We intended to stop here for lunch on our way further south. The views from the outside terrace are excellent and we wanted to enjoy them while we ate. The hotel is situated on the Adriatic Coast near the border of Bosnia & Herzegovina. It is also quite near to Dubrovnik, and as such, it serves as a pit-stop for many tour buses and people travelling through. There is a minimarket at the basement of the hotel to cater for the tourists also. The food did its job, nothing special but we went on re-fuelled.
Service in this place is appalling.. i was so shocked to the way the guy at the restaurant spoke to me. He gave me attitude and started to yell at me just because i asked can i have a menu and then i ordered something that wasn’t on the menu. Don’t come to this place, they treat people very bad!!
This hotel had everything we needed for our vacation - the accomodation is so clean and comfortable, the pool is on the roof and has the best view, the staff is friendly and professional, especially Tomo the waiter. Rooms have the best view of the Adriatic sea, the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is a bit far from the beach but don't worry, they have transportation to the beachside and back! We really enjoyed our stay!
I was really surprised with quality of this hotel. Amazing value for money during June for only 35€ per room. Rooms very comfortable with good ac and mini bar. Rooftop pool with best view over Neum and best sunset you can imagine. Breakfast with good options (different types of eggs, salads ect). Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Originally our tour group of 20+ pax were supposed to put up at this hotel for a night but our TM decided to change to another hotel near the harbour as we were on a tight schedule the day after. Nonetheless we came by here for our scheduled dinner. The hotel looks ordinary and is by the sea that offers a nice view. There is a supermarket located at the basement of the hotel and the restaurant/cafe is just next to it which we shopped for some local items and prices were generally cheap and reasonable compared to elsewhere. We were promptly ushered to our seats by the friendly staff, who from time to time would come up and crack jokes with us and they did a good and efficient service in serving our food, clearing the used plates and even communicating with diners to solicit feedback. Food wise, much better than we have expected and I will review in details in the tripadvisor page that is specially for the restaurant. Do check it out. Kudos to the entire team. We did enjoy our meal here.…
The restaurant staff refused to serve food as the "kitchen was closed for 30 minutes" while simultaneously bringing food to the bus drivers that pulled over at the same time. After I asked them if they were serious pointing out to the same fact, I recieved just a very rude laughter from the several employees. I've been in the hospitality and F&B business for quite a while now and this is the first time I witnessed discrimination for having the "x" marked in the wrong category in my driver's license. Unbelievable.
This hotel has a nice view but it was very old. Guess the hotel is older than me.. the shower and facilities and are old. Hotel is frequented by groups so expect to have lots of tourists. There is a nice bakery across the road
This hotel is situated on the Adriatic Coast near the border of Bosnia & Herzegovina. It is also quite near to Dubrovnik, a tourist destination. As such, it serves as a pit-stop for many tour buses even though the tourists don’t stay at this hotel. There is a minimarket at the basement of the hotel to cater for the tourists also. The hotel rooms are simple with no decoration at all. Some of the rooms are facing the Adriatic Sea. They also have a balcony for hotel guests to view the awe-inspiring sunset. The room only provides a fridge and a hair-dryer, nothing else. WIFI is rather slow, only 2.39 Mbps. The washroom is also very small. There is no table –top for hotel guests to put the toiletries. There is no hook for you to hang clothes! The hotel lobby is also very small. There isn’t lounge at the lobby. There is a swimming pool and a gymnasium on the 3rd floor. Hotel staffs are friendly. We had dinner at this hotel. The cafeteria is simple with not much décor. The patio of the cafeteria is facing the Adriatic Sea. It serves some good grilled fish and mussels. Other than this, there’s not much variety of food available. Breakfast is also simple with very few choices of fruits. It’s definitely not up to a 4-star status hotel! Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.…
This is probably the best hotel in Neum. Rooms are very nice. They also have a balcony. Food is soo delicious. You can choose between many great dishes. Staff are very polite and nice. Location is very atractive.
This was just a stop for us on the drive to Dubrovnik. The buffet food was average, nothing special, but there was a wonderful view from the patio dining area. Clean restrooms, few choices of lunch options, good sized servings. An average rest stop.
