Bit apprehensive after reading some reports which made it all the better when arriving. Hotel location very good. Hotel room double basic fair size lots of storage space. Bit dated except for the bathroom but cleaned every day.5 British channel's on tv. Food and service very good. Pool very nice. Entertainment not my cup of tea. Overall a very good holiday.
My first time at this hotel as a solo traveler. From when I first arrived to the second I left, this hotel is excellent in every aspect. Couldn't find fault in any part of my holiday and am looking forward to visiting again very soon.
We visited here in December and loved it so much we decided to stop an extra week. It's so close to the beach and a short walk to the shops. The animation team were amazing. Lorena, Cosima and especially Alex were fantastic throughout and we couldn't wait to see them each day. They truly made the visit even better.
Had a great holiday at the Relaxia Olivina, a special thankyou to #Miriam Power swimming instructor, she was marvelous with my granddaughter learning how to swim, she got a gold medal too 😀, will be going back to this hotel in the future ...
We have been to this hotel numerous times at New Year. As usual reception staff in fact all staff lovely. Waitresses and waiters and bar staff work tirelessly. Chefs the same. We were in room 211 which was perfect for us as its next to pool we love. Our son prefers the busier one near restaurant. Hotel is ideal spot. The layout is good. Food delicious. NYE gala well organised and wonderful. Pools are clean. Plenty of loungers no need to get up early. Downsides...... please please update the bar area and props or entertainment. So so dated. Worn out. Drinks are weak and mediocre. Please just give it a huge uplift. More brighter and better cocktails. The small snack bar area seemed to run out of beer and other soft drinks by end of each day. A few tiles near 2nd pool near us were uplifting....coils be hazardous just need re grouting. Towels please renew. Pillows are flat. We asked for extras. This was fine. More toilets by each pool would be amazing. I would still recommend as not bad price but will lose customers id they don't improve. …
