Hotel was warm, welcoming, easy-to-check-in, had a good breakfast, the bed and room were clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the atrium's look/overall aesthetic. In the morning, during our stay, the front desk manager stopped me after breakfast and started showing me pictures on her phone asking "If I knew what happened to this table?" It was just one of the plastic nightstand tables (no drawers, just a metal frame and top). There were tiny bubbles on the surface. My partner and I just spent a quiet night in Viljandi and the only drink in the room was a Värske water provided by the hotel. We had no idea what this was. We left the hotel and kept our bags there while we finished our nice trip. When we checked back later on (early because the manager's vibe made us nervous about this), the new lady at the desk said "The hotel supervisor would like to speak to you." And she did. In the lobby during our peaceful trip she ran over details and phone calls and interviews of a literal investigation. We just stood there taking this all in. "A bit of water was found on the table's surface. It must have caused bubbling" I bought a hotel a table that day, paid a nasty addition extra for the room, and was publicly chastised in a lobby for there being a "small amount of water" on a plastic table.…
A very nice place to enjoy yourself. Service was really kind. The one and only thing that caused a discomfort was loud sound of clock tower over the square, which appeared every hour and every half-hour. Due to that it may be difficult to have a proper sleep. Some rooms also have windows over the fountain square, which one also makes constant noise of falling water. Loved the food in the hotel restaurant. Also there are many nice places to eat in 10 minutes walk. The lake beach with lots of sporting amenities is 7 minutes walk away.
Very nice and comfy hotel in the center of Viljandi. Short walk to everywhere, everything is nearby, also the lakeside. Parking in front of the building. Professional staff, good breakfast and restaurant. Comfy beds, quiet rooms.
It is new hotel. Nice functional rooms. Comfy beds. It is quiet at nights ? Not thag it would be noisy during dah time). Parking in front of the building. Great place, professional staff, good breakfast. Really good location in Viljandi. Short walk to everywhere.
Great hotel, great room, great food, great service!!! Spent three nights with family during the festival. Excellent location, everything is nearby. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Did not try the restoran but menu was teasing. Will surely visit again.
Very nice, clean hotel in lovely surroundings. Bed was very comfy. Absolutely very good hotel in old renovated house and I would stay here again. AC was difficult to use. Breakfast ok, served at the restaurant in same building. Free parking.
We stayed for one night. Very good location, stylish interior, very clean, tasteful breakfast, quiet room, exceptionally comfortable bed, nice and helpful service. We were very pleased with the experience.
The hotel was small, but in a good way, so was not too crowded or too busy. Nice and calm, I would say. The rooms were not too small, average size, but comfortable, the bed was good, shower was ok. The service also was very friendly and good. Loved the food at the restaurant, also their service was great.
Viljandi is a small town but it has some interesting sites. The hotel is nice, modern and located in the middle of the town. The staff is efficient and the breakfast was good. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was good. Parking is on the street but is was nearby and safe. I would stay here again if in the area.
the hotel is located in a small town and compared to it, for example, the price of a suite is very expensive (300€ day). More expensive than a sauna suite in the capital with sea views. Laundry room quite modest. The bed was good. Exotic drinks in the minibar. There is nothing special about the suite. If you come to Viljandi, this is definitely the most expensive or almost the most expensive option. At Midsummer, the restaurant was closed.
