Disaster. Room untidy. Dirty walls and carpets. Public beach crowded wit additional charged parasols and chairs. My son had an accident on the beach (head injury caused by parasol, ended up with 3 surgical stitches). Hotel is not recommended for family vacation with children. Restaurant is ok. Staff friendly and kind. Mr.Vlado is the best! All regards... We will never come back that is for sure. Still waiting for menager to contact me about the accident.... This is a 3 star hotel, not 4!
First of all, food is great. Staff is professional and pleasant. Hotel has good location and access to the beach. It is a big hotel with couple of pools and spa area. Views from hotel terraces are amazing, especially sunsets. Rooms are clean, at least visible parts. Also, rooms has mini fridge and safe deposit box. Although we expected to have a parking lot, that wasn't the case. When we booked our room, I pointed out that we need a free parking space. I had to park my car couple hundred meters away from hotel, because all of parking lots were taken. I've lost whole hour just to transfer my baggage to the room, and on check-out from the hotel, same thing all over again. I've never seen anywhere else that guest of the hotel have to pay for parasol, beach loungers and showers on the beach. And I've never seen that private hotel beach can be used by non-hotel guests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family with kids because there is no safe place for small kids to play. There is one small playground but adults have to be present all the time due to position of that play ground. Lots of places for kids to fall and hurt themself.…
They straight up lie to your face. I booked a baby bed, then wrote an email through booking.com requesting to cancel it. They replied that they will provide it without charge. At the checkout, they still charged me for it, and blamed booking.com for sending an email that informed me that the bed will not be charged without consulting them?? Why did I have to pay for their lack of communication?? The beach is awful, they placed so much of the beach beds that you cant even walk to the sea without hussle. The beds are charged for, of course, even for the guests of the hotel. (7€ for bed/parasol combo per day) The elevators are a special story, I have a feeling I spent half of the vacation waiting for one. There are only 3 of them, which is ridicoulosly low for a hotel of this size. With COVID reccommendations that only 2 persons can be in the same elevator, you waste so much time waiting in the lobby. If you are with baby stroller or some beach luggage and cant walk 4-5 stories every time you need to go to the beach or have a meal in the restaurant, take my advice and go 30 minutes earlier. And dont get me started on a restaurant. While the food is nice, the restaurant seems to be full beyond capacity. Ive waited for 10 minutes + in line to get to the food. And while the staff wears masks and measures temperatures every morning, no one else seems to care about preventive measures. Wifi signal is so bad, that you won't be able to do anything besides sending messages. Dont even try to bring work with you, as the thick walls dont allow much of 4g signal into the hotel. Parking is full beyond capacity, cars are constantly blocked. They gave me a piece of paper that says i am a guest of a hotel, and told me to park anywhere. I had to leave my car about 700-800m from the hotel.…
The hotel is ok, plenty of open space and access to a very small pebble beach. Food is fine but drinks are pricey for the country. The biggest drawback for this place is the tiny car park which has no rules. I booked parking (probably like everyone else) but the place has over 500 rooms and the car park holds about 50 cars! The girl at check in just shrugged. You have a choice, park 2 miles away and walk in or abandon your vehicle to the lawless melee in front of the hotel. If I were you, I’d check your insurance policy.
First time im Neum, the Hotel is wery big and clean. Rooms, Food, pools, beach are great, and lovely and helpfull staff. The Hotel looks Like almost 5 star. Only the elevators, 3 aviable from reception to the beach, sometimes you have to wait for them. The Hotel offere a great and big restorante whit tasty and fresh Food. 2 pools, one whit salty water on the 3 floor and one on the top od the Building the infinity pool. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, and have a big shower. The beach is clean and have Space for the guests. You can eat and drink on the beach all you nead is there, and ist Years it's cheap. A coup of coffe is about 1.5 to 2 KM equals about 0.75 to 1 EURO. Nightlife is cool.
