staff. They really make all the difference. As soon as you check in with the lovely Elena and Nayra, who were so welcoming and helpful, to Cloe, Pilar and Jose in the restaurant and bar, we were made to feel really at home. A small mention for Yolanda in housekeeping as well who was always friendly and helpful. We were a group of 18 so it felt as if we needed quite a bit of help but nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, it’s great that breakfast runs to 1pm for the teenagers. The bar prices were also pretty reasonable and the quality of drinks was very good. Cloe also arrange a cake for my mums birthday and a bottle of cava was sent to her room. The spa is also well worth a visit. Won’t hesitate to return…

We stayed in a garden view 2 bed with a balcony. The room was spacious, the bathroom layout convenient and the bed comfy. There could be perhaps more decor on the walls, maybe bring the tropical theme of all the plants around the hotel lobby area into the rooms. Also, there is space for more storage - it was tricky to fully unpack. The breakfast was outstanding. The fact it runs until 1pm is genius. The space in which you eat has a great atmosphere. A fantastic array of drinks and hot and cold foods. Something for everyone! The pool area is fabulous. Opens from 11am, which is when the sun shines over that area so it’s perfect. There was always a free lounger, whether you want one in the sun or the shade. We spent so much time around that pool. Enjoying the bar service and the snack menu - the beef burger was yummy! Me and my husband recently stayed with Paradiso Gardens alongside our wedding party. We both wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. All staff were incredibly attentive and treated all our guests so well. Our suite was amazing, clean and fresh every day and totally modern! We loved everything about this hotel from the food, drinks, location, poolside. We had a welcome bottle of cava and a fruit salad with chocolate fondant to dip! It was such a lovely welcome gift, along with two beach towels to keep! We especially wanted to mention the fact you kept the poolside terrace reserved for us and our guests for one day so we could have a little pre wedding celebration. This ended up being one of our favourite days of the holiday because! Reception staff is super helpful and friendly, barstaff puts a smile on your face every day. The breakfast is amazing, lots to choose from. Rooms are clean and feel luxurious. The housekeeping is very accommodating to yor needs as well. Perfect for couples who aren’t interested in partying all day, but want to go on a relaxing holiday but close to the boulevard for a night out if you want to.

What a fabulous experience.. chilled vibe, gorgeous design but best of all.. incredible team! We were welcomed so well by Elena and her team Nayra, Aitor, Cloe, to mention just a few. We were assigned a beautiful junior suite with a gorgeous view over the pool and palma bay. Breakfast was to suit anyone’s taste.. light and healthy with lots of fresh juice, fruit and local delicacies. Restaurant and bar staff were super friendly and helpful too. Highlights were a surprise bottle of cava and fruit plate to the room and a lovely chilled pool area with plenty of space to relax. Went to Paradiso Gardens for 3 nights/4 days and couldn't recommend enough. very modern and great value for money. Pool area and all around the hotel was also lovely and clean. I didn't eat in the hotel due to so many options around Palma etc but I enjoyed getting a drink at the bar and sitting in the outdoor seating areas as they sometimes have live music. Would definitely return.

From the arrival up until leaving the staff is FANTASTIC. The place is really nice, everyone is making a case to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is nice and up until 1pm; the evening menu changes everyday. The rooms were comfortable and perfect in terms of cleanliness. The event manager was helpful and there to make our stay even greater during our kid's birthday. I have rarely seen a place being able to compile the team along with the facility.
