This hotel had everything we needed for our vacation - the accomodation is so clean and comfortable, the pool is on the roof and has the best view, the staff is friendly and professional, especially Tomo the waiter. Rooms have the best view of the Adriatic sea, the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is a bit far from the beach but don't worry, they have transportation to the beachside and back! We really enjoyed our stay!

I was really surprised with quality of this hotel. Amazing value for money during June for only 35€ per room. Rooms very comfortable with good ac and mini bar. Rooftop pool with best view over Neum and best sunset you can imagine. Breakfast with good options (different types of eggs, salads ect). Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Originally our tour group of 20+ pax were supposed to put up at this hotel for a night but our TM decided to change to another hotel near the harbour as we were on a tight schedule the day after. Nonetheless we came by here for our scheduled dinner. The hotel looks ordinary and is by the sea that offers a nice view. There is a supermarket located at the basement of the hotel and the restaurant/cafe is just next to it which we shopped for some local items and prices were generally cheap and reasonable compared to elsewhere. We were promptly ushered to our seats by the friendly staff, who from time to time would come up and crack jokes with us and they did a good and efficient service in serving our food, clearing the used plates and even communicating with diners to solicit feedback. Food wise, much better than we have expected and I will review in details in the tripadvisor page that is specially for the restaurant. Do check it out. Kudos to the entire team. We did enjoy our meal here.

This is just an "average" place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and was a place we stopped during our tour. Many, many people in the restaurant, using the facilities, and in the souvenir area. Nice view, but overrun with tourists on buses. I would NOT stop here except it was on our itinerary.

The restaurant staff refused to serve food as the "kitchen was closed for 30 minutes" while simultaneously bringing food to the bus drivers that pulled over at the same time. After I asked them if they were serious pointing out to the same fact, I recieved just a very rude laughter from the several employees. I've been in the hospitality and F&B business for quite a while now and this is the first time I witnessed discrimination for having the "x" marked in the wrong category in my driver's license. Unbelievable.
