Atlantis Las Lomas garners praise for its spotless apartments and well-kept pools, with a prime location near the beach and local attractions, though the hill may be steep for some. While guests appreciate the value for a budget stay, they caution against extra charges for Wi-Fi and other amenities. The rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and size, yet are noted to be basic. Reviewers commend the staff's cleanliness and helpfulness, albeit with some service hiccups. The atmosphere is lively, with modern touches, but can get noisy.

Stayed here for 5 nights early March with my sisters. Check in was fine, friendly girl with blond hair, I can't think of her name. We were allocated 2 first floor one bed apartments beside each other at front of complex, 274 and 276. We knew in advance they had no newly refurbished ones available so it was grand.

Apartments were fine, spotless clean, very spacious and huge balcony. After reading previous reviews I was panicking a bit but the ones we were staying in were perfectly acceptable. Do not stay here and whinge about accommodation when it is a budget complex. We paid 16 euro a head per night for staying here, if you want 4 star luxury stay in the Fariones or Barcarola!

Cleaners came in every second day and were excellent, we left them a fiver each as a little tip as they work very hard. One complaint was no plug socket in bedroom, but we had a look at the newly renovated apts and they are gorgeous with ample plugs and even USB ports.

There is 4 pools on site, 2 big ones in Atlantis part and 2 smaller ones in
Las Lomas bit. There are pool bars on site, the big one down front which serves nice food at very reasonable prices and shows football etc and the smaller one which the lovely Danny runs. Danny is the on site entertainer, barman, jack of all trades and is great craic. They've 2 happy hours at 4pm to 5 pm and 8pm to 9pm with good offers.

One criticism is the sunbeds are not great, half of them are broken or filthy looking and there are no parasols around any pool. Not good bad in March but I'm sure in July or August this could be unbearable with small kids or anyone that wanted a bit of shade from the hot sun. Also walls are paper thin, I could hear our neighbour's talking, doors closing, alarms and mobiles buzzing, wear ear plug if you are a light sleeper!

Overall really enjoyed our stay, location is excellent too, 5 minute walk and you are on the Strip and ten minutes walk to Biosphere. Would I stay here again, yes but maybe not with kids in high season as I'd say it can get very loud in the summer months...

This was our fourth stay at the Atlantis Las Lomas apartments and we enjoyed our stay yet again.
We stayed for 11 nights in a one bed apartment which was not updated however it did its job and we were happy with our room especially the location. We were on a upper floor over the restaurant right at the front of the apartments so we had a sea view all round.
The rooms have everything you need if you want to stay in and cook etc although we hardly used the kitchen as we ate out most days as the restaurants in Lanzarote are so cheap and there is so much choice.
The pools are always nice and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds however a lot of them are broken so it was a rush each morning from guests trying to get the best beds.
The food and drinks on site area very reasonable price and what we had we enjoyed. The older lady in the bar however we did find a put off as she is a proper sour face!
We love Lanzarote and this was our 11th visit and we will definatley be back but we are having a change this year and we have booked to go to Corralejo Fuerteventura in September, when we do come back I will be booking at these apartments yet again.
See you soon Lanzarote.

We have just returned home from a ten night stay at Atlantis las Lomas.

We were in a renovated Studio which was lovely and modern. It had a kitchenette with everything you need i.e. 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, travel kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc. It had a nice TV with various English speaking channels; BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, MTV, Pick, Challenge
+ Children's channels too.

The beds were very comfy and the water pressure from the shower was amazing. There was also a proper full sized hairdryer in the wet room. There are plug sockets aswell as usb ports in the bedroom to charge your phone etc. Cleaners come in regularly. There is a full sized sweeping brush and a little dustpan in the room.

There are four pools on the complex. The two bars on site were quite reasonable and they had Happy hour between 4-5 & 8-9.

The internet was perfect. We paid €20 for the wi-fi for a week and that was for two devices.

You can get also pay to get a massage poolside should you choose.

In order to use the TV you must get the remote control from reception and leave a €10 deposit for the privileged which you get back upon check out. The kettle in our studio was tiny. Pool surrounding gets extremely slippery when wet. I saw a few people have near misses. Bedding wasn't changed until day 8 out of a 10 night stay. Pillows on the beds were as flat as a pancake.

There was an apartment above us and the sound really carried. We could hear people having conversations, coughing, phone alarms going off in the morning. We could literally hear some one snoring on more than one occasion! Any time furniture was being moved around it was extremely loud.

The sun beds on the complex by our pool (which I would call the second pool) were really filthy and the majority were missing pieces so they could not be used.

The complex itself is quite large and there are a number of steps up to the area of the complex where we stayed. I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues.

I really cannot wrap my head around the negative reviews! This hotel is AMAZING and especially for the price.
It looks lovely white building with blue terrace shelter. If you look out to the horizon you have a lovely see view too which looks lovely in the evening when the sun sets.
On arrival we paid 56euros to upgrade our room to a furnished one bed room balcony with pool view, this is highly recommended, as the studio rooms are right at the back of the hotel and look a bit squishy. We are currently staying in room 218.
Yes the rooms are not modern, but we are in Lanzarote, the main thing is they have everything you need. The Maintance guys are so friendly and always smiling and welcoming same as reception team. The strawberry daiquiris at the hotel bar are soooo yummy too!
Each room has a hairdryer in the bathroom which is quite powerful, I brought a travel one as I have long hair but ended up using there’s as more powerful. There is a shop on the corner that sells all essentials like shows gel, shampoo, creams and food/drink, at reasonable prices.

All in all it’s GREAT and I would definitely come back here, I have nothing to complain about at all. Loving every minute.

P.S everyone is very Covid aware and the cleaners wear masks and gloves. In Lanzarote you must wear a mask in the shops and when walking into a bar/restaurant until you are seated. We bought out antigen test with us online which you are required to do 72 hours before leaving the country.

This was a family gathering starting the 18th of December 2019 ending(THANK GOD) 28th of December 2019. On arrival I was greeted by the run down pool, grubby tiles, dirt all around pool walk way, hair tissue and just all looking like it was built in the earlier 90's. The staff are not the friendliest. When I was given the key and went to our appartment the shock and disgust would only grow. The floors were dirty like they needed a sweep, even though there was a dirty brush in corner of living room. This place is on another level of run down dirty. You have to pay a 10 euro deposit for the tv remote which I did but wasn't able to use for 2 days as this service was not available, but was not told this at time of purchasing remote. The WiFi is 7 euro a day for one device a total rip off as I got it on 2nd day and it kept loosing connection. The appartment is dirty run down with a damp nasty smell throughout. The beds and pillows or dirty and stained . They say the appartment sleeps 3 but you only have one room with 2 tiny single dirty beds. The 3rd bed is the sofa which when pulled out is not flush with the other side of the couch. The table in the living area was so sticky and dirty when we tried to play cards they stuck to the table and we had to use coins to pull them up.

just returned from a weeks holiday last night,on arrival into lanzarote after a 3 hour delay due to the morrocan sand storm hitting the islands, which we where diverted to fuertenventura for to sit on our jet2 aircraft, which i must mention the pilot got us into lanzarote blind he was a star.
on arrival to the apartments it was dark ,and the check in was swift and was given a map to reach our studio one of only sixteen and are all at the rear of the complex,to be honest we werent satisfied with the position of it but in the morning it was a different story it was ideal for the sun all day and quiet, the studio was clean internally but outside still had sand around due to the storm, room had been refurbed and nice and everything was there and worked, cleaner was excellent and in basically every day. the top pool was quiet but freezing, the apartments are ideally placed but you have that hill walk back up,the reception staff where good and nice to talk to. the pool bar was ok price wise, and had 2x1hr happy hours,we never eat there, my gripes where,
{a} the poolside beds where never clean and most where broken we had to make make beds up..
{b} the balcony furniture had to be cleaned by ourselves as to use it.
{c} no umbrellas at the poolsides so you tend to burn easily.
so to be honest not much, and its a nice place with returning guests, they do have wifi but we just used the free wifi in the bars and restaurants, theres a mcdonalds 15 min walk and a burger king down the front ,all the restaurants are good and bars will give you a beer at very cheap prices.

Just returned from a week at these apartments, it's a big complex, we were in block 6 right at the back of the complex.
there are many steps here, each to a different level, so hard going if put at the back with suitcases!
The rooms are big,but basic and clean, with all self catering equipment needed, there is no air-conditioning, which may be hard in summer, but ok now, there is also a hairdryer in bathroom, there is a TV in room, which you do pay 10euro deposit for but get back, this has some English channels, but ours had no sounds ,called reception, someone came and looked but that was it, I know you don't go away to watch TV, but we had some very cloudy, and rainy days,so some time was spent in the room.
There are no sun parasols around the pool, we did ask several people but again told got none, my husband can't sit in sun very long, so when sun was out had to sit in room as little shade anywhere.
Food was good at small snack bar, did have breakfast and salads as well as omelette and sandwiches and other snacks.
Just be aware,on last day,if can't keep your room on, you take your towel from room with you ,as will need it if using courtesy facilities, they don't tell you this!

I cried when I walked into the first room we were given, it was tired and grubby looking and there were drain flies on the wall. I paid 40 euro to upgrade to a renovated room which was better by comparison but still not brilliant. Touch points particularly were obviously not cleaned but maid service visible daily, towels should be changed daily in my opinion but weren’t. Large gaps under all the doors, if it had rained water would run into the apartment and patio doors arguably not secure if someone really wanted to break in. Luckily no cockroaches or other beasties which could also gain access easily. Quiet location and to be fair we met couples who visit regularly so must be something we missed out on. Try for yourself, for the price but be sure to get a renovated room

Not too good for those with walking difficulties, hills to walk up to the apartments, so don’t be fooled by claims of 150m to the beach, it’s a hard slog! Then there’s the stairs to apartments themselves.
Upon arrival the man in reception was just rude, just blandly stated the room was on the second floor and it was ready. Said if you want a different room you will HAVE to wait! The attitude was that of a don’t even ask.

Anyhow by ready I stupidly assumed that he meant clean and habitable, not just beds made.
Don’t think I’ve ever gone on holiday, (and typically we go 2-3 times a year) and had to set to and clean it before use.

The toilet had brown all stuck to the side of the pan, it could have been water marks but I don’t think so! Because it was under the seat too with black hairs! Went to use the toilet brush, all I can say it was disgusting, dark lumps in it. The bath had brown stuck to the inside. The entire bath was covered in brown scum as was the wash basin. And to cap it all a cockroach. After killing it I had to buy bleach disinfectant and set to cleaning. No bath mat, just step out onto a slippery floor, there wasn’t even a rail to hold onto just a couple of holes where one may have been. We didn’t even use the dark blue holey, threadbare towels and one of the hand towels had a nasty brown mark on!

My daughters nervous disorder brought on by stress, kicked in so badly it totally ruined the holiday.
The bedroom ok after sweeping, but there wasn’t even a plug socket!

The kitchen obviously not been cleaned, in some time everywhere was dust like black soot. The microwave had food stuck inside it, the worktops were dusty.
The toaster was a definite disgusting health hazard.

Living area again ok needed to be swept and dusted at the very least.
Crumbling walls!
I could go on but I’ll stop now.

The thing is it wasn’t the cheapest on the site we looked at but seriously, £853 for self catering 2 weeks for 2 in November, seriously I expected better than this!
Could have be the greed of the travel agent but even so I’d expect when a room is ready it’s clean!

No complaints about these apartments. Nice location and in easy reach of everything this area has to offer.

The accommodation was comfortable and had everything you needed including, a local shop, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of hot water, towels and maid service.

All the guests were nice and friendly which added to the relaxed atmosphere around the poolside during the day and of an evening, everyone was respectful and quiet when returning home which allowed for a good nights sleep. The sunbeds do need updating as many are old and broken.

We found the hotel staff to be accommodating with our room request and we would have no issues with booking here again.

There are towels in the apts but they are really only for the shower. We usually bring some with us ( old ones) and leave them there or you can buy one on the strip for less than 10 euro. Enjoy your trip they are fab apts.
