Unfortunately not the best experience, contrary to the amazing reviews I had read prior to booking. I will start by the food - myself and my son (9 years old) only ate the food here and ended up very sick with diarrhoea and vomiting after night two. When reported to management, we were told that no one else had reported food poisoning so it couldn’t be the food. Following that awful sickness we ate out most days. Our first night - despite contacting the hotel 10 months in advance to ask for quiet rooms (on a few occasions, by email and phone). We were taken to the loudest part of the hotel in block A. I had to complain a lot to get moved to a room in block B (even though the receptionist lied to say it would be noisy there - probably didn’t want us to have a larger room). It turned out that Block B was so peaceful with an amazing mountain view - definitely the best attraction about this hotel. The beach - overcrowded - couldn’t experience it as all of the hotel’s loungers were occupied. Probably because we went in peak season, but didn’t want to be crammed in like sardines. The other guests - the clientele here, from our experience were impolite (wouldn’t say thank you etc if you held the door open for them) and literally barged past me and my child in the canteen on the first two nights. Never seen such chaos and greediness for food, in any upper class resort I’ve stayed in. The pool area - decent, spacious. The drinks - no frozen cocktails or anything amazing to order from the bar unfortunately. Not for us.

I can only recommend a hotel with a beautiful location under the mountains, a beautiful garden, a room and excellent service from the staff. The pool is beautiful, as is the warm sea with an amazing beach. Everywhere clean and beautifully furnished.

there’s not enough words to describe how fantastic it was! the first special thanks goes to the hotel staff: they’ve always been so kind and friendly, the room was always clean and you could always get the help or anything you needed! the food was delicious and always available: there are a main restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, beach snack bar and many other options! the second special thanks undoubtedly goes to the ANIMATION TEAM (Erman, Hakan, Alina, Mika, Kadir, Vlada, Katya and Yiit) who made this vacation SPECIAL!!! I’m not only talking about daily activities (which I enjoyed a lot by the way) but the friendly atmosphere that they have created! talking about daily activities, there is a huge choice! there are such activities as gym, Boccia, beach volleyball, dart game, water polo, airgun, step aerobic. besides, I‘ve been staying at the hotel for three weeks but evening show programs have never been repeated! my favorite one was the Comedy show that was directed and performed by members of the animation team! I also liked the live music and dancing with animation team a lot!!!

We visited this hotel this august with a group of friends and really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is clean and stylish. The food is good and delicious, you always have something to choose from. Alcohol was so so (there is only Turkish alcohol). Beach and pool are great as well with comfortable sun beds. What we liked the most was the animation team and the stuff in general. Animation team (Hakan, Vlada, Kadir, Yigit, Mika, Alina) always entertained us with different events and contests, made sure we are not bored. The hotel stuff (waiters and barmen) were super polite and hardworking. I recommend to visit this hotel as it is a very good middle class hotel and you will definitely meet your expectations here!

In Fame Residence Goynuk we have a rest with a girlfriend for 4 years in a row. We first came before the Covid pandemic. Before that, we have been to Bali, and the Spanish coast, and Capri and Positano, but we decided to choose something closer to our sweet Moldova. We chose this hotel for various reasons: not far from Antalya airport, relatively small in size, pebble beach 3 minutes walk, beautiful area and most importantly - not a single negative review for three years. Over the years, we were not at all disappointed in the hotel and did not even think to look for something else. As they say, the best is the enemy of the good. It is always clean, comfortable, always tasty food, friendly staff. In the past year(2021), we asked twice to change our room - sometimes it was noisy from the pool, sometimes it was too sunny - and our requests did not irritate anyone. I'll add: we didn't pay anything for it. Been there twice during Covid restrictions and both times everything was excellent. We even liked the fact that the staff lays food than each guest digs into salad bowls and trays. This year the food was already organized almost as usual, in "peaceful" times, but there were no queues, no pandemonium. The food here is always delicious, fresh, the choice is very rich. Therefore, it was surprising to read in the review of the guest under the nickname Olalala (Awydr) that “the biggest downside to this hotel is the food”, that the breakfast was meager and monotonous, the rest of the time there was a lot of food, "but most not tasty or tasteless"… I would venture to suggest that the author has problems with taste sensations and poor eyesight, if he noticed at breakfast only toasts from yesterday's bread and a gray ham ... To be honest, the biggest problem was to resist trying everything that was offered, everything looked and smelled very appetizing. Although, if a chef with Michelin stars cooks for this gentleman (or lady) at home, and for breakfast he has at least stuffed lobsters, then, of course, ordinary hot pancakes with a lot of additions, fresh vegetables, freshly boiled eggs or omelettes could not inspire him. As for the sick stomach ... I would venture to suggest that this is more likely from overeating. The language of communication… Most of the staff (except for the maids) knows (understands) Russian, English and German quite well. The receptionists are fluent in English, so if the guest, in addition to his native language, knows at least a little English, then there are no problems. Whether it is possible to consider ignorance of Polish as a minus - I don’t know. During our 4 stays at the hotel, we saw few guests from Poland, and they did an excellent job, sometimes even using something from a half-forgotten Russian (when they didn’t know English or didn’t have enough vocabulary)... Probably, the guest was hurt by the fact that the staff generally knows Russian ... well, well, Russian is still the language of the United Nations and is very popular in Turkey, like Russian tourists. There is no escape from the truth of life. Conclusion: if you like staying in a relatively small, cozy and clean hotel, it’s not difficult for you to walk 100 meters to the beach along a shady alley, you don’t like noisy half-drunk parties, you don’t require foie gras and truffle scrambled eggs for breakfast - you are here. Thanks to the team that warmly welcomed us in June 2022 and did everything to make the rest a pleasant memory. Mamut, Rifat, Romazan, Lisa - thank you very much. We will definitely come back to you again.

This time while planning our stay in Turkey in Kemer region, I spent hours watching reviews on YouTube and it was worth it. The hotel I've chosen turned out to be just perfect for our family. As for me, the only reason it is a 4-star hotel (and not a 5-star) is its location 3-4 minutes from the beach (not one:))). But it really takes just a few minutes to cross the street and follow a nice shadowy path to the beach. The rooms and the halls are quite new and have a modern design. They are not 35m but they're quite spacious for 2-3 people. Water and soda drinks in the room are included and are provided every day. The safe is free of charge (which is not frequent here), as well as Wi-Fi, which saves you a lot of money. The food is abundant and fresh. There is a wide variety of dishes to every taste including grilled fish and meat, fruit and vegetables. You can also have lunch at the beach. All local drinks are included into the price. The quality is ok, especially that of beer. I can't but thank the personnel starting with receptionists Ibrahim and Ahmet, bar attendant Tugay as well as the cleaning staff especially Nazmiye who were always attentive to our needs and extremely hospitable. The hotel premises are beautiful and properly cared for. There are quite a few palm trees, nice blooming bushes and a lot of space for a rest. The pool is quite large. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel if you want great value for your money. As many people say, this hotel is much better than some 5-star hotels.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Me, my husband and teenage daughter all spent fantastic time. We got a room in block B with spectacular view of mountains. The room was quiet and clean. We enjoyed every second of our rest in Fame Residence - food is great, beach area is very comfortable, always has drinks, places to lie. We were excited about water rides. We also really enjoyed the variety of trees and other plants on the territory, it makes your eyes happy just to sit in the rocking bench and enjoy the garden view. This hotel has so many surprises - some surprise snacks by the pool (always different, but very delicious). Interesting evening activities, dance parties, daytime activities by the pool. I guess even if you travel alone, you will never feel lonely or bored there. I would definitely come back there again!

We just returned from a seven night stay at this hotel. We came on an overnight flight and at 7 am we were already at the hotel. We were given bands and we could go to breakfast. We stayed on the sofas in the lobby until the check-in time (7 hours!). It was tiring. Until we checked in, we couldn't use the wi-fi, in fact we couldn't use the pools because we didn't get towels for the pool. The suitcases were in the hall by the reception desk. Overall, the hotel was very nice, the room we were given was in the main building. It was small but very nice and clean. The service tried very hard to ensure that the guests did not miss anything. They were very helpful. In the room there was a fridge with water and cold drinks, a hair dryer, a set of cosmetics, single-use slippers. The room was very nice. The hotel is located between the mountains and the sea. The views are impressive. In the vicinity of the hotel there are souvenir shops, a pharmacy and a market. Two dogs and cats are running around the hotel, that's great! Nice pool area, there were always free sunbeds. The drinks by the pool were strong. Rocky beach with a fairly steep descent. There is also a bar with drinks and snacks on the beach. Loud music by the pool during the day. The evening entertainment was very cool. In my opinion, there was too much Russian and our Polish music. Seriously Polish discopolo and Russian past hits are bad ... I would like to get to know the culture and music of the country while on vacation in a given country. The hotel staff speaks mainly Russian, but it is possible to communicate. However, the biggest downside to this hotel is the food. Very varied food, fresh and lots of choice but most not tasty or tasteless. For breakfast every day: fries, potatoes, onion rings, tosts made of leftover bread. Weird color ham. The fruits and vegetables were delicious. For lunch and dinner also various variations of meat, fish and potatoes, but these dishes had no taste or were not tasty. Even the pizza wasn't very good. Lots of typical Turkish food. Deep-fried phyllo dough rolls. Dry pasta was served without any sauces, that was strange. The desserts were presented beautifully but they were not tasty. We spoke to other Polish tourists and they also didn't like the food at this hotel either. I saw a few people who ate only fries because they didn't like anything else. Fortunately, until 4 p.m. by the pool the Lady was frying pancakes with cheese on a stone. It was good. Until 6 p.m. the cafe with ice cream and waffles was also open. After a week at this hotel, my stomach hurts. This hotel would be great if we hadn't waited so long for a room and terrible food.
