I have been at several all inclusive hotels in Spain, but this one was the best so far in terms of the all inclusive part. Great food, good variation (1 week stay, I would not recommend any all inclusive for a longer period...). Although facilities and rooms are good, I have seen larger rooms and more facilities. But, the team makes it a great hotel, always friendly and even offering breakfast at 4.00 AM when we had to go back to the airport. So if you want to visit Mallorca/ Playa de Palma a great place to stay, just a few hundred meters from the beach and close to the airport.

This hotel was very basic but met all my needs. The meal service had a good selection compared to other European trips I've made. The staff was helpful and the hotel was a very short walk to the beach. My room view wasn't the best but I wasn't there anyway. The only thing is, the drinks during meals are kind of expensive. Tons of shops and restaurants near by as well.

Me and my partner was supposed to be staying at another hotel but two days before it shut so we moved here. The hotel was very clean and as soon as you walked into the hotel they were making you feel at ease. The staff were friendly and they all know a basic knowledge of english, which was great as me and my partner didnt know any Spanish or German. The hotel wasn't far from the beach and wasnt far from the shops either. The bedrooms were maintained every day and so was every other part of the hotel. The two bars were well stocked and they were always friendly. The pool side was very clean and tidy, they had themed buffet meal times such as italian, Asian and there was always a variety of choices. For myself personally there was too mucj fish but im not a fish lover. All the staff at the hotel made us feel settled in and were friendly. I would definitely go back here again.

Me and my sister (19,17)arrived 13th april to the hotel. We were meant to stay in hotel delta in a different are of mallorca, however that closed down and we were re-directed to this hotel. Straight away we were felt at ease, the staff were so kind and helpful! The manager made a real effort to talk to all the guests during meal times, and she clearly ran a great team of happy staff. BEWARE this is a german community, so not great for the english! CLEANLINESS: The hotel was very clean and very well styled. The cleaners were more than happy to help and spoke excellent english. ALL INCLUSIVE: Me and my sister both agreed the only downside to the hotel was the food. We are quite fussy eaters, so mostly ate pasta and chips! The food was always well stocked up and monitored by staff, however the choice wasn't great. There was a high amount of fish every night. The snacks were very poor - just a few cakes in a cover at the pool bar. The drinks however were great! bar closed at 11pm. There wasn't any entertainment, so the hotel wasn't ideal for families and children. The hotel is close to Beer Kernig - a huge club open all day long! Also close to another large club MegaPark. I would recommend going to marineland, the dolphin show is amazing! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel were brilliant attributes to the stay. It was very central too, which was great! There was no english channels on TV mind!
