I have been there with my family in last week of June. We took the cable car ride (Genting Skyway) which was just awesome. It is one of the longest and steepest with a magnificent panoramic view. We spent one night in first world (Supposedly the biggest hotel in terms of rooms). You need to take a token to check-in...

Awsome ambience, hospitality and mountain top view. Though the check in is very time consuming but our room was on 23rd floor and the view was too good.the overall experience including the casino and the snow world was too good.

The resort is nothing like a 3 star hotel Giving it a 2 star would be doing them a favour Reception staff are very biased in providing rooms and take their own sweet time to serve you check out is rather too fast and efficient utilizing the kiosk Breakfast is ok but the staff manning the different stations are pretty...

Stayed at Deluxe room. Not too bad as we were given a room with a view facing the mountain. If you have younger kids below 8 , its good to take first world as the indoor themepark is just located on the ground level. Food and beverage outlets are plentiful at first world but it can be pricey at certain...

Oh it's cheap, it's so cheap that people line up to stay in it, and it really does feel cheap and looks cheap you will KNOW it's cheap even if you are not the one paying for it. The room is very very small and the toilet is EVEN smaller. Imagine you are in a prison in a third world...

Some people said this hotel is creepy, maybe it's better with you to have an accompany once you wanna go down/up since the hotel is very big and you wouldn't see people come and go on each...

Old and boring. 25$/night Vegas type of hotels. Low quality services. Worse rooms I have ever had in Asia. Yes it's huge but its yuck. Smell of smokes is every where. Limited choices of restaurants at the mall. All games are outdated. Uncomfortable choices of colors and decorations.

Stayed here for 2 nights, room was great for budget wise. Clean sheets and towels daily. For the price we paid including our coach from SIN to GEN and back $88 nett was a sweet deal. The hotel is under massive renovations but that did not stop us from enjoying the cool weather and variety of shops at the plaza....
