Clean adequate self catering accommodation. The hotel does every type of board. Staff friendly and wore masks around all areas due to the ongoing Covid pandemic. Quiet pool area is quieter than the all inclusive side across the road or under the tunnel depending on which you choose to take. You can use either side but if you prefer peace and quiet use the smaller pool side. It is a bit away from the main drag but that is the advantage of its location. I can imagine the rooms near the main road are noisier than the ones set back which are peaceful and quiet.

This was our second visit to this hotel , it was just as enjoyable as the first .my family were self catering in the rooms across the road from the hotel ,rooms were clean, well equipped, good shower room . All the staff friendly check in quick sorted out a couple of early issues very quickly . For the best feature was the pool my grandson loved it ,sun beds are quickly taken but we had no problems entertainer worked hard. Location is on a bit of a hill so it’s really a walk down taxi back . Would definitely come back again

Really pleased with our recent 7 night stay at the THB Flora. We booked 7 nights in a junior suite with breakfast. We were given room 102 which was on the ground floor and close to the pool which was idea for popping back to the room. Bedroom was of a good size with plenty of storage, good lighting and TV. Shower was large with a decent shower and toiletries. Suite also contained a second room with a sofa, kettle, basic cutlery and kitchenware plus a fridge. Rooms cleaned and tidied daily, with towels and bedding changed twice at least. Complex had a little supermarket where we bought milk, crisps and beer at 80p a litre! Lots of choice for breakfast, very nice omelettes cooked to order as well as full cooked breakfasts, cold meats and cheeses, bread, lots of fruits, cereals and yogurts. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive which was offered to us at 20 euros per day each as we had breakfast included - we decided to do this for our final 3 days which was the minimum period you could upgrade for. Exceptional value for money - San Miguel beers, nice G&Ts, so so wines, but lots of good healthy food to choose from for lunch and dinner. I particularly enjoyed the tuna, sardines and sushi. Staff were strict that masks were required when entering the restaurant and going to food stations. Hands had to be sanitised before entering the restaurant, so all felt very safe. Entertainments guy was good with the kids and also took aqua aerobics, archery and darts sessions. Evening entertaininment was pretty good too with a couple of good singers plus a karaoke evening which was fun to watch. Located at the top of a hill - we had no issues with this as we both do a lot of walking. Pool was of a good size and we always got a sunbed when we went out after breakfast at around 9.45-10.00am. Would definitely return.

I’m sitting on my balcony on my last day before returning to a cold Scotland and decided to write a review as I used Tripadvisor a lot before booking this hotel. Location- The hotel is a little out the way and up a hill but there are lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. Like others have said, plenty taxis to bring you back up the hill if needed. Walking to the old town and to the harbour was a lovely walk. There were spectacular sunsets to be seen. Hotel- I found the hotel met my needs for the short time (5 nights) I was here. I had a solo use Junior Suite. Very spacious suite with a separate room with a sofa bed, fridge, coffee maker and kettle and plenty cupboard space for snacks and things. The cupboard also had in it 4 glasses, 4 cups and saucers, 4 tea spoons, a butter knife, a brad knife and a cork screw. Not sure how comfy the sofa bed would be, I never used it. The bathroom was adequate with a good hair dryer and fairly big walk in shower. The room was cleaned every day and the bin was emptied. I always made my own bed so don’t think this was ever done by the maid. I was Bed and Breakfast and found the breakfast to be ok. Not a huge selection but adequate for a 3 star. The pool area is nice but gets very busy. I didn’t think there was a huge problem with people putting towels down very early compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. The supermarket and wee shop on site are handy. The reception staff were very helpful. A big thank you to Carlos for printing out my UK locator form for me. Covid regulations are strictly enforced. You must wear a mask when moving about the hotel and always sanitise your hands when entering the dining room. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy. Negatives- The bed wasn’t the comfiest. Think if i had been staying longer it would have given me a sore back. The suite could do with another bin as there was only a small bin in the bathroom. This is just a small moan as I appreciate another bin would give the maids more work. My suite looked out onto the roadway but thankfully it wasn’t a very busy road. The patio doors were a bit worn and could do with replacing them. ( Room 232) Overall I would recommend THB Flora. A good 3 star hotel.
