We just finished the most wonderful 7 night holiday at Six Senses Yao Noi. There are not many places that leave a lasting impression, but Six Senses Yao Noi definitely did. This is also a sustainable resort where they have their own chicken farm so that you have organic eggs for breakfast and they also grow a lot of their own produce. We travelled with our two boys, aged 9 years and 11 years old in July and we stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view villa. The villa was so spacious and had beautiful views that we enjoyed everyday. A huge bath tub, outdoor rain shower and your own private pool are just some of the wonderful features. The hospitality and customer services at this resort is one of the best that we have received. All the staff are so caring and genuinely want you to have an amazing holiday. They really go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. Keeping the kids entertained: The Eco Warrior Kids Program was excellent. There was a different activity each day and the kids loved it. They learnt a lot about sustainability and they did so many activities such as making their own pizza’s for lunch, collecting organic eggs and even learning how to make their own natural insect repellent. Food: We couldn’t fault the food here. Every meal was delicious. There are great options for breakfast and the food is very very fresh. There are some wonderful dining options such as the Chef’s menu, which is a must especially from Chef Vikram - the best Indian cuisine you will have. Dining at the Hilltop offered beautiful and unforgettable views. Again, another excellent dining option. If you want to catch the sunrise, you must head out to the Hilltop. The sunrise there is a must to see. You can go in early morning and just relax and really take in the wonderful atmosphere. The views are just stunning. There is so much I can say about this place. It really was such a fun and enjoyable holiday for our whole family. All the staff are amazing. They are all so attentive and caring, check in and check out was also a smooth process. The General Manager Stefan personally meets and greets you and makes such an effort to ensure you are having a great holiday. A special mention to our GEM Kat, who looked after us for the whole week and reminded us to book for the different dinner sessions and activities. She really made sure that the kids were looked after and that we had everything we needed for our holiday. There are so many people we can mention that really helped make our holiday memorable - Tristan the Food & Beverage Manager who took the time to get to know us, who was such a humble and genuine person that you could see really cared about the guests comfort at the resort. There is so much more I can say about this place. We will definitely be back soon and you will not be dissapointed if you book your holiday here. PLUS their homemade ice cream is so delicious and you can have as much as you want every single day!

I've been fortunate enough to travel extensively with work, as a couple and as a family and I can hands down say this is the best resort I have ever stayed at. This resort is not a shiny, glitzy Dubai hotel, its uniquness is in its surroundings, the attention to details and the service you will receive. I will start by saying that this resort has been built in the jungle and as such you can expect to come across native animals and insects, they won't hurt you and they were there first. We were met at Phuket airport, transferred by car to the marina and then taken by speedboat to the resort (40 min journey). We stayed for 14 nights in a stunning 2 bedroom, sea view, beach access villa (number 2), the rooms were beautifully appointed with so many thoughtful touches - natural inspect repellant, aftersun shampoo & conditioner, welcome bottle of wine and fruit, unlimited water, luxury slippers, insect repellant coils, adapters, leads. Pretty much anything else could be requested. Check in was completed in the room by Minds our Gem. Each morning we started with the complementary yoga, thank you Nam & Rose, the classes were suitable for beginners, whilst still being challenging enough, it was a lovely way to start the day, Breakfast was the best I have ever experienced, fresh juices, pastries made onsite, eggs cooked to your preference, fruits, continental and Asian options. Special mention to Sim Pong Makkeaw in the bakery, Puii our waitress and of course Vikram the chef. The food and beverage manager Tristan was often on hand to chat and give advise and was a great character. My daughter who is vegetarian was well looked after. We ate in the Hill Top about 6 times and in the Living room once (for the BBQ) the food is amazing, however it is relatively expensive, this wouldn't usually be an issue, but as there were 4 of us for 14 nights it was quite an addition. We also like to support local businesses so it was nice to go out and eat at some of the local restaurants. There was a Managers cocktail party on the Tuesday evening with complementary drinks, this was a nice touch and was a good opportunity to chat to management and staff. There is free ice cream available all day. We enjoyed activities such as the movie night and kayaking to the mangroves (complimentary and escorted) we used the paddle boards, kayaks and the sailing boat, These activities have to be booked in advance through your GEM. We used the bicycles several times and took ourselves on a 12 mile tour of the island, its safe and easy to navigate. We visited the farm where you can collect eggs or just feed the chickens, ducks and goats, the animals were well kept and cared for. My daughter & I also volunteered one day at a local school (part of the hotels community program) this was such a worthwhile experience, we are not teachers, but will a little planning you can create a fun filled lesson for the children whilst helping with their English language skills, our GEM came with us to translate and the teachers were on hand to help too, the children are well behaved and grateful. If you are going to the Six Senses, but cant volunteer the school are extremely grateful for any little gifts of stationary, books or little toys (the hotel will pass them on). Housekeeping was (yet again) the best I have experienced, a thorough job every day with nothing ever missed or forgotten. Our wonderful housekeeper Arlee even made us tea on a rainy day, in over 30 years of travelling I have never received such service, we were very touched. Everything was topped up and refreshed again during the turn down service. One thing to take into consideration is the departure time of the boat on your return, we weren't told by our travel agent that the last included hotel transfer is at 15:00, our flight wasn't until 23;55, luckily another couple wanted to share a private transfer at 20:00, so we avoided a 9 hour wait in Phuket airport. Although we had to check out of our room at mid day we were provided with a day room to use for the remainder of our stay, another much appreciated extra. We did also support other local businesses whilst staying at Six Senses, we booked local long tails trips, took part in a local Thai cooking class and ate in local restaurants, I could never quite work out how the hotel felt about this, I felt myself having to justify our daily actives to our GEM, I hope it wasn't frowned upon, I feel strongly about supporting the local economy when travelling. I think perhaps the hotel just like to remove any stress by organising everything for you (although clearly commission is then made), but we do like a certain amount of indepenence on holiday, especially on a 2 week stay. For us it was the staff that made the difference, we never received anything other than exceptional service, the staff are professional, kind, caring and compassionate, they really are incredible people, they are without doubt the resorts greatest asset. Huge thanks to Graham, Stefan and the management team for the most incredible holiday.

Dear TJCJ, Firstly let me thank you again for your stay with us and as well for your wonderful review. I am delighted to read that you had a great time with us on Yao Noi and really used your time to explore the island beyond the resort. It is indeed a very charming and calm community with which we are tightly connected and appreciate every support, from visits to schools as well as local restaurants as it helps all to make this destination even more attractive. Thank you for highlighting the team as they are indeed the stars of the resort. We are all hoping to welcome you back for another local tour with Khun Mind or a tea with Khun Arleen. With kind regards, Stefan Resort Manager Six Senses Yao Noi

We still don't want to miss the opportunity to thank the whole team at SSYN for another great stay (17 May - 26 May, Villa 41). This was our fourth stay and we were once again very impressed by the hospitality and kind professionalism of all the staff. We deliberately choose you after the tense pandemic period because we knew beforehand that it would be great again. Everything was then confirmed without exception! It was great to see some familiar faces from previous years and of course to meet new team members. We don't really want to single out anyone from the team, but we would especially like to thank our wonderful GEM Khun Mind who looked after us pleasantly and discreetly. We would also like to thank Khun Sabu, whom we have now come to appreciate since our first stay. It was always a pleasure to talk to him and laugh a lot. A great guy! But as I said, everyone in the team does a great job and as a guest you notice that everyone is a proud member of the SSYN team. But as I said, everyone in the team does a great job and as a guest you notice that everyone is a proud member of the SSYN team. Also a big thank you to the top management around Graham and Stefan, who once again made a dreamlike stay possible for us! We are already looking forward to our next stay, maybe even again in autumn. :) Best regards & take care, Renata & Marc

We just came back from Six Senses Yao Noi where we had a wonderful stay unwinding, resting and enjoying the most beautiful sunrise and sunset each day. As returning guests, the service, the people and the serenity of the Yao Noi island make this place truly special. You can feel the privacy, the comfort and the respect for nature and local communities. Kudos to the management and the team for their thoughtfulness that go into every details of their service.

A great place for us to restart traveling post pandemic. This resort is a special place that starts with the magical sunrise view at the Hilltop restaurant. Every employee is warm and professional who provides top notch service. For the adults, there are wellness program and special dinners. For the kids, there is a farm where they can feed goats and pick up organic eggs for next morning’s breakfast. For everyone, there is free biking and kayaking. Once all these activities are done, one gets to retreat to a beautifully designed villa that connects to the nature. Six Senses has excellent environmental practice that eliminates use of plastics. An onsite water facility provides free still and sparkling water in glass bottles to all guests. we have loved our stay,

If you are thinking of booking here you will not be disappointed. There isn’t one thing I can fault. From the very welcome you receive and being looked after right through to the end of your stay. The customer service is special. The attention to detail and memory of your name what you prefer at breakfast what room you are staying in is lovely and all of the staff were amazing. Margie was our personal GM and she really made our holiday, she took care of everything we wanted to do inside the hotel and outside of it, no ask was too much. If you can do the private or semi private tour to phi phi it’s a must!! It’s my favourite day trip I’ve done on a holiday. The hotel organises it with their own staff and the boat is lovely, comfortable and spacious when it’s just you or you + another couple. No taxis to a port you leave from the hotels pier and arrive back in time for dinner. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is stunning and the outside shower is a lovely touch. The rooms are kept spotless aswell as the outside pool area. The main pool area is breath taking, the views you can’t get bored of looking at, the decor of the hotel even down to the bathrooms are so unique, natural but high end at the same time. I love the design of it and how it’s also tried to be at one with the nature rather than take over it to build. Extremely eco friendly. The food is incredible, it is pricey compared to what you can get outside of the hotel but it is cooked to perfection and we thought it was worth every penny. They grow a lot of their own produce on site even down to the mushrooms. The chefs and mangers are very friendly and make a point of coming to have a conversation with you every evening or breakfast which is nice. I’d recommend getting a moped and going around the island to explore, me and my bf done it every day, it’s just so beautiful and has a charm that hasn’t been heavily hit by tourism. The shops and restaurants are worth a visit too. Kin Ds restaurant in particular is one of the best local Thai food restaurants I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to Thailand 4 times. This island is a little gem and I already know we will return again at some point. A big Thankyou to the hotel and staff for making our holiday so perfect!! Everything was 10/10 and we hope to see you again in the future :-D Sinead and Remy

we were on our honeymoon and was suggested this remote hotel. and it was simply stunning. Right from the arrival greeting at Phuket airport to the marina transfer and hi speed boat ride... everything perfect. we were greeted warmly by the resort manager and had golf carts with our names on it. they took us on a tour of the ample property and dropped us at the hilltop. what a fantastic view of the bay, over the infinity pool. the drinks were divine as was the food. lots of care from the bartender Son, who showed us about some cocktails. there are a lot of activities. outstanding was watching a movie under the stars, with popcorn thrown in. they have excellent cycles to ride outside the property. u get to see island life and can opt for a spa treatment outside too(cheaper, not better). the room was huge and simply immaculate. though we had a partial ocean view room, the view was super, could directly see the mai tai beach. our GEM looked after our small needs promptly too. thanks six senses .. a truly 7 star experience
