First impressions were the place could do with an update.its the only hotel I've gone all inclusive to have to pay for Aircon, it only comes on In The morning and again mid afternoon/tea time. I like the idea they don't allow sunbeds to be saved before 8.a.m. they could also do with a few more sunbeds around the main pool. I asked for a twin bedded room as I don't sleep too well. The room was very basic and looked more like a studio apartment as it had a microwave and kettle. The cupboard doors were grubby and could do with a good clean.the cleaner had only just come out of our room I usually Pactio ma

Stayed at the Diana palace from 9-16 of June with my partner Jess. Having previously been we knew what to expect. This time we chose the superior room which was decorated immaculately. The food was great, the staff amazing. I can’t fault Stathis at the pool bar, always going out of his way, even greeting us in the Welsh language. Nikos is constantly running around constantly busy, Markos at the top bar shows such enthusiasm. The entertainment staff were friendly and enthusiastic, but not overly pushy. This seems to be a hotel that many guests return to year after year. The sun beds do go quite fast so ensure you put towels down by 8am. The area is full of plenty of bars, restaurants etc. We aren’t a party couple but it’s busy enough to keep us entertained. The only minor problem was that even though we paid for air con, it wasn’t cooling the room and seemed to be more than a fan (this wasn’t a problem the previous year). And granted I didn’t inform reception until a few days before departure. All in all great experience, already looking to book again for next year. So until next year YAMAS!!!!

Nice hotel but make sure you take extra money for water ,air conditioning if you want it as it's only free a couple of hours in the morning and evening . Its is a really nice hotel and the food is quite good the restaurant is lovely and clean and tailored for us English people lol not loads of a selection but you could find something to eat and good snacks on a afternoon. The pool is lovely but the pool area could do with a good clean ,as well as the pool toilets . There wasnt enough sunbeds around the main pool and iit was quite a task to find one after 9am ,there is a smaller pool the other side of the hotel by the main road if you dont mind the noise and the traffic ,but as all activities were at the main pool that's where most people prefer to be and as usual you get the selfish buggas who put towels on but dont turn up till 4pm . We didnt like the spirits like vodka, bacardi etc but the beer was ok . There is plenty to do at night ,loads of bars ,restaurants and shops , quite expensive though in the shops I thought for most things , and there is no BEACH so was misled by jet2 there is the sea but you cant do much sunbathing there its down the side of a hotel unless I couldn't find it lol Dont be put off by this review it is a nice hotel but it's not a 4 star more a 3 1/2

We decided last minute to book a short break so looked online and found the Diana Palace Hotel. We booked all inclusive because we didn’t know the area. Upon arrival we were treated very well. Check in was very efficient and we were checked in , unpacked fed and round the pool within half an hour. The restaurant was fantastic, food was fresh and tasty every day. Vast range to choose from for all meals. Staff in all areas of the hotel couldn’t do enough for you. Constantly smiling and saying hello and ‘yamass’ whenever we got a drink from the bar. Entertainment was fabulous, the entertainment team of Sian, Chesney and Maria kept everyone entertained all day. Great range of activities to choose from. 2 pools both with plenty of beds and hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was our first visit but definitely won’t be our last.
