From the moment we went up the steps to Villa Eva we fell in love with the place. Beautifully decorated with a lovely feeling of serenity inside. You have everything you need - very well equipped. The most amazing shower - waterfall type affair which was fabulous. The outside space is very relaxing and not overlooked. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. Lovely tavernas nearby with authentic Greek food. The lake is a short drive away and the beaches about 20 minutes’ drive - great choice. We had the best week in a very long time and we will be back!

We rent this Villa from 22 to 26 july 2019: Firstly we have appreciated the high standart, the so nice decoration and quality of the Rafaella Villa (one of the Théa VIlla) and the beautiful panoramic view along with the quietness of the situation. All was perfect = 5*. Bravo We fully recommand for those who want a quiet nice place to stay and at about 30mn (car) away from Rethymnon and 1 hour from La Canée.

Πανέμορφες και ολοκαίνουργιες βίλες, φτιαγμένες με γούστο και μεράκι. Όλα βρίσκονται σε πλήρη αρμονία με την ιδιαιτέρους φυσικού κάλους περιοχή της Κρήτης. Αυτό που ξεχωρίζει περισσότερο και δίνει την ιδιαίτερη μαγεία είναι η εγκάρδια φιλοξενία!

Wij verbleven in Villa Raffaela, 1 van de 2 kleinere villas, ruim voldoende voor 2 personen. De villa is recent gebouwd en afgewerkt met kwaliteitsmaterialen. Ook de inrichting is luxueus. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken is aanwezig. De douche is een zeer ruime inloopdouche met een heerlijk volle straal. De ramen zijn allemaal voorzien van vliegenhor. Alhoewel Kournas een 5km landinwaards ligt, heb je toch een groots zeezicht vanop je prive terras. Het prive zwembadje is klein en ondiep. Mooi om naar te kijken en zeer geschikt om in af te koelen, maar echt zwemmen zit er niet in. Wij kwamen pas om 9 uur 's avonds aan en het was dan ook prettig dat de koelkast was voorzien van water, een biertje en zelfs een fles rose wijn. Bovendien kwam de immer enthousiaste Olga ook nog wat vers fruit brengen. Basis produkten zoals koffie, thee, kruiden, vaatwas en wastabletten, ... waren er ook allemaal. Waarschijnlijk achtergelaten door vorige huurders, maar in de meeste gevallen zijn die dan toch verdwenen naar de prive voorraad van de eigenaar of huisbewaarder. Het dorpje Kournas ligt vlakbij, een 10tal minuten te voet, en heeft 3 simpele tavernes. Als je niet graag omhoog stapt na het avondeten, toch maar best even de auto nemen. Het toeristisch populaire Kournas meer ligt op 4km. Daar zijn uiteraard veel meer restaurants te vinden. De mini market in Kournas is wel heel basic. Op minder dan 10 minuten rijden vind je grotere supermarkten in Korvas. Een huurauto is dus best wel aan te raden .
