We stayed here for 9 nights 3/9 till 12/9 and stayed in room 314, room needs updating as most of the draws were broken and the bathroom also needs updating. bath can be dangerous for an elderly person as the bottom seems to be grooved and could slip quite easy and hurt themselves. Breakfast was ok and the staff were very nice, pool area at first was quite crowded fist few days so went to the beach,also at night no one seemed to support it shame. Over all not to bad but will not visit again.

Stayed at the windmill from 19/8/2020 for a week booked last minute with jet2 and was a wee bit nervous just before we went due to COVID 19 , there was absolutely no need to be . Hotel was spotless & all staff always wore masks breakfast was great & ran really smoothly as the staff served you your buffet must mention all the staff were very friendly and helpful sorry never got your names , Reception (staff mostly the one female ) was also very friendly & helpful cleaners too . The rooms were modern enough and had everything we needed also very comfy bed . We never stayed in the hotel during the day as the weather was extremely hot & we preferred a slight breeze by the sea which was literally across the road from hotel free sun beds were provided in Kavo restaurant think it has the same owners as the windmill though it was excellent there in the afternoon looking out to sea chilling by the beach has quite a lot of pebbles so would defo suggest you wear something on your feet if going into the sea . We also eat most days in the Granada next to the hotel food service and staff excellent would defo recommend. Will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again next year .Would like to thank all the staff for a great holiday .…

Whilst in Greece We had a boating accident and my partner broke her spine. Jenny and the team all went above and beyond In every possible way to ensure that our stay from then until we finally went home was as comfortable as possible. The cleaner came in every day (instead of 1 in 3 due to covid) when we wanted. The restaurant staff delivered meals to our room, the bar staff catered for our every need and Katerina in reception was there for us throughout and was outstanding, even arranging a wheelchair for us to use. The manager Jenny made it her business to let us know that she was there whenever needed, even giving me her personal phone number just in case. Stayed here for 14 nights from 5 August. Jenny was a wonderful host and all her staff worked their socks off to provide a first class holiday. Greek regulations and protocols placed several difficulties upon everyone but they all remained cheerful, consistently seeking to make your holiday pleasant. Early breakfast was buffet with waitress service. A novel approach that worked for me. You just knew that everything was clean, sanitised and distancing regulations were observed. Sunbeds had been reduced to a safe (socially distanced) level but the new venture of Kavo directly opposite was also made available for sunbathing and relaxation. An additional space that really added to the facilities. Thanks to Elena, Denise, Adele, Jenny, Pan, Niko, Sophia and of course the pool and lawn master Dennis. These are the people I interacted with regularly and they all went above and beyond to make my holiday special. Will certainly go again!…

My wife son and myself stayed here last week of August and to be honest it was fantastic the rooms were clean pool warm plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early breakfast was fantastic and bar prices reasonable also a great selection of snacks. 2 minute walk from an abundance of bars and restaurants and €8 in a taxi to Zante old town. Only let down was the beach as it virtually has none. All staff were pleasant and will definitely return
