Brand new hotel, built by the big roundabout at recently constructed Gdów bypass. Nice looking building, with interior very similar to all hotels built in last decade. We booked ourselfes in using booking.com for one night on a saturday. From the moment we arrived we noticed a big and noisy wedding party is going on. So we asked receptionist, if we would hear noise in our room, or maybe it's far enough or soundproof, so we won't be bothered by the wedding. So the receptionists eyes went bigger saying - "you will hear the noises, unfortunately, but we always inform our guests about weddings, so you definitely know about whole thing". Only after a long while she confessed only people booking by the phone are notified about weddings, and if you book online using any available websites - you're left on your own. And so we did hear noises, luckily not that loud, so we could sleep. But the whole situation was very unconvenient, especially when there was nothing we could do, on saturday night, during summer holidays, when all hotels around were fully booked. I call it: disregarding customers. We were never offered any apologies, won't even mention a discount or any form of satisfaction. Apart from that, room was very spacious, and the breakfast quite nice too. Hotel well outside Gdów, surrounded by empty fields.

i enjoyed my stay, the food was very good, the hotel very satisfactory . They should mention the interesting statue of the late pope John Paul the 2nd outside the hotel and its history. However, they have a karge ballroon on the entrance level and the parties they give are very loud and go until morning. Better enquire about it on the day of your planned stay.

Went there for a cup of tea to meet and old friend. heard loads about the place so decided to check myself..I cannot judge the food, as i have not eaten there.. but i have to say.. the place lacks soul... Its very cold and bland... and service is not very attentive.. Some warmer decorations would be nice and a bit of music would not hurt either.. Guy who served us wore a sweater.. which i think is very inappropriate for a 3 star restaurant.. well, for any restaurant really.. Service very slow.. and we waited for someone to come and take our order for ages.. Would no come back.. Shame as this place really has some potential...

We stayed there for three nights early in August 2016. The room is comfortable and the hotel new and very clean. The breakfast is good but not special. Unfortunately there was a big party on the first night and the main air conditioner for the function venue was very noisy until three in the morning and we had to close all the windows with no aircon. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice 3 star hotel! Just outside of Krakow in a good location. We went to Krakow for a concert and book this property last minute. It was 3 of us,we stayed in one room.Nice, clean, modern, comfy beds, clean new bathroom.Staff is very polite. The room comes with breakfast. We were asked at the arrival what time we would like to have brakfast next day. This seemed a little strange,I thought it would be a buffet but I gues thay did not have many guest at that time.We came at 9am we were seated and asked for a coffee or tea.It was just in that time in the restaurant.I thought it will be probably very simple breakfast with no choice.I was so wrong and amazed! They made a buffet on our table just for 3 of us.We had cheese plate, hams, salamis, scrambled eggs,vegetables,3 kinds of bread,jams,buttter...It was delicious! Highly recommended!
