Perfect setting by a bridge over the River Irt. Ate here twice during a stay at the campsite just over the bridge. This place is really popular. Welcoming staff, good ale and great pub grub. We particularly enjoyed the haggis, needs & tatties starter. YUM!

Exactly! This is a great place to stay. I know there is another 'Bridge Inn' in Cumbria which may be the confusion. The Santon Bridge Inn is excellent and a great place to stay. Definitely no loud music!
You were obviously there at a bad time, when my husband and I went the staff were extremely friendly, the food was absolutely amazing and it would be a real shame for anything to change from the experience we had.
