Back home after spending less than 24 hours at the park. I previously stayed at caravan parks in Cornwall and had good holidays there however, Park Dean need to address that this holiday park need serious cash injecting into it as it's very run down particularly the tables and chairs in the dining area, most of the chairs are split... Where do I start, when we opened the door the nasty smell hit you and didn't leave over the three nights. Dirty floor sticky carpet etc.opened the curtains to see forehead and hand prints on Windows from kids that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Standards of cleaning very poor. In fact my daughter found a pound coin under... More

Turning up at Sundrum Castle Holiday Park I was very surprised that the receptionist there didn't really seem to care and we seemed to be a nuisance to her, we were given hurried directions drawn on a map and told that we'd need to show our passes to get into the complex at night.. I would have understood if there... More

We booked this holiday on line which was easy enough but doubts remained in my mind regarding the size of pitch I had booked, this resulted in several phone calls and confirmation that the pitches would be big enough for our 24ft caravan. How wrong we were the original pitch we were shown was at least 6ft short to enable... More

We stayed here during the Easter break, 2 adults and 3 kids (7, 9 and 10). The park is located just south of Ayr within a wooded/forest area, and is ideally situated as a base for local attractions. We arrived at around 4 pm on a Friday and were able to access our accommodation, the Gleneagles caravan (No.53). The accommodation... More

We paid £760 for a top of the range pet caravan. It was grotty! Edges coming away from walls and fireplace . Kitchen inadequate utensils missing. Only one oven shelf what happened to the other one! We stayed at sundrum castle early on in the season. Quiet place but nice...clean and pool is nice and quiet. Meals are so so...good play park for the kids. Good entertainment....toilets need done up....very old and run down. Amusement arcade is small and could do with an upgrade.
