The Jade Appartment is right at the beach of Mallorca with lots of German Beer bars around. Mostly young german tourists stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms very always .cleaned to our complete satisfaction.

We spent four days here. Furnishings are quite comfortable, rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day except on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can find some basic dishes there (2 tops, 1 pan, some glasses, plates and cups..). All rooms have a balcony facing the courtyard with a swimming pool. The staff is, however, quite unfriendly, some of them do not speak any language except for Spanish. They made a mistake when we payed with credit card and rejected to allow us to call the bank and verify the payment - even Marra tried to wrench the phone from me, belowing at me and tapping at her forehead. Very bad experience and unbelievable reply to my pollite question. You can park in front of the hotel free-of-charge, sometimes it can be complicated to find an empty place, expecially in the evening when the show in Bierkönig (opposite) starts.

Stayed here for one night in May 2013 because we were in El Arenal to experience Oktoberfest with the Germans! The hotel is located right next to bierkoenig which is a huge German style beer hall which is open until the early hours but the noise doesn't affect you in the apartments.
These apartments are pretty good for the cost. They are very clean and in a great location for the nightlife, which is predominantly German but great fun, even for the English. The hotel pool is a fair size for the number of apartments and the sunbeds are good quality. The pool area is very nice, if a little small and overlooked The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, having a separate bedroom is nice. Both lounge and bedroom have doors which open on to the balcony. The only negative is the dirty bit of carpet on the balcony, which is a bit strange considering the cleanliness of everything else! The hotels is a couple of minutes walk from the beach and also from it's sister hotel where you go for your breakfast. This is a bit inconvenient but not much of an issue. Reception is clean and welcoming and the reception staff were very nice.
All in all, a good choice for a stay in El Arenal in October.

A first glance the apartment hotel looks nice, and also the people working at the reception seems nice and approachable. As it is rated a 3-star apartment hotel, I will say that the rooms are fair and the pool is just fine. The main reason that I am therefore not able to give more than 2 stars, is because:
1. Cleaning is not very good (and we didn't get our room cleaned until day 3 for the first time). This only goes for the rooms, as it seems to be rather clean on the outside, especially the pool area is cleaned daily. Cleaning personal even didn’t respect when having put a ”sleeping” sign on the door handle, and just steped in at 8.30 in the morning.
2. This is the first time that I have ever rented a room in a hotel apartment (and I have many times), where washing the dishes wasn't included in the room cleaning, which was not mentioned beforehand, so we had to do this every day by ourselves. Had we known this, we wouldn’t have booked this room.
3. It was stated during booking, that the hotel had a restaurant, where breakfast was available. This wasn’t true, instead we were directed to another hotel 100m down the street. Not ok.
4. Very noicy. There were many young people partying during the night, which joke us up each morning at 2-4 am. Also, when lading at the pool, there was lod music from a bar across the street the whole day.
5. It’s stated that there is free WiFi, which is true. But the speed was so poor (2,3 mbit), that is was useless, and we hand to use our own mobile 5g instead.
6. According to the hotel booking page, it was possible to rent bikes. This also wasn’t true, there were no possibility of renting bikes.
7. Access to the pool was prohibited after 8 PM, which in my book is way too early.
8. We found a deab dove in hue garden by the pool, but had to information the reception 2 times before it was removed.
So, if you have no problems with the things that I have here mentioned, then this is a fine place to stay i Palma de mallorca.

We stayed at Jade Apartments for 3 nights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was cleaned daily. The Jade Apartments is in a great location with all amenities within a 2 minute walk to the beach front, restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartments are basic but nice enough. Location right next to the large German club means that for 20 hours a day all you can hear is loud music and chanting. Large parties of German males that have no respect for other guests meant that the nights are interrupted by loud knocking on apartment doors, lots of shouting and loud music. Seemingly most people in the resort had not heard of the concept of headphones so forced their music from loud speakers on anyone in the vicinity. Shame as the beaches are lovely and the pool at the apartments was clean and well kept. If the apartments were moved about half a mile from the beer Koenig they would be great.

We wanted to stay there for a night but staff was so rude and unfriendly upon check-in, that we've decided to leave and rather pay for another hotel.

After 6 years in a row we still like Jade very much. The rooms are clean and the furniture is good. Since 2 years the WiFi is free (while the signal still could be better).
The staff is nice and friendly. Especially Christian, he wants to help the guests with whatever they want. From thinking along to helping in learning Spanish.
If you want to go on a nice holiday, Jade is perfect, large and clean rooms, a bike cellar and friendly staff.

Location is great for cycling and the beach! Rooms have a small kitchen and living room area to enjoy tv, balconies on upper levels offer tables and chairs. Ground level rooms have private outdoor space, some near the pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and activities.
Rooms are cleaned daily.
Bring toiletries. No frills here.
If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll want a room away from the party place across the street. If you like beer and a party atmosphere, just cross the street.
If considering the meal plan-DO IT! All meals are at neighboring hotel. Very good variety, service, and atmosphere.
Bike rentals and tours are next door to the Jade. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just don’t walk through the hotel in your bike shoes.
Rooms are cleaned daily.

Ciao !!! Allora ci sn piatti , 2 pentole e una padella , posate , mestolo , bicchieri e tazze , e un tagliere . Caffetteria e tostapane non ci sono e nemmeno detersivo e spugnette per lavare . Se hai bisogno di altre info chiedi pure ! Ciaoooooo e buona vacanza
