We stopped off on the way north to the Chunnel. The building was imposing and impressive as only a moated chateau can be. The wing in which we stayed was slightly less impressive but the dinner menu degustation was superb, with wines with every course. Ok not cheap but excellent>

We loved our relaxing stay at this beautiful, elegant hotel. We had only booked the night as a stopover from our travel from the Black Forest in Germany to UK, but wish we had stayed longer - it was just too quick. The staff were so friendly and kind (and forgiving of our very poor French!!), and the hotel was... More

My wife and I stayed in the Astrée room which is located on the first floor of the château with views over the moat and garden to the rear. We booked our stay to include dinner, breakfast and spa (small jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) access which would ordinarily cost €18 per person. The room: Large, spacious with antique furnishings. The... More

An attractive chateau in a tranquil setting and a great place to visit the Champagne area from. Breakfast was excellent but dinner was pretty average overall considering other places we stayed. The room we had in the chateau was small and hot at night (in September). Overall, we felt this hotel was not good value for money.

stayed here for a long weekend (Friday to Monday) in September 2016 two couples all in our late 50’s. lovely location and from the moment we arrived knew it would be a relaxing weekend, the chateaux is not too big and surrounded by a moat and pleasant gardens/woodlands. We stayed in a Privilege Double Room in the Castle, a very... More

We stayed here after taking the ferry to Dieppe to avoid Calais and what a great find it was! Comfortable and well equipped rooms, very friendly staff and a really first class restaurant which was as good as some Michelin Starred establishments that I have eaten at. Finished off with a great breakfast and a drive on quiet roads through... More

Lovely hotel situated in Etoges. We stayed in the main Chateau in rooms on the first floor. The restaurant is lovely, great service and very good food. The menu's are good value for money. The spread for breakfast is great but might seem a bit pricy if you do not drink champagne that early. We did not explore the village... More

Nestled just off the D933 this tastefully decorated and furnished chateaux just oozes traditional style combined with a warmth of service and exciting cuisine that is sadly now becoming rarer in France. The Champagne region offers great scenery, great degustation and at Chateaux D'Etoges day-long wonderful eating. The evening experience is a delight and the breakfast selection such an unexpected... A very beautiful and relaxed place to stay with efficient and welcoming staff and high quality food and drink. Lots to do at the Chateau and beautiful towns to visit nearby. A very difficult place to leave, but looking forward to the next visit.
