Our tourist agent arranged everything so that we did not troubled much of anything. *middle of june. The Hotel itself looks nice, we were there with both our children(3 and 4). We get a better room than we expected. Not too far from the sea(10-12 min to walk) private beach, very clean, they do provide transport 3 times per day to and from the sea. The room was clean. We had everything we need in it, but there were several rooms with some difficulties. The meals were tasty enough, even if we do not are used to eat some of the dishes...the ice=cream was delicious!!! All in one it was very good. The staff was kind to us. They speak english and russian. A very beautiful view, a great village, a cool Hotel.
Cosy hotel Friendly stuff Great room and service I woul like to say everyone if they need nice holiday go to Cavros, Creete in Apollo hotel. My family enjoyed in every moment spent in this hotel. Stuff was very kind and friendly for everything we needed
Normal roomsize in this hotel is very small. No place to put your clothes. The room gets therfore quickly in a mess. We tried to have the room changed with no success. Breakfest and dinner is standard or below. Pool area is the the best part of the hotel. When we arrived late in the evening the reseptionist did not find our names. We then first got a very small dirty room. Sand in the bed and a sock under the bed. I will not recomend this hotel to my friends. The best person in the hotel is the activity leader who seem to do a great job with children.
When myself, my wife and two young children arrived we were greeted by the friendly receptionist and asked to wait about an hour for our room, which was ok as we arrived to the hotel at about 10:00. Our room was a good size and clean but the shower was at a strange angle so had to hold the shower head whilst washing, not a big issue !!. There is an issue however with this hotel calling itself an all inclusive hotel: 1. Breakfast VERY minimal choice for everything, no yogurts, jams fresh fruit etc. The cooked stuff looked alright but I never tried it. (Until 10:00). 2. Then a two hour wait for the bar to open which then served a very limited All Inclusive drinks menu, you can have Tea but not coffee !! (very cheap and nasty soft drinks for the kids). Beer OK....ish !! 3, Lunch was terrible every day !! 4. Coffee and cake from 15:00 to 17:00 same crap and dry cake every day!!! 5. Dinner was about the same as lunch !! 6. Inclusive drinks finished at 22:30 sharp !!! So overall the All Inclusive part was a massive let down and us and other guests felt rather rip off by the whole thing. I think the owners should go on holiday themselves and check out the competition !! Having said that we still had a cracking holiday, meeting new people and as the week went on you could see how this Hotel truly is a friendly, family run place with the staff and owners really being very accommodating. If you would have asked me at the beginning of the week I would have given this place 1 Star (or less !!!) but I think it deserves the 3 Stars overall,…
