The hotel is nicely designed and the furniture is Swahili simple with modern touches. The customer service is OK but they need to have more activities for guests and recommend to guests where to stay...that info wasn't received after asking. But all in all I had an awesome time with a friend celebrating a birthday and made the birthday dinner...

This beach resort is nice. I really loved the buffet food which was served. It was delicious and had varieties which caters for both vegetarians and non- vegetarians. The Rooms are spacious and clean. The other advantage is that the rooms are a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

We were here in Oct'16. Its a huge property with a big swimming pool + 2 other small pools. Food has its ups and downs but chef accepts requests so you are sorted. Beach is accessible and you can walk up to the islands during low tide hours. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. For the price we paid it was...

For a hotel that is 3 years old, it has a long way to go. There was nothing interesting about the food, dinner tasted like it was recycled. No sanitary bins in the bathrooms. They have no urgency attending to anyone who falls sick, there was a guy who fell sick on Wednesday 20th July and by Saturday 23rd July,...

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your holiday at Seven Islands Resort. However we would like to respond to your review that we find rather unfair. First of all we would like to mention the health problem of your brother; by our investigations it seems that things went differently from how you describe. On the morning of July...

Awesome place for a perfect beach getaway.... Everything is just in order from the rooms, pool, food, staff. Being here does really feel at home and will never feel alone with the lovely staff, arranged activities from the hotel i.e water spots, cultural, etc... Will definitely be back and wouldn't mind recommending.

Hated pretty much everything about this hotel,ma part from great location. Very rude staff, the animation team (yes seriously!) are actually really creepy. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. The food was very poor, flies everywhere. Rooms were clean however. But there are FAR better places to stay in Malindi, you don't need to stay here!

Do not stay here, I have stayed in many hotels, lodges and B&B's in Kenya and this is definitely the worst, probably because it is run by Italians and not Kenyans! The staff at reception and the bar are the rudest I have ever encountered, please take a little time to read the Managers responses to the poor reviews on...
