Firstly. Don't do what everyone else does and read all the negative reviews and come to the hotel with low expectations.

The rooms are basic, no tv but your on holiday. The kitchenette has everything you will need to last a week, fridge crockery. You will need to buy a sponge and washing up liquid. Bit annoying on holiday. Also you only get 2 toilet rolls. Then your in your own. The bath is the size of a sink bowl.

The maid service is limited but effective. They mop and clean the bathroom alternitve days and make your bed. Your bedding isnt changed, which does feel a little low rate after a week of heat. There appears to be no upgrade service. In previous places of this nature you can pay €5 to have this service. So be aware your towels and bedding and with you your whole stay.

The place is quiet. They warn you no loud music after 10pm and no loud music round the pool. This isnt a negative. We are 30yr old couple & we loved the peace and quiet.

Reception is a limited service 10-1pm. Why you would need them. The pool area is lovely and its a warm area.

Outside hotel. Tip number 1 payless car hire!!!! €63 euros for 2 days in a fiat Panda made sure we had the full island to explore. Its 15 mins walk left on the strip and is amazing.
There are 2 great local supermarkets next door.
Dont miss walking the 40mins to the harbour area its brilliant and for those who like to shop a great precinct.

All in all its a good little place with basics of a kitchen, safe, beds. Its was quite and the place is clean. The extra ability for at least a refresh of bedding may be something they should look at.

But we will be back so that says it all.

The location was great close to shops
We had to pay extra for the wifi conection, but the conection was realy bad not worth the money you pay.
At night there were very strong lights outside above the pool and above every little terace which was turned on the whole night. That was very anoying and disturbing.
The table is only outside, so if there is rain or strong sun you have to eat at kitchen counter.
There weren't enough storage in the room.
There is no air conditioner in the room and it got realy hot even in winter. Wouldn't imagene beeing there in the summer.

Had a lovely stay at this Adults only complex, studio is basic but are very clean and serviced daily. It is only a minute walk from the Gran Casino so was in a perfect location for me.There is a Supermarket and The Mighty Duck Bar next door. The staff are lovely and very helpful. You can rent what you need from the complex for eg, Iron, hairdryer, sun lounger cover for a nominal fee. It was my first time as a solo traveler and would highly recommend this cheap and cheerful complex for a week of relaxation. I a looking forward to a return visit

We booked this accommodation on booking.com and although I knew the accommodation was small I chose it for the location.

Here are the good points first:

Location is amazing just minutes from the main strip
The pool area was nice however we didn't use the pool
During the 4 night stay the room was cleaned twice and they did a good job.

Here are the bad things:

The apartment although advertised as a studio apartment was more like just having a small room.
Everything is dated and old and being such a small room could easily be renovated for little cost.
The owners of this apartment complex are so mean they don't supply anything not even hand soap, who brings hand soap with them for a self catering holiday. in the room there is no air con or even a ceiling fan, but you can hire a fan heater for x amount of euros a week.
This apartment complex as I said earlier charges for absolutely everything even a cushion for the sunbed and an umbrella. I believe for a family wanting to stay during hotter weather you would need to part with between 50 - 60 euros to pay them just to have the basics.

Location is brilliant but there are far better apartments with a similar location cheaper

This is in a great spot and gets some things right. But it beggars belief that they don't provide soap after the recent pandemic, nor washing up liquid - meaning that you either have to supply yourself or not use washing up liquid to clean anything - which was obviously what previous guests had done. Heaven forbid there'd be shower gel etc!
One of the few places left in the world which charges extra for wifi.
Cheap IKEA towels.
Extra charges for so many things and soooo many 'don't' signs, such as 'no inflatables in the pool' means that pool barely used. No doubt they'll cite H&S, but this is just not the case and not applied elsewhere; it's all a bit jobsworth, they must be British owners!.
To top it all a sign saying 'do not, repeat do not, put ANY type of paper in the toilets'; I mean come on, if a loo will take what it's meant to take, toilet paper will not block it.
Seemed odd that they had cleaners every day yet, due to no soap or washing up liquid, is a breeding ground for disease.
All a bit of a shame because quite a few things make it decent, but ends up like a poor man's version of a Travelodge.

We have stayed here a few times , always have a one bedroom apartment as more spacious . The rooms are clean but could possibly do with a little updating , can’t fault the staff who work very hard , cleaners in everyday . It is very quiet around the pool but is lovely if you want a relaxed holiday , you can talk on the balcony as long as not too rowdy but it’s not a party hotel so who wants to hear people shouting at 4/5am , we always play music in our room and never been told off as we are respectful of others .
Downfall in the summer is not having air conditioning so you will need to hire a fan . Yes you do have to hire the cushions for the sun loungers but only 5 euros and makes it more relaxing than the usual plastic beds . Plenty of sunbeds and no queuing , you get what you pay for .

The staff were friendly, the location was great for restaurants, cafes and a couple of supermarkets nearby..just 3 minutes walk off the main street and beach
A nice little pool just outside the apartment with plenty of cafes that do a cheap cooked breakfast nearby..many bars within 15 mins walking distance.

AVOID
They provide you with one bottle of water and two rolls of toilet paper, thereafter you provide your own toilet paper etc as needed. No soap, shower get etc. Sheets and towels not changed all week. Charge extra for use of WiFi, toaster, fan, cushion for sun lounger etc. Full of rules ie don’t feed birds, don’t feed cats, don’t put toilet paper or anything in toilet, don’t play music in or out of your room without earphones, don’t speak outside in the evening as not to disturb other guests (year round guests/owners).
Extremely noisy with bottles being emptied into bins between the hours of 10.30 pm and 5am outside my bathroom window.
Badly in need of a makeover as the patio door feels really heavy as it grinds and squeals when being opened and closed and then bangs and rattles when it’s windy (the proprietors answer is to wedge the tea towel in the door frame when it’s windy😡)realistically the seals are completely gone on the door and frame, as is the runner bar.
No bedside lamps or light switches or sockets. No television and no air conditioning (they will give you the use of a fan for an additional charge). Sun loungers are stacked by the pool but you must lift them and set them where you can around the pool area and then return them to the stack when you are finished (not the easiest thing to do when you’re under 5ft in height and have mobility limitations. Steep steps up to studio and no safety hand rail as you approach the top. Standard bins all around the pool area leading to flies all over the place. Reception only open from 10am to 1pm. Check out is at 10am, they will hold your luggage at reception but there is no toilet or shower facilities so no way to freshen up prior to departure.
Definitely not worth the €389.37 that the week from the 1st - 8th of March cost me. I’ve stayed in much better accommodation for much less in Puerto Del Carmen.

Firstly, the only good point for us was the location - very close to the strip.
The bad points - no air con when it's over 30 degrees the rooms are like ovens. You can hire a fan from reception for 6 euros but to be honest it doesn't make much of a difference. Maids come most days but sheets were not changed. With it being so hot we were sweating at night. Pool area is nice enough but very quiet. We only saw it being cleaned once. Could be doing with cleaning more often. No noise allowed so we were paranoid about even talking to each other at times. Neighbours were on their patio when we returned at night (it was quite late but we were on hols!) and we spoke to them as it would be rude not to. Got a telling off from manager the next day as we were talking and laughing. We went on holiday to have a good relaxing break but after the telling off we felt as though we were walking on eggshells.
Overall, basic apartments, good location but would only visit if you go to your bed early and don't speak to anyone. I think there are private apartments there where people live so they probably will complain about tourists
They were cheap but I would defo spend a bit extra to get better and going in summer air con is a must

Great location just one street back from the strip. Very quiet complex with basic amenities. Our room was located on the ground floor and opened on to the pool. You can hire a fan for 1€ per day plus other facilities such as iron, hairdryers, safe etc. The sun beds are free to use but if you would like a padded mat to lay on then this can be hired too.
The room was clean with plenty of storage and kitchen equipment. The pool was regularly cleaned and a security guard was present on a night. I would go back to these apartments again purely for the location, plus I am happy with cheap and cheerful.

None of the rooms I've ever stayed in there have Tvs or radios. Perhaps bring a small radio with you? They are very, very helpful at reception so perhaps email them in advance and they may be able to sort you out.
