Relaxed as a family (me, husband , Child 5 years old)
6.09am to 6.09pm
Looking for a specially small hotel , with a small area , but to everything included)
At the hotel we arrived by 16:00 we were immediately checked in, the rooms are small but cozy.
We didn't make it to lunch, and we didn't make it to the extra food courts, so we had to wait for dinner.
The only cafe at this time was open with cakes, the prayer was to drink, tea coffee and snack sweet.
In fact, it's 2 lines, it's 5 minutes to the sea. The sea is excellent, clean , very shallow Pebbles , sunbeds are always there, no need to run at 6am occupy )
The food tastes great for adults and children alike. Their daughter was able to be fed even soup , the porridge in the morning was (very even delicious )
Lamb , veal, grilled turkey , fish are a great choice . It was fish day, there were sushi and several species of fish.
The sweet table is delicious too!
There are 2 other cafes on site. Where they bake Turkish tortillas and the other burgers, fries and so on.
Cocktails make delicious, alcohol for every taste.
All clear, clean up fast, staff all very friendly!

Now for the small cons.
It's a nursery. It is located under a water slide you can say in an artificial cave, there is little light, almost no, cold and damp. This is clearly no place for a nursery.
So is the kids' animation, also not so good ) the girls seem to be all good, but in the middle of the day only this dark kids' room from 14:30 to 17:00.
Evening children's animation is just a few dances.

Other than that, it's great! We've been here almost two weeks, I want to go home now, we've had a full rest! So if you're thinking, I'd boldly recommend this hotel!

Rested from 4 to 11 August 2024, rest succeeded 100%, but disastrously little))!. Holidayed in Turkey many times, but in this hotel for the first time. Were pleasantly surprised, price+quality. Rooms are cozy, comfortable, though not very large, there was a room with mountain views, very beautiful.Pleasant, well maintained area, lots of greenery. Excellent spa centre, with a variety of treatment options. Inside the hotel there are shops, beauty services, photo salon (photographers super!). The kitchen is great for 10 points. Large selection of delicious, unusual dishes. Everyone will find suitable food, including children (certainly not hungry)). Had an interesting fish day, it was great. Tortoises and airan are a bomb.
The cocktails are interesting and delicious. The staff are trying, everyone is very kind, the waiters are doing great! There is no language barrier, perfectly communicated in Russian and English, etc. The animation team simply has no words. The guys are great!!!, everyone is positive, from morning to evening they were with hotel guests, you could say entertained us 24/7. Every night a new, interesting show, then disco. The pool is excellent, there is a separate one for very small, middle-aged several slides. The sea is pure, shallow and medium pebbles, there is an equipped entrance/exit from the sea. It's 5 minutes to the sea and there's a bar. There were in principle enough beds by the sea and by the pool, no problems, although the hotel was full.
On the downside: the minibar in the room, every day replenished only with water, the rest of the drinks for as much as. Perhaps it's because in all bars these drinks (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite) were available. And of course the downside is Wi-Fi. Free, Internet, Lobby Bar only. In the rooms for a fee and connects each phone, separately.
We probably didn't find any more downsides for ourselves, but everyone is looking for their downsides and upsides, who knows how to relax.
The hotel is certainly more suitable for family vacations, couples and companies.
We were satisfied and will come to this hotel again!!!
Thank you!

An intimate hotel - not too big, beautifully located - mountain views, very clean. There is no food near the sun loungers, which is a plus. The staff comes around and cleans glasses by the pools and wipes the tables in the bars on a regular basis.

Defects:
no ice cream in the confectionery shop (only in the restaurant for lunch and dinner)
No free WiFi in the rooms - the additional fee for 7 days is approximately EUR 21 per device - in my opinion it should be per room. The water in the pool is too cold and the pool could be about 120 cm 😉

A hotel you don't want to go back to. I'll start with the downside. The first and main downside for me was the Internet. Like a hotel 5* it can be a fee to me remains a mystery. My tour, for a minute, cost us $3,000 in November for 11 nights! I came on vacation, but work wouldn't let me go either, so I came with a laptop + a work phone. For the internet to work throughout the hotel I would have to pay 75€ for 3 devices (laptop, work phone and my personal). I didn't count on this amount, so I could only work in the lobby (only there for free), which severely limited me. And the page could take a few minutes to load with this "wonderful" internet.
There is an on-site restaurant, Alya Carte, which also pays a fee (25€ per person). I've never seen that in a 5* hotel before either, it's always been free.
During the entire vacation period, no bartender offered a drink either in the restaurant or in the lobby, although Europeans and Turks are served. NI-RA-ZU!
The food in the restaurant is the same every day, the dining room, but edible. Nothing super wow. Like Groundhog Day)
The animation is mediocre, it all ended at 9:30 p.m. - cut off.
This hotel can be compared to a pension.
You could stand at the reception for 15 minutes to get your key magnetized, because the receptionist was more interested in connecting the Internet to visitors who bought the Internet for the whole family.
The room does not provide toothbrushes, personal hygiene products (ear sticks, cotton discs) are replenished twice per visit, slippers are the cheapest, bathrobes are not available, although the hotel spa.
The plus side is the sea and the sun.
This hotel is strongly discouraged!

That compares. The all-inclusive format takes off from Chicago. Competitors are resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. Food ok, suffers from uniformity. Seomga flashed three times in seven days of rest. Champagne breakfast on vacation is a sacred thing, but alcohol is only available in the restaurant from lunch. By the way, dry isn't bad, though it's local. White type savignon letterhead and red type shiraz, ok for allvkyuch. Beach - pebbles, in/out of the sea/I elegantly not easy, you can bend all legs. Water is always like steamed milk, best at 6-7am and 6-7pm. Room ok, minibar, don't kick, don't replenish, no alcohol provided, not even beer, although overboard 38C, it's definitely a full F-PA, never used such a minibar. Another major bummer is that the in-room internet was pay-per-view, paid $20 per week for each device, i.e. for himself and his wife to watch streaming content. Advertising lied, free internet only around reception. Plus, there are practically no vendors, staff take tips but don't ask.

Hotel falls short of 5, solid 4 yes. The rooms have very high audibility when the neighbors close the door or something, the cleaner when which room vacuums can also be heard. Paid wi fi, well, nowadays it's hard to be unconnected, and making wi fi paid at 5* well, I see it first. It's not bad, but again it's not an A*. There is variety in meat dishes, but in a week it's like a dining room, and desserts all leave a lot to be desired. And so in general enjoyed the holiday, I hope the hotel management will take into account all the wishes

Overall the hotel is good, but clearly falls short of five stars.
The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi, which is only available for free in the lobby, so pay per day on one device. Something unlike ultra all inclusive in a five-star hotel!

The food is delicious, it's varied, it's delicacy-free, but after a couple of days it's full and it's obvious you'll see it at the next meal. It's great that there's a tortilla bar where you can taste traditional Turkish tortillas, and there's also a snack bar where you can eat pizza, a burger, a kebab, for a change, it's all good. Drinks in general are constantly available, bar in the lobby, near the pool, on the beach. Alcohol is scarce, the choice is not huge, standard cocktails, wine and beer; soft drinks are too sweet, chemo, don't want to take them.

The rooms are pretty, but you can see that life has lived... Room service below average.
The first room was with access to the tech rooms, constant noise, had to close the windows all the time. They changed the room for 10 €, the new room had the air conditioning working as desired, it was too cold or too hot.

The staff are generally friendly and try to help with questions.

The area is small, but it's clean, neat, pleasing to the eye.

There were animators, there was aqua aerobics, volleyball, water polo, shooting, events in the evenings, but there was nothing special about them. In general, we personally have not been involved in such activities.

Feels like hotel savings. The Internet, some of the dishes that last lunch was recognized in, a towel change card that pays 10 € to lose, but it's just a cardboard...

The location of the hotel is good, the second line from the sea, it is quickly reached in a straight line. Five minutes walk from the hotel - duffle market. Plus, you can find out about the tours, choose.

We spend 9 days in July 2 adult's 2 kids 13 ,15 year old the room was on the top floor with a great veiw of the pool mountains and sea the beds we're really comfortable slight issue you could not adjust the air con so would wake up cold and have to turn if off in the early hours. There is a free safe to use in the room and the rooms were cleaned and fresh towels everyday.
The hotel is nice and clean and the staff were amazing very friendly there was never a que for the restaurant and we always found a table inside as outside was to hot to eat out, there was a wide selection of food but more catered for Eastern Europeans.
The beach is a short walk away and there is loads of shops 50 meters from the hotel priced in Euros.
The 3 hotel reps that made our holiday were Anas Evran Nastya they would always talk to us in the morning and evening and do there up most to make sure our holiday was amazing Evrans dance moves are out of this world

I spent 11 days in this hotel with my family in Aug/Sep 2022. Hotel is a good one and has potentials to be even better with little efforts to be done by hotel management. First of all, as pointed by many reviewers, lack of wifi in rooms is something that must be fixed and improved. It is normal to expect wifi in rooms for 5 star hotel. I think it cannot significantly increase costs for the hotel. Secondly, the bar at the beach should be equipped with an ice cream offer. This is small thing for the hotel but this option is highly beneficial for guests particularly for children. My third remark is that family room that I used, although it has 2 segregated areas, it has just one bathroom. It can be enough for 3 member families but with 4+ member families this is not sufficient and an additional bathroom is missing. If hotel intends future renovations, extending the number of bathrooms in family rooms would be highly recommended.
The things I really enjoyed in the hotel are quality of food and quality of entertainment programs. As I am a very fond of fish meals, I have to emphasize that an offer of fish was above my expectations, for instance, every Friday, there were offers of tuna steaks, see bass or see bream, salmon, fish fillets and mussels at the same time. Other days, fish offer is bit reduced but more than sufficient. My children enjoyed every day programs for kids and my wife was delighted by an entertainment offer for adults.
To conclude, lovely and good hotel with just few aforesaid things to be improved.

Myself and my family have recently spent a beautiful 9 days at the Karmir resort from 19 July to 28th july. Firstly this took only 50 mins from Antayla Airport so a nice close transfer. The hotel is smaller than previous we have stayed in but never the less a perfectly beautiful hotel. We had been very lucky with the weather with turkey having a mini heatwave.
The rooms were lovely we had a 2 bedroom room equipped with sufficient Air con in both rooms,TVs have some English channels and plenty of plugs. Only suggestion I would say is both rooms need mirrors on the wardrobes especially as we have teen girls, bathroom has plenty of toiletries and hair dryer. Our balcony over looked the pool/sea and the mountains which was just stunning.
We only used the buffet restaurant or snack bars
The food is a little repetitive but all inclusive it usually is,we did have some theme nights and the food was lovely but maybe a few more English or themed food items would be great or cooking out on the terrace as something special.we were given fantastic treatment by the waiting staff and especially Yight & Alican they were brillaint all holiday.we loved the snack bar by the pool as you can order what u want rather than help yourself like others weve been too. But given the heat it would have been good to have ice cream readily available for kids. The ala carte restaurant was not very busy.
The pool area was larger than we thought and more than plenty of sunbeds for the time we went.
The pool bar was brilliant yosef and team were excellent with remembering everyone's drinks, making us smile and keeping us entertained with tricks behind the bar. In the evenings waiting on tables but it would be great to have some fans in this area of a humid evening.
The entertainment staff well what can I say...
They work bloody hard, when u take the time to get to know them they are a funny great bunch. Especially Chicco,Evran and Nastia.we took part In two shows the couples and the comedy night plus daytime activities they really do make the holiday. The eveninb entertainment was food but only 1 hr long . GOYNUK Town is 5mins walk from hotel and the beach 2 mins walk. Although this hotel is mostly European guests we did not mind at all and found everyone very friendly and would recommend our hotel choice to friends. The hotel shop was reasonably priced in euro but the shop assistant easily changes to other currency and the other shops u dont get pestered which is good. Our 13 and 15yr old girls enjoyed it also
