The hotel is very beautiful
The decorations are pleasant and the infinity pool and the rooftop bar are very beautiful.
The bar teams are very friendly.
When we arrived, the floor of the room and the toilets were dirty, the person at reception had someone intervene within 2 hours.
We had full board, the buffets are really basic and not great. there are a lot of people in the mornings and evenings and the buffet room is small, the tables are not regularly cleared and cleaned, you sometimes have to wait to be seated
Too bad to have to pay extra for coffee or tea at the end of the meal!!!!
If you do not drink alcohol then you will only be entitled to water during meals….
We went out to eat several times despite having full board….
The swimming pools are very good but a big downside on the deckchairs which are occupied by empty towels from the morning with holidaymakers who only arrive in the evening! In the middle of August and with the crowds, management should find a solution!!! Impossible to find a free deckchair if you don't arrive at opening or after 6 p.m.!!!!
The beach is accessible in 2 minutes but it is not one of the most beautiful in the area….

Frankly I usually go to a Belambra every summer and I can say that this one is just extraordinary the complex is not bad.
The negatives: on the terraces next to the bar down the pools not enough shade we had to eat in the bar because the seats are expensive in the shade, the manager drinks quietly with friends on the terrace and in the shade of course. Tables are not often rid customers of the bottom themselves. And hygienic level of tables it leaves to desired.
The staff is quite pleasant overall except that some forgot to smile especially at the restaurant...
Too bad because it could have a complex and high-end services...
The accommodation is perfect enough storage except flat the extent of the accommodation is too small.
The top pool is just beautiful, too bad the top bar only opens at 6pm.
And then as usual people are just without embarrassment he leaves their towels for the day on the deckchairs so that other holidaymakers just have to put their butts on the ground. Belambra you have found a solution to remove the open bar now it would be wise to find a solution for the towels that stay the day on the deckchairs without occupant on them.

The beautiful swimming pools very large and very well heated (27-28 °) are the only positive point of the center. A treat! The accommodations are very clean and modern inside but small, dark and without sight (be careful if you are 4 with children the 2 children sleep in the entrance hallway on a bunk bed). Our tiny unfurnished terrace overlooked a hedge with the road on the other side. The few green spaces are only slightly maintained. And especially the big negative is the restaurant, quite basic, and especially the staff who seem very unprofessional. Buffets not always renewed regularly and especially no table service. (see picture of the table at the end of the meal with all plates from the beginning). Minimalist breakfast with very ordinary products. We had only come 2 days to scout the place to come with big family next year but we will not come back. Sea late September impassable in front of the center. (beach invaded by algae and branches following the weather? and work to dismantle mats). Note that a week later in early October we were swimming without problem at 3 kms to the Grau du Roi side Grande Motte.

+1
An athletic fit coach (Florian), a fitness Leader (Laura) and a professional and efficient dining staff.
Alongside this, there are myriad malfunctions:
– A person bathed in a burkini and hijab without the regulations concerning bathing rules in a private pool being applied by the management of the club which clearly announces that this person has paid for his stay and that he can bathe like this. Also, for several days, there was a person swimming dressed (2nd day: stockings of burkini and after, stockings of cyclist, who was authorized by the management but who does not respect the French regulations and who also violates the regulations of the club (see photo)). Review to swimmers dressed... or not: if you paid for your stay, then you can swim as you want!
- dwellings that do not meet safety standards with a rampless and very steep staircase. This staircase leads to the children’s rooms that are upstairs with the toilet downstairs (see photo): the risks of falls are therefore multiplied during the day and at night of course
- Gym is closed all summer to (says the management) be able to accommodate children’s clubs which are in numbers this year, although the website mentions the existence of this room
- A SPA with a foul smell in the hammam and sauna and which also does not work (says the management)
- Kids and teens clubs with a lack of activities and animators often with their noses on their mobile and in disturbing outfits (wearing a thong for some animators when Things to do at the pool)
An endless wait at the bar to have a cocktail with waiters not very friendly and clearly lacking dynamism and motivation. We wonder if they really want to sell drinks
An endless wait at the bar for a cocktail with unsmiling waiters and lack of dynamism and motivation. We wonder if they really want to sell drinks
- Restoration not at the level of a 5B. No fruit press in the morning (very sweet industrial orange juice), 1 single centrifuge with 1 knife for a club that can accommodate more than 900 people for breakfast. Pizzas not always homemade and sometimes not cooked (see photo).
The icing on the cake: clearly insufficient stocks for dessert since when arriving at 8:20 pm (for a restaurant open until 9 pm), there are already no desserts displayed or vanilla ice cream on almost all 14 evenings
- Staff at reception not always very knowledgeable, may contradict themselves overnight and often try to give excuses rather than find solutions
- concept of « mid-stay relayer » in this club consists in changing only the towels forgetting to wash the floors and make the beds like the service sold. No need to inform the reception which remains useless on this point
Check-in from 5pm, but Check-out for 10am! We’ve never seen a Check-out so early at any Belambra club. No flexibility possible with the reception except by paying again: not easy to manage a Check-out at this time with children.
I do not recommend this site which claims to be the “window” of Belambra at more than 1500€ / week during school holidays and only half board

Studio accommodation for 4 people, for RENTAL.
On arrival, we were given a studio with no equipment...zero dishes, no appliances, no table for lunch...Nada! With 3 growing teenagers complicated!
After several complaints, the items arrive in small quantities, plates, cutlery... strainer, table, electric coffee maker... for the Nespresso or Senseo we forget... it's 2.10€ per coffee at the bar! And for the cleaning and well you have to ask for a broom...you won't get anything else.
Very very average for a 5B at €300 per night!
The fine sand beach...well it is 10 minutes by car at Espiguette, opposite the club it is earthy sand because it faces the canal.
What saves them...the infinity pool with a view.
With a little luck you will have a deckchair... or not.
4 nights will have been enough, very disappointing.

We stayed 1 week with family (4) mid August at this property. Nice location between Le Grau du roi (15min walk) and Port Camargue. Nice Things to do nearby (Seaquarium, mini golf 3x18 holes really well).
Secure parking with access by plate identification and 5 electric charging stations with controlled cost and availability ok (not like swimming pools).
Secure access by changing code on Saturdays except for the portal overlooking the beach (everyone outside Belambra could return that week).
Employees smiling and caring whether at the restaurant, maintenance (and yes there is maintenance), welcome, bars, etc...
As soon as entering Belambra asks for intervention because shower curtain bar too short that falls in our face, skirting that peels off,.... Housing not very clean (only a broom and a shovel in the housing for 6) without mop, with coffee table which is not very suitable for half board. Having a half board apartment with dishwasher, microwave etc... we thought we had a minimum of kitchen utensils like knives and forks but we were told that Belambra was not required to make them available in tomorrow board... so why put glasses and plates? Very very limited knowing that it is not mentioned anywhere.
Nice but undersized restaurant with queues to find a place, few staff to rid. Complicated when it rains... The choice is limited (fish vs meat) compared to other Belambra.
No opinions on activities.
As for the pools....superb (1.2 and 1.4m deep). On the other hand, a latent incivility whose management gives a shit and lets it be. The “people” book deckchairs (present in numbers) from 09:00 in the morning by putting towels, some even have breakfast (passage to the restaurant and direction to the pool with plates and cups). Result of the races, from 09:30 there are no deckchairs available and this with a low rotation all day. You will see that the attached photos taken at 13:00 show an empty pool with deckchairs covered with bath towels: where are the people? Well at home or at the restaurant to return to their place after. In short, an established incivility that is not managed by an outdated management and does little to remove towels, sign a charter, put up signs indicating decorum.
In short very expensive for half board, very disappointed vs the other Belambra we have been able to do in recent years and certainly the last one for us considering the anarchy and the very bad value for Award.

We spent a few days with family in this Belambra Port Camargue (5B) with half board... "5B", undoubtedly the equivalent of the Club Med tritons! Missed !!!
This was a first for me in this chain... Probably the last too.
Infrastructure: PMR HS elevator, direct access to the HS beach, swimming pools all ice cold (yes, yes, all! During this period we expect better... Especially when they are advertised as heated!!!), smells of lifts sewer right at the entrance to the bar and restaurant, bags of dirty laundry lying here and there (for at least 24 hours).
The accommodation: it seems recent, but when you look closer there are too many faults: no screw cover on the towel dryer; mold at the bottom of the shower; faulty bathroom window; closing the faulty front door too (you have to do it 5 or 6 times so that it is locked when you leave the accommodation); bird droppings on the windows; stains all over the walls; an impossible-to-lock bay window upstairs; on the ground floor if you open the window on the terrace side, the accommodation is invaded by ants; the dishwasher which goes into error mode on all programs; the poor quality pillows (I slept very badly); vacuum cleaner not under the beds (I noticed this when putting 2 twin beds together); a very rough cleaning... And no doubt I'm forgetting some!!! But the worst part is still the completely non-existent sound insulation!!! Earplugs required if you want to sleep!
Meals: space (too) optimized, the tables are too close to each other; atmosphere worthy of a 2* in Djerba; very average quality of food, not horrible, but not good either; hot dishes, most of them already cold (long live the microwave); endless queues at the different centers, I am not naturally very patient so the waiting + the noise (for cold food) got the better of me... Moreover, eating at 6:30 p.m. when you are on vacation because supposedly the 8:30 p.m. service is full, it's a real aberration!
In summary, they either need to expand the dining area or reduce the number of meals to be served... We need to review the entire organization. In current conditions, it's carnage!
The staff: very numerous... Certainly... But few competent, it's a shame... If not professional, they are friendly and pleasant.
In short, for a first experience at Belambra... And in a 5B... I really expected better! I am terribly disappointed!!! I can't bring out a positive point because there are so many negatives! It's a shame because there is enormous potential!
I won't go back... And I'm adding Belambra to my Blacklist!

Does not deserve 5B, other Belambra are worth a lot more and are only 4B.
Hygiene not always up to par, especially in the swimming pool toilets and towards the multi-sport field (lack of toilet paper or damp toilet paper which loosens on its own), and in our accommodation in the bathroom especially…
Entertainers who think they are at Club Med, the waiters too, no restaurant manager, food that remains on the floor throughout the service….
In short, there is a lot to say (this will not be on the satisfaction questionnaire with supporting photos), a lot of things to improve and put in place to be 5B…. We are disappointed to have saved everything in the world for the year for this…..

Very good club (accommodation experience only). Very good location, very clean (outdoor and indoor). Nice staff, and exceptional panoramic pool. A small downside on sometimes the lack of deckchair available. A supervisor who removes towels from people not at the pool will be a plus.

Third stay at this club (1 time in April and 2 times in August), it is always a pleasure.
My 4 daughters were at the kids club and whether it was the Poussins club with Juliette, Coralie, Chaïna..., the Foxeaux club or the Pirates club (I don't quote the animators for fear of forgetting), they all loved going there. The animators are really adorable and kind.
Mention for Marielle, the manager who does her best to make everything go well.
The room was perfect close to the bar and kids clubs which is essential with quite young children. They can be autonomous and they appreciate it.
The food was good, hearty and quite diversified, only flat for vegan people because there is little see not according to the day sources of vegan protein (chickpeas, tofu...). No soy yogurt... Many good salads prepared but often with tuna, ham etc.
Only one real disappointment for us is the withdrawal from the gym... In April, I was able to enjoy it. There fortunately we had a car, we had to pay a membership in a gym outside the club for the time of our stay.
I hope you will find a solution with Nama SPA so that the machines are put elsewhere, this is really missing in a 5B. The group lessons offered do not necessarily correspond to the Things to do for the children (swimming and tennis before the kids club).
Last criticism on the incivility of guests at the pool with people dropping off towels as early as 9am to occupy seats only a few hours or even minutes during the day. Last year a pool boy lowered the seats to check the actual occupancy and removed the ghost towels. That was really lacking this year.
For the rest, entertainment, reception staff, cleaning, external providers we tested tennis lessons with Maël, swimming with Mathias and spa it was perfect.
Looking forward to returning in October for the end of the season.
