We had an awful stay at this hotel on the 2nd of September we have tried a number of times to contact the hotel and they haven’t got back to us . We left as soon as we arrived as we did not feel safe staying in this hotel at all !!! We will not be giving up on this !

DISGUSTING Arrived at hotel late last night, to be greeted by a very unhelpful grumpy receptionist. Who handed us our room keys. We headed to our room to find that we were unable to get into our room. Neither room key would allow us access. So at 3am we had to go back downstairs to ask for a replacement room key. Got accused of this not being the case so the hotel maintenance man followed us to our room. We was correct, we couldn’t get in our room because the “battery magnet” on our front door was broken. We was told this would be fixed in a few days if they had time and they’d let us know when this was possible. The maintenance man used a metal key to let us get in our room. Following this, the man told us we couldn’t lock our door and we have to tell him if we wanted to enter or leave our room but under any circumstances we should not lock our room. As two 21 year old girls we felt very alarmed by the fact we was expected to sleep with an unlocked door which anyone could gain access too. We entered our room to find we had no working aircon, the room was dirty and the beds were as hard as concrete. There was no room replacement for us so we were left with no choice but to leave the hotel. We spend the next two hours walking around Palma in the early hours of the morning trying to find a hotel who could put us up for the 3 nights of our holiday. We did eventually find a hotel which is 10/10 and has been very accommodating following our stressful and distressing evening. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Awaiting a refund and some compensation for this.…

We experienced the hotel to be of high quality from the service, to the rooms themselves. We’ve had an amazing stay for these past 5 days and one of the most remarkable instances of the service of the hotel was this extremely hospitable and nice lady, ”Mell” by the entrance to the hotel restaurant. She greeted me and my family for breakfast with a bright smile and a welcoming attitude. By dinner she once again recognised us and was even nicer - asking about our day and what we had been up to. Mell will surely make your stay, together with her colleagues a great, pleasant time. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable with an extra large shower. Breakfast was amazing offering loads of options. The AC in the rooms was not the best but there was also a heat wave so this could have contributed.

Drunken Germans dominating the pool, loud music when they party in their rooms. Stay away if you want to relax or have small children with you. The hotel staff is very mixed qualitywise, some very nice and some very stiff or strange. Avoid the food at the bar during the day, it is as bad as possible. Frozen pizza and horrible milkshake. Big chunks of gooey suncream in the pool water. Nice and cool rooms, nice bathrooms. Sad that the large groups of loud young Germans ruin other peoples’ holiday- and the hotel is too depending on their money to dare interfer.

It is a nice hotel with very friendly staff, quiet area, not too far from the beach.Nice pool area, superb breakfast. There is very poor sound isolation between the rooms and corridor, you can hear every step, voice, door slam etc., wakes you up often.Same situation with the balcony.Bathroom had some alga on the middle of the shower glass wall. I had a really nice stay in the Taurus hotel. Personal was very friendly. Comfortable & clean rooms. Very good food at the restaurant. Helpful reception. I was on a bike holiday and this hotel was the main point of the bike operator, very close to the bikeshop/bikestorage. However, other guests were not affected by this. I definitely go back for a stay in this hotel!

Areas and bars and restaurants were very good. Food and its variety was better than average. Personnel were polite and very helpfull. The beds were very old, squicky and uncomfortable. Spa area made the trip feel better.

Very good service of the staff. Receptionist Lut is a great and helpful lady as also her co-workers, breakfast was great! Only thing that could be better is the working of the airco…at night it was to hot to sleep properly.
