Just got back from a weeks stay and was nervous after reading so many mixed reviews though was relieved the moment we arrived to be honest. I’ll be as honest as possible.
Rooms: Standard hotel sizes, well equipped and although not clinically clean they were fine. Air con worked fine and always enough hot water. Fridge stocked up daily, towels changed regularly and never short of toilet roll.
Pool/slides: Great pool and slides, kids loved the slides and not too busy. Sunbeds were always available and were comfortable and clean. The pools were not too deep and were cleaned daily. Never too far from the snack bars and fresh water available from the fridge.
Food: The usual AI quality, not great to be honest and needs less variation and more quality with better choice for the kids.
Bars: Always enough choice with friendly staff, draft larger was fine, my only gripe was that the plastic cups weren’t cleaned enough and made me wary of germs.
Entertainment: Nothing much through the day, the kids disco is repetitive. The entertainment is fine and the shows were varied.
Location: Very isolated from anything though a £15 taxi (ten mins) will get you to Kemer where we are out and enjoyed some good food and drinks.

A 4* hotel corresponds to level 4+ by 100%. The distance from the sea of 5-7 minutes is not a problem at all, there is a very comfortable promenade to the sea with views of beautiful mountain landscapes, and the travel time will pass unnoticed. We settled in a hotel, which we recommend to everyone, since there is conflicting information about bungalows, but we have not verified it; the hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The cuisine is magnificent, varied and caters to any, even the most unusual and demanding taste! Availability of fruits and vegetables along with various meat dishes and fish delights! Goodies and sweets are not about us, but they are also quite interesting and look appetizing! The beach is very nice and clean, there are always plenty of places, especially early in the morning! The sea is unique, small pebbles and clear water, and in August it is also warm, this is Space! The animation is good at 4, without intrusiveness, sometimes invited guests in the evenings, the disco was not enough, but they offered outdoor discos, so if you wish, you can hang out more actively. Well, the Spa salon occupied a special place in our relaxation program. Friendly and sociable employees, massage therapists, certainly first-class masters with a capital “P”; for us, those who have something to compare with, it was like a breath of clean air, after which the body and thoughts are rebooted. We recommend everyone to visit this paradise of relaxation! Okesh and Ibrahim are massage therapists who are always energetic and positive about their excellent work. The professionalism of all Spa employees is impeccable! Visit for sure, you won’t regret it! Verified!!! So, come to hospitable Turkey, and to this beautiful hotel in Kemer, if an unforgettable vacation is what is so necessary today, and most importantly, important, for you!

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveler reviews.
Having read some of the reviews on here before we travelled, we were apprehensive. Our 2 hour wait for our bags in Antalya Airport (this seems common from others we spoke to) only exacerbated this. When we got to our hotel at around 11pm local time, we were greeted by a number of pleasant, helpful staff. We checked in, an assistant helped take our cases to our room and we were advised that there was soup and some other food available in the restaurant we could help ourselves to.
We got some food and then headed to our room to sleep. Whilst not the biggest for 2 adults, a 7 year old and an infant, it was comfortable and it was a relief that my request for a travel cot in the room had made its way to the hotel from my tour provider (this was also all set up for us). The room faced into the centre of the complex (where the shows were) whereas the other side of our block faced onto the splash pool/aqua park. Whilst we heard some stories of people having issues with air conditioning not working etc, we had no such issues. Others also mentioned that they didn't have their room cleaned/towels changed but we soon realised that the best way to ensure this was to have the "please clean my room" sign on the door whilst we were out. The one suggestion I'd give would be to get more cleaners as sometimes this didn't happen until around 5pm by which time we were back in the room getting organised for dinner/evening shows.
The food in the hotel was as you'd expect from an all inclusive hotel with plenty of options available for everyone. The only grumbles we heard during our trip was mainly from English people looking for a Full English fry up for breakfast. The quality of food provided was good but as usual with all places like this, the queues for the likes of chips and pizza were huge pretty much at all times (not the fault of the hotel).
The events team in the hotel are great especially Kivenç and Ali G (Darts and water Polo became a feature of our days) during the day and Jeren at the Kids Club (who clearly loves her job and adores the children). My 1 year old daughter is usually very unsure and scared of men she doesn't know but she took a real shine to both Kivenç and Ali and both of them really helped her come out her shell during our trip.
The drink selection was very good also and Mondo was the star on the bars. He also seemed to work on every bar, every day so kudos to him for the shifts! The bar staff in general were very good and were always happy to engage in conversation despite some difficulties understanding my Scottish accent.
I'd seen a few reviews prior to travelling stating preferential treatment to non-English speaking guests but this was definitely not something we experienced in our trip. We felt very welcome and valued as guests.
There are also a number of shops either side of the hotel to buy souvenirs or other goods as well as a few bars and restaurants.
All in a very enjoyable trip.

The dont give us the room booked, ty push us back in a secondary resort, as I think they dont want to have families with young childrens in the main corp, as a lot of families was pushed(hidden) behind the main corp of the resort, in secondary once. The room that they give us was a joke or something but for sure not a room for a 4 stars resort....or maube are "Turkish stars something " You ask for your room to be cleaned, and if you are lucky it will involve changing the towels, and vacuum the floor, if you're not lucky, they just ignore you.
Bed sheets will not be changed, they just put back the one that you have from the booking in day.
Second
The hygiene is terrible, terrible!!
I will load some photos from the room. The grade of the filthy in the bath is outrageous, special they was aware that we have a 3 years old kid. See photos. On top of this, the toilet was borken, the shower broken as well!
Mess around the pools, kids waterparks and adults ine only open with portions, like 2 hours per day! Damn jokers they are!!
See photos, will update once my holiday here is done!

This is my honest review of this hotel; Cleanliness of the main foyer in the hotel is great, easy access to the main dining hall too. Pool side, the pool sides are kept relatively clean with staff often coming around and moving empty glasses cups and plates. However the public toilets around the pool areas are disgusting and very unhygienic. There was 1 blockage to my knowing whilst we were there which was absolutely rancid the stench was unreal. The water park is great for both the kids and adults. There are anti slip mats down to help slips and trips. Hotel room, we stayed in the main hotel, the rooms are very basic and very small we had to keep are cases on the balcony as there is not enough room to swing a cat. House keeping in the rooms is non existent in the 10 nights we stayed in the hotel our bed sheets were changed once. We had to ask for our towels to be changed daily. we ran out of toilet roll a couple of times and asked them to be replenished. I did complain to the main reception a couple of times, and the towels were changed and toilet rolls sorted once I had done so. The food. Food wasn't great. Breakfast was the meal that we struggled with the most not the greatest of selections and the toast machine broke on our 3rd day and wasn't fixed or replaced for the rest of our stay. You could find things to eat in the dinning room at dinner time and at tea time although food was often cold. Other alternatives at lunch time there is a snack bar near the pool bar which serve chicken kebabs which were delightful. There is also a snack bar at the aqua park which is very basic but ok to put you on. The entertainment for the adults on an evening I thought was really good some good acts were put on and everyone seamed to enjoy them. The staff. On the whole the staff in the hotel are really friendly and helpful the bar staff in particular in the main foyer were great. The spa. Me and my wife both visited the spa the staff in there were great and friendly we had a couple of treatments between us and really enjoyed them if I'm honest though I do think they are alittle over priced the spa could also do with alittle tlc. Animation team. I've left the Animation team till last as they say save the best till last. The Animation team were great for both adults and kids. The Kids club my youngest son loved the kids club. Theres water aerobics in the pool every morning darts also in the morning and water polo in the afternoon as well as various dance classes on the main stage. I've got to give a massive shout out to one of the team the person that stood out a mile from everyone and that's Ali G such a character always made the time and effort with everyone and the hotel are lucky to have him. I hope that he gets the praise and recognition he deserves from the hotel management as I've seen his name mentioned on many reviews thanks Ali my kids loved you.

I'm on my last night of my week-long stay here, and while the hotel has some newly renovated areas, unfortunately, it is dirty and very understaffed. It's a real shame because it does have potential, but the very bad management and lack of staff make it a very poor experience.
We arrived at 11:40 pm with my family, only to be told that the family room we booked was not available. We were crammed into a room meant for three people with nowhere to move, as there are five of us with four suitcases and a pushchair. My 7-year-old daughter was in tears because the put-up bed she was on was on a slope, half-collapsed. After many complaints the next morning, we eventually got the room we paid for at 1:30 pm the next day.
Our other family members, who arrived the day before, had booked three rooms and were also shoved into two rooms, requiring lots of complaints before they got the rooms they booked.
The pools are filthy, with floors never properly cleaned from the previous day. There’s debris on the floor from the day before, and no one comes to clean up glasses during the day. Every bar only has one person serving, leading to long queues. The limited stock of ice creams by the splash pools and slides has been nonexistent for the past three days. The snack bar by the slides, which is far from the main pool, is filthy around the seating area, with the same repetitive food every day. Staff often smoke nearby without replacing empty trays of food or cleaning up plates. The small snack bar by the main pool has the same food every day but no vegetarian options.
The entertainment around the pools consists only of aqua gym in the morning followed by water polo. The restaurant is small and very hot, with no air conditioning in the evening. If you go late, you’re fighting for tables with very few staff, so table cleaning and clearing is long, and often tables are not cleaned to save time. Only one bar staff member is on, so there are long queues for drinks.
The rooms are filled with mosquitos. We requested a room spray, but this never happened. The walls are full of black marks where people have squatted mosquitos. In other hotels in Turkey, rooms are sprayed between each guest's stay. Rooms are often not cleaned, which happened to all our family members, not just us.
It seems like the management here prefers to do things on a shoe string budget, failing to employ the necessary staff and management.
On a positive note, the area is nice, and the slides and splash pad are fun, but again, the floors are dirty with no one cleaning up. A trip to Kemer is recommended. If you have already booked, I feel sorry for you and suggest trying to change. If you're looking to book, I wouldn't touch this chain of hotels with a barge pole. There are a lot better options out there for a similar price.

DONT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS!!!! We are on our 2nd day of our weeks stay here. We arrived late Thursday night and I was reading the reviews whilst lying in bed on our first night, very apprehensive after reading bad reviews wondering what the hell have I done! But…. We had the best first day!! No, it isn’t a 5* hotel and neither does it advertise this, it advertises at a 4* and that’s exactly what it is. The food is as expected at any AI resort, yes there is rubbish at the poolside, same as it is at any other resort you go to! Theres 100’s of people using the poolside, what do you expect? Theres staff cleaning the rubbish up regularly, the pools and paths are all cleaned at night time. Some of these people leaving reviews expect 5* service, and are quick frankly very very fussy people! Don’t let the reviews put you off. There’s always some wingers!! The hotel grounds are beautiful, the restaurants aren’t too busy and are very modern. There’s always a sunbed spare during the day, but would still recommend putting some towels out early morning. ❤️

The hotel was disappointing. Good food and water park on the plus side. Rooms in very bad condition, mould in the bathroom, smell of sewage, dirty curtains, cobwebs on windows, cleaning only on request, no claimed renovation. Changing numbers is difficult, and indeed one another is worse, only wasting time and energy in communicating with the reception. Cleaning requests are responded to quickly, sewage/ventilation problems cannot naturally be solved. The sea is clear before lunch, after brings a lot of garbage, the beach is narrow, photos of the beach with umbrellas and the distance between sun loungers are unfortunately not matched. The area is cleaned irregularly, then very dirty and unattended, then suddenly after a couple of days they start sweeping and mowing the lawns, apparently some checks happen periodically, and the situation briefly improves. There are a large number of people at dinner, there is always enough food, cooking is delicious, only beer can be drunk from alcohol. The air conditioning in the restaurant is not doing very well. The children's club has been renovated, divided into zones for different activities, video games, maze, board games and drawing. There is a schedule of children's events, but this does not mean that they will be held, but instead of the stated program will be offered to color a T-shirt for $15. On the one hand the hotel has a good family concept, on the other the dirt and condition of the room stock, poor cleaning, very spoil the holiday. For those who go swimming only in the sea, also not the best choice of location.

Now I've had my claim settled by Love Holidays I feel I can write my review as honestly as possible. It was a week of complete hell. I've never been on a holiday with my family where I've actually looked forwarded to going home from day three of our break.
To kick it off we arrived late due to a delay so we were extremely tired. We were taken to our room which I can only describe as a middle sized room in a three bedroom house. Its was adequate for two people and no more, we didn't even have room to put out cases anywhere. Three beds were all in a row leaving no room to climb in and out of the bed other than sliding down to the bottom or climbing on them. One of the beds was a broken camper bed that collapsed on the first night as well. Exhausted I made my way to reception to complain, waiting for me was the receptionist and the most aggressive looking security guard they could possibly find. I was told that was my room and the occupancy was full so I'd get no other move during my stay. So we decided to stick it out and complain again in the morning. That was also met with a no move response which we ended up accepting as we didn't want to ruin the holiday. Slowly but surely it became apparent the room was a botch job, the bathroom was falling to pieces and glued together, the beds were broken and being held up by a travel cot box!!
Then out of the blue a note came under our door from someone who claimed to be a Loveholiday rep. I jumped straight it and rang him to meet me in reception, we let rip about how bad the hotel was and how overcrowded it was. He told us to contact loveholiday as he can't do it. I didn't think anything about it at the time but all he seemed to care about was selling boat trips and excursions. It turned out Loveholiday doesn't have a rep on resorts, so someone from the hotel had given this man my details and info!!
Then there was the dining experience, total unorganised madness, too many people and not enough tables, people were wondering round with plates of food with nowhere to sit.
This hotel was a 2 star hotel, the kids water play area was fine but the rest of the place was a disgrace, the staff were badly trained and rude and you could tell they were just ignoring peoples complaints as there were so many. We had our room cleaned twice in 7 days despite complaints and one day they just threw a bundle of towels on our floor so people could help themselves.
All in all someone people will make the most of it but we holiday twice a year and this is easily the worst hotel we've ever stayed at since we were kids. Please please take my advice before you book and book elsewhere because the bad side of this hotel is horrific, I just hope anyone who has booked already gets lucky and doesn't end up in the bad rooms as there were clearly many as the complaints queue was very long.

My family arrived in turkey on 25th May. I did read a few reviews on trip advisor but naively assumed things would be ok.
Without going into full detail… Throughout our stay so far, we have been moved 3 times due to no air-con working in any of the rooms, being allocated the wrong room size (and having to prove what room we had booked before we came, and the hotel is blaming the tour operators for mis selling the room types) and other safety issues. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, besides the lady receptionist with dark hair - she tries as much as she can but not much gets achieved as no one seems to be working as a team. The a la carte restaurant is not open. The entertainment ’ arena’ is not finished. On check in, there’s no information provided, no information on kids clubs, restaurants timings etc. Reps are barely present. The WiFi does not work at all. (They say that it’s outage in the area but it’s just a generic response). The food is ok but not child friendly and the buffet is far from relaxing. There are no baths in the hotel, just showers and they unable to provide rubber bath mats. Although need not worry as the water barely comes through and your lucky to have a hot shower. The rooms are scruffy and not finished to an acceptable standard and expect ‘premier inn’ style rooms but with a smaller bathroom. Also no dead lock on the hotel doors, which makes it’s very easy for children to open. The entertainment shows are getting better and the disco is booming loud until 12pm. It’s just not a family friendly hotel and the renovation is not complete.
The only plus are the pools, they are good but YOU MUST bring pool shoes, I’ve seen so many people sliding around the poolside and glasses being broken, it’s so dangerous. We have used the kids club a couple of times, and our child is happy in there. There is a park, but there’s yet a path to be made, so if you follow the muddy track you’ll find it. Overall, the hotel has potential to be great but just not yet.
Credit to the kids club and entertainment team. The staff are really trying.
