3 rd time at these apartments and they have never let us down; if it is wild parties and going crazy on holiday that you want; these are not the apartments for you. for those of you who are old enough to remember the small and friendly hotel and apartments and loved them; this is what the Tisalaya is all about; friendly staff and cleaners who can't do enough to help you; about 3 streets up from the main drag (possibly not ideal for those who have difficulty walking due to the incline) can't wait to return again
We stayed here in late July and found it suitable for our needs. All the apartments are in a single line and, as far as I can work out, there are 3 or 4 price levels. All the appartments are in a single row over 2 floors. We stayed Royal Terrace apartment which I think was the cheapest. These are ground floor and the terrace is undercover. In addition, you get 2 sunlongers just outside the boarder of the terrace, which whilst is the communial walkway, is fine. The upper floors are then the higher price, with the pool view the highest price (i'm not surew if ground floor near the pool is another price bracket). The location was good and as others say about 10-15 minutes away from the beach/nightlife. They are up a hill (short & steep or longer & not so painful) but we managed it at least a couple of times a day with our pushchair. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby - at least 5 minute walk, or Lidl is walkable (I went early to avoid the heat) but a little further. All seemed reasonably clean, though it was odd that we had the apartment cleaned on the second day, then nothing else for the rest of the week. That said, I think if we'd asked, they would have cleaned/changed towels etc. You can buy basic drinks/ice cream near the pool from the games room (if reception is open) but there is no "bar" or seating area outside. A good holiday for the price.…
Stayed for a few nights just before the quarantine was brought in for returning to UK. The apartments are all fairly big and standard, but near the pool and alwasy plenty of sunbeds. A terrace aprtment gets 2 sunbeds just outisde the room, and the balcony apartmetns dont, but get more of the sun. Always spare sunbeds around the pool which was great. Reception were extremely nice and helpful when my clothes fell out the window when they were drying. Shame there was no air con in the room, and the wind noise off the sun light in the bathroom you would think a hurricane is outisde. Great for the price, only a ten minute walk to the becah and promenade of shops. Bring your own toiletries. Safe is 15 euro.
Came here 20th of July 2020 for ten nights with my wife. Staff are really nice people, the pool is a salt water pool excellent. The cleaners are hard working always busy. There's a small gym down the stairs if you want to work out. We had a balcony with a sea view. Would definitely come back here again.
Came here with my wife 20/7/20. Staff are really nice people and the cleaners do an excellent job. There’s a salt water pool which is fantastic to have, and also a small gym area down some stairs if you wish. All in all I would definitely recommend to people.
