I don't remember when last time I was in place like that... It reminds me about budget bungalows in Thailand. Terrible interior... Very old, dirty, smelly ... Very very bad wifi! The food what they served to us on dinner was more that just bad. Still don't und how they can cook so bad. Staff, service and interior all like...

This review is only for the restaurant. Having ordered simple dishes ( a tartar, and a quiche type of tourte). The tartar was good and hand prepared. However, the tourte came frozen, and after a second attempt, the outside was warm but inside still cold. The service was not attentive by one waitress, but the other one tried her best...

Stayed here for one night whilst driving through France. It's clear from a map that it's out of town, as are most hotels in this chain. There are restaurants in walking distance though. The room was adequate and had a/c and was a good size. It was clean and we couldn't hear any noise from the road. I wouldn't pay...

We arrived to find the campanile wasnt as close to the city as we expected, and isnt a stones throw from a very busy and noisy main road. We found that although it had a restaurant it had tno bar to be able to have a drink in on a night. And one would have to get a taxi into...

I've stayed in Campanile group many times before and can only assume they are going through hard times. Over the years they have become sadder and sadder, until all hope expired on Saturday May 18th. We arrived tired and decided to eat in the restaurant because although unremarkable, they had always proved reliable. It was terrible. The normally generous starter...

Have just returned from Campanile Soissons and an honest update on Tripadvisor seems the right thing to do. Pros; Local super market, fuel, McDonalds, shoe & clothes shops etc only 2 mins walk / clean sheets / Towels / Bathroom / decent size LCD TV (all French Channels) / friendly staff especially the accomodating room maids who supplied extra towels,...

Four of us had been following the 1914 British Expeditionary Force's Retreat From Mons to The Marne. We'd finished that and arrived at Campanile-Soissons in the early evening just a bit too crackered to follow our normal practice of disappearing into town to eat. Our tempers were just a little frayed because we kept on cocking up our approach to...

For the price, this hotel is pretty good. This hotel is on a retail estate and there isn't much around in terms of eateries and entertainment. We were told the nearest town is a 10-15 minute drive away. Rooms are well furnished and maintained to a good standard. The only thing that let this room down was the temperature. We...
