Detailed Reviews
We have really enjoyed our stay at BG Pamplona. The hotel has just been renovated, the staff was very friendly, very nice location and position, 2 minutes walk from the beach, but far enough to avoid the noise of the people and bars of the promenade. The room is cozy and clean, the food was good and varied. Every evening there was some event in the pool, such as live music, singers, pianos, sax, etc., and a drink was almost always offered. I would book again and again, recommended!

Room Tip: High floors will be quieter as far from the pool area, and you'll also get a better view.

The room was very, very small and there was only one closet. The light on the balcony couldn't be turned off. The food was almost the same every day and it was usually cold.
The room cleaning was OK. Other hotels, however, cleaned more thoroughly and neatly. The toilet brush was disgusting and the toilet paper holder was disgusting too. Completely rusty and both had seen better days. The ashtray was repeatedly forgotten during cleaning and the sweeping was not done properly. There was still dirt on the floor every day. Despite tips, the cleaning still had room for improvement. The staff didn't try very hard either. You were lucky if you were greeted with a hello. You also had to pay a €10 deposit for each beach towel and you couldn't lose the receipt under any circumstances.
The breakfast and dinner were not our thing. From the third day onwards, we almost always ate out. On top of that, you get to the restaurant and then there are no tables set. You have to go and look for cutlery. The staff never seemed nice or happy. Everyone always looked stern.
At the evening buffet, everything was piled up and all the food got cold, so you had to help yourself.
For breakfast, you have to queue at 4 coffee machines. Although only 2 of them tasted good. Juices were only ever available from one machine... but once a week it was fresh or semi-fresh. That means that the employees tapped the orange juice from the machine and then pureed some fresh fruit. Done... that's exactly how it tasted. The scrambled eggs were always cold and the "fresh" omelette didn't taste good because no seasoning was added to it.
For us, there are definitely better places to stay.

This hotel and its staff is marvelous! Our 5 nights stay was lovely and very relaxing! The food is great with wide selections, the entire kitchen and dining staff have been very accommodating to me and my family. We really enjoyed the evening events. I would like to say thank you to everyone in Hotel Pamplona especially to Carmen, the wonderful and lovely lady from the housekeeping, everything was so thoroughly clean and organized every time we return to our room, I especially loved how she made us feel at home in Hotel Pamplona!

We decided to travel to Mallorca to escape the boring daily routine and booked a room in this hotel hoping for a nice and cozy romantic getaway. Boy, were we in for a surprise... Where do I start? Our first impression of the receptionist was really bad. The middle aged old woman was rude, uninterested in helping and could barely speak english. After about 15 min, we finally got our room, located on the floor and next to the pool. You could literally listen to the bar music from your bed. Not that it really mattered because you wouldn't want to stay inside anyway. The bedsheets were dirty and smelly and the toilet reeked of urine. We complained of course, but only got offered to change rooms at an extra 900€. Ridiculous! For that price we could simply walk away book a room in any other hotel. Unfortunately, the food was boring, unispired and bad tasting, The pool was good though! But why would you want to use it if you have the ocean just at the corner of the street?
I have never seen something like this! I feel robbed of my time and money and hope to never have to deal with this kind of establishments ever again.
After 3 days we decided this was not worth it and to salvage whatever was left of your "romantic getaway" we decided to just accept our loss, leave and pay extra on a nearby hotel. Maybe we were just really unlucky, but we will certainly never come back.
Whatever they might tell you, no this is not a 4 star hotel. In my student years I used to spend the night in cheap motels and 2 star hotels and this one is comparable.

Once again, we had an excellent stay at Pamplona.
The welcome is pleasant and all the staff, from employees to management, are extremely warm.
We particularly appreciate our suite, very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a lounge area, a mini-bar, a tea and coffee machine.
The area around the pool and bar is a relaxing oasis where you can relax, have a drink and even have lunch at an extremely reasonable price.
You can meet there several evenings a week for musical entertainment.
All premises, rooms or common areas are clean and well maintained.
The restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner, offers a wide variety of food to satisfy the culinary tastes of an international clientele.
Quiet and a stone's throw from the immense beach of Playa de Palma, it is a hotel masterfully managed by its manager.

I was at the Hotel Pamplona in Mallorca in mid-February 2024 and would book it again on my next holiday in Mallorca.
The hotel is highly recommended. It is a 2-minute walk from the beach. An evening stroll or a quick trip to the beach is possible at any time. The bus takes you to Palma in about 15 minutes.
The rooms are large and very clean. The very well-kept, daily cleaned and large pool area with numerous loungers invites you to relax.
Both the breakfast and evening buffets impress with a large selection for different eating habits and very tasty food for young and old.
The staff are warm, humorous, very helpful and thus create a feel-good atmosphere.

Hotel in a beautiful location served by transport, with swimming pool, but unfortunately some things leave something to be desired for a 4star hotel. Half board with drinks included gives you bottles worth 50 cents while glass bottled water is charged. The cuisine is international but dedicated more to foreigners than to Italians. The elevators are 2 (for 3 days only one worked) and are not out of sync, in the sense that you call one and all 2 arrive on the floor, resulting in long waits for you and other users, even several minutes, so as to force you down the stairs, and with a stroller I make you imagine the problem. Very mild animations, until 10.30 pm at the most, a little bit. At least an hour more fit.
Otherwise quite clean, you can do more for a 4star and ok that we are Italian, but being Spain, I was expecting someone who spoke a little Italian. We found only one waiter in the outside on the day of departure who spoke Italian, and solved a problem easily, since we had mistaken them the command.
I recommend not to make our mistake of bringing sea towels because with 10euro you can rent in struttura.Per the rest rooms large enough, the reception side building where we have been is renovated, and complete with accessories such as foam bath, shampoo, headphones, hair dryer and safe.

Well I don't know really where to start. Myself, my partner, my mum and my 10 year old son all visited last week. Booked through Voyage Prive and stayed in a junior suite half board.
On arrival the room wasn't ready as we arrived early, no issue, we were given a drinks voucher for a free glass of champagne at the bar while we waited! The room was ready early, all checked in, complimentary mini bar and snacks as well. Room very spacious and very clean, big walk in double shower. Dressing gowns and slippers in the room as well as a coffee machine, kettle and as I said mini bar full.
Down for dinner, all fresh and lots of variety, from salad to joints cooked fresh, steaks, paella, cheese board! Cannot fault the quality of the food or the attentiveness of our waitress Antonia, she was there at breakfast and dinner, always very pleasant and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast fantastic, again fresh everything, cereals, bread, cooked breakfast, croissants, fruit etc! Something got everyone. The pool very clean and the bar staff again very attentive. In the day complimentary fruit snd snacks at the pool brought by the staff, Juan and Edwardo were fantastic as well, couldn't do enough for you. Always complimentary cava coming from somewhere! No English at the hotel, a refreshing change actually, mainly German, Swiss, French, lovely people, plenty of sunbeds and daybed available never reserved. We literally cannot wait to go back......see you all in 2 weeks!

We stayed 8 days here in pamplon with our 15 month old child. In these 8 days the cleaning lady managed to come to our room twice when we wanted to sleep with the child even though we had mounted on the door the red sign with, "Please do not disturb". Our child woke up and we had the problem... You book a 1/2 Pension and have to pay for the drinks separately for dinner.... The food is 0815 always the same... Last night we went to the beach and when we got back there was just someone in our room and turned the sofa into a bed... we didn't have that all holidays and all the valuables are still lying around from us... Now the receipt for the bath towels is missing and they blame us. Once then never again. Do you want a relaxing holiday? Then don't book here.

Loyal guests for many years, we still enjoy our stays at Pamplona.
Being close to the beach and in a quiet area are its main assets.
It is a well-kept, clean, clear and quiet establishment.
The room with a balcony is very nice, modern and the housekeeping perfectly realized as far as we are concerned by Baka.
The poolside terrace is large and there is a bar and a very nice place to eat grilled meat and salads prepared on site at a more than affordable Award.
The restaurant serves Breakfast and half board in the evening.
In the morning, a wide selection of products, coffee, teas, juices, pastries but also omelets, cold cuts, cheeses etc...
In the evening, regarding the food, nothing to say about the quality but little adapted to the tastes of the very minority French customers.
In addition, the Germanic clientele dining very early, when we arrive at 8pm, the restaurant closing at 9.30pm, the staff is already clearing the tables to prepare breakfast the next morning.
The result is a din of dishes and serving carts that is not conducive to a peaceful meal.
Despite this negative point, we are happy to return regularly to Pamplona.

Hi there only just found your question the suites are not that big just a settee in there and coffee machine I would just stick to superior room if it’s cheaper. Maybe other suites are bigger than the one I stayed in. Hope this helps. It’s a lovely hotel.
Yes they are (European sockets). You don't need adapters.
