The All Senses Nautica Blue Exclusive Resort & Spa presents a dichotomy in guest experiences. While the hotel's beachfront location is universally lauded for its serenity and scenic views, opinions on service and cleanliness range from commendations of spotlessness and friendliness to grievances regarding neglect and rudeness. The resort's atmosphere and amenities receive mixed reviews, with the charm of common areas overshadowed by reports of outdated rooms and misrepresented facilities. Furthermore, guests have called out the lackluster value, pointing to subpar conditions that belie the resort's luxurious pretensions.

Me and my partner went for a surprise trip for my birthday and turned out to be one of my worst experiences, the hotel standards are rated a 1 star and that’s being nice they don’t deserve any stars at all!! On the first night they messed up our room and was unable to change it even though we had emails confirming the room type we was supposed to have, the staff was acting like they don’t understand English and talking to each other in their language so we couldn’t understand what was being said. When we finally spoke to the complaint’s manager she was just as bad very rude and dismissive saying they can’t do anything to help us, the room we was given was dirty had marks and holes in the floor and full of dust from the curtains and on the desktop. I suffer from epilepsy and on my 2nd day I had a seizure by the pool side my partner was left to deal with everything alone and other guests had to help, when they asked for an ambulance they sent a life guard this was a life threatening time and they just left me. The life guard didn’t have a clue what to do so when I finally came around I was stil on the floor with my partner and guests surrounding me, at this time my partner was still asking for the ambulance but they said they hadn’t called one yet. For me and my partner this was one of the most scariest experiences, I went back to my room to lay down and not one member of staff came to check if we was ok or needed anything especially the ambulance this was disgraceful I have never been treated this way and I will never forget this horrific experience. This has made us never want to return to Greece especially never to this hotel, after my sad experience and the way we was treated I just wanted to go home we couldn’t enjoy our holiday after that so it was a waste of time and money. This was a birthday present that tired into a birthday nightmare!! On top of all that the food was absolutely disgusting I’m a Muslim and majority of the food is pork so I didn’t have a choice I had to have salad or egg and chips every single day for two weeks, we paid for all inclusive but had to end up eating and drinking outside of the hotel which was an extra unnecessary waste of money. I will be taking this further as no one should have this type of experience and if we don’t speak up only god knows what they will do next!! I would like to thank all the GUESTS that helped my partner and who came to check on me after my seizure I’m forever grateful god bless u all 🙏.

Location- right on the sea front. Appx 1 mile walk to small town. Facilities- spa is reasonable priced. Pools clean and plenty of sun beds. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Safes in room and hair dryer. Under counter fridge and tea/coffee facilities. 2 bottles of water left in room every day. Spacious. Restaurant and bars - staff friendly, some cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package, but they are clearly labelled. Food - wide selection and local produce which I enjoyed. Someone did say about the temperature of the food. It’s not as hot as the uk, but it didn’t bother me and I have not complaints about the quality. If you’re allergic to cats, DONT GO. Cats roam around the place, this is common throughout the island. Quite tame and friendly, and they keep to the main areas. Wasn’t an issue for us. One one member of staff was miserable/unapproachable, and she was on reception. Really don’t think she enjoys her job. I would return.

The EasyJet was cancelled at the last moment and we were driven to this awesome hotel for three nights starting from Sunday22nd-24th Tues and the room were excellent and the food was absolutely great with drinks all day. loved the swimming pool with lovely snack bar open all day. The manager was really great and down to earth. He looked after well during our stay. Even when we left the hotel at 1am on Wednesday the breakfast was placed on the reception with tea and coffee on kettle as promised by the manager. I am so much grateful for all his service and hospitality. Will certainly visit Nautica blue in the coming days and would recommend to all. Many thanks With love and warm regards Raju Dil Milan and Deepa

Worst resort ever! Needs to be closed down, tired, dirty , booked for 7 days they should never have allowed it, as resort closed after 5, resterants, shops, last meals were served up in a cafe. Was told that our last day we could eat at the staff party, but dont eat meat, manager didnt care, just laughed! Ended up with 2 fights between male staff in front of us, discraceful place.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. They claim to be 5 star but I have been to 2 star hotels that are better. Firstly, the entire animation team cater for French speaking visitors only, so from day one, our toddler did not feel included. It is advertised as having a kids club, but this was closed throughout our entire stay. When we approached the excursions desk, they said sorry we are only here for the French people. To add insult to injury, having paid extra for a double room with a sea view, we found that the bath was falling apart, the door handles were breaking, wardrobes had rising damp, pillows and mattress extremely uncomfortable giving us back and neck ache, fridge and cupboards bad standard. No idea how it got its 5 star rating. The food provided everyday for the buffet was awful for lunch and dinner. I would strongly discourage you from booking this place. The bar staff were very friendly and so were the cleaning staff and they would get maintenance out to you quite quickly but it never lasted. They advertise satellite TV but there are just 12 channels of which only two are English (both news channels). Please avoid at all costs. After speaking to the manager, the tour guide staff started saying good morning, prior to this we were ignored. We also got injured from corner of bed as mattress does not fit on bed properly.

Overall cost for hotel were good, but it is mad that the Greek Tourism board puts it at 5 star, but of course the Greek government get to charge us more per night for staying there. Beach is terrible, small, dirty and not worth bothering with. Area around the pool nearest to Resturant is a danger, the white plastics parts around it broke and dirty. Pool water actually clean, but pool very dirty on inside walls. Grassed area around it muddy and full of ants (but then noticed for 3 days the small tables weren't cleaned). Room cleaners ok, bedding only changed once in 10 days. Generally the whole resort needs more staff and an upgrade. Huge windows in the bar area were filthy (ruined the view of the sunset), gardening is terrible and weedy and the decking and furniture at the bar near entertainment is broken (huge nail prodruding and broken decking). Towels were very old and all odd sizes and colours. Food not to bad although never had any hot or warm food. Even when they brought a fresh tray of lamb out it was cold? No live cooking stations, not even omelets. Bloke who took care of the area outside was very friendly and good at his job. The only hot food was the Turkish restaurant but then the food was just what they serve in the meantime restaurant. Strangely, at 4pm that restaurant was cooking food, but food not available until 6.30pm when resturant opened, so tells me they cook way in advance which is why everything is cold? The old fella behind the bar next to restaurant has to be the most miserable I have ever met. Slamming down drinks, tutting when you politely ask him for a drink. Ended up just laughing at him as if he had that attitude in the UK, I would have made a major complaint and told him where to go! We hired a car for 3 days (Hiway on FB, £90). Went to the other side of the island (Agathi beach) was beautiful but sun beds expensive. Resturant there was amazing. Giving this resort 4 stars based on what we paid, however, if I would have paid more, it would be less stars as really not worth more! Overall, a cheap holiday on a cheap resort. Wouldn't visit again.

If you want a nice time please avoid this resort because you gonna regret wasting your money. My partner took me on a holiday for my birthday and we are unfortunate to stay in this hotel. The reception staffs are so unhelpful and confused, when you ask them things the look at their selves ,talk and laugh at you. The staffs at the bar are so rude and awful, talk to you like a piece of rag , they expect you to tip them everyday before you will be attended to politely, the drink and get drunk and that is when they start telling you when and when not they are gonna serve you. The rooms are so dirty that me and my partner got scared of taking bugs home as souvenir, ants everywhere. Broken showers, hundreds of cats in the restaurant climbing all over you while eating, limescale everywhere, unconcerned staffs that talk to you like you are there to beg , dirty and smelling walk way , unhygienic everyday cold food just like the management, rooms are old are not taken care of , floor always flooding after bathing , torn sofa and old bed cover with a very very light duvet. This hotel should be closed till when proper things are put in place for the safety of people. Please avoid!!!!!!

We booked this holiday last minute and to be fair we were very pleased with the price we paid - and with that in mind we were very happy with our holiday. Had we paid full price I think we would have been a bit underwhelmed by some aspects of the hotel. The hotel is fairly isolated along the North coast of the island - there are no other tourist facilities anywhere near. If you are coming here I would advise you rent a car. The beach it is next to only just deserves to be called a beach - small, messy and quite uninviting. The hotel rooms are fine but could do with an upgrade - in a 3 star hotel they are exactly what I would expect but they lack any feel of luxury or sophistication that you normally get in 5* establishments. This is probably also true of the rest of the hotel common areas - it all feels a bit like it has seen better days and needs some money spending on it! The staff are all very pleasant and seem very hard working - particularly in the restaurant. Food is pretty good - a decent buffet at all 3 meals, we always found something we liked and hygiene felt like it was priority. The only thing I would say is often the buffet food was not very hot - this has been pointed out by many previous reviews and responded to by the hotel to say they will improve but we still found the same issue. Would we visit again - yes for a bargain week like we got, but I think you could do much better if paying the full rate.
