My wife and I decided to away last minute for a weekend near the sea – and needed somewhere we could take our two dogs. We found the Piddle Inn online and decided to book. And we are so glad we did! This is a lovely rural pub and we had a large, clean bedroom and bathroom. And they really... More

We decided to stay here as we wished to meet our son, the pub has an superb location being situated by a small river so there is an outside terrace. I was poorly during the stay and the landlady could not have been more attentive. In fairness the publicans have only just taken over well the last 18 months and... More

My sister and I received a very warm welcome from Arlene and were shown to our super clean spacious rooms. We enjoyed a hearty freshly cooked meal chosen from the varied and reasonably priced menu. The Piddle Inn is a proper pub that does meals and rooms which is a rarity these days. Long may it prosper.

Just had a beautiful Sunday lunch sat in the lovely garden looking over the pretty stream. Lunch was really tasty, catered for vegetarian and a friendly atmosphere. Staying in the area all week and we will definetly go back. Good week day deals for oap's and good choice. Reasonably prices. Dogs really welcome. We were all really impressed.

Stayed for two nights whilst working ,really nice accommodation and staff ,regulars all made us very welcome . We ate in the restaurant both nights as the food is good quality with plenty of choice and staff constantly checking that everything was o.k . It felt like staff were really bothered that everything was to standard . I left feeling... More

Me and my family (including three children) were made very welcome on our 3 visits whilst we were staying in the area. When we had a meal there one evening four of us found the food to be reasonable pub food, but nothing exceptional. Two of the party were disappointed with their meals compared to similar meals in other pubs.... More
