A really lovely find and just a few steps to the beach where the kids can swim in the warm sea. Staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. We had a front and side facing sea view room which had stunning views. George and his 2 kids work so hard running the bar and restaurant. The food and cocktails are always beautiful. Will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone.

Having waited throughout the pandemic to get away, what a joy it was to stay at Kamara Beach. Fantastic location, stunning views right on the beach. Lovely pool area, and bar serving breakfast, snacks etc. A little overpriced for drinks, but that was expected. Spacious rooms, side view balcony overlooking the sea,we were 5 adults and the two bedroom apartment was enough for us all. Spotless rooms, cleaned daily with fresh towels. I would say, we needed more storage. Plenty of hot water for the showers and the kitchen severed as well. Reception staff were always friendly and welcoming throughout and I would definitely return. Wonderful holiday. ❤️

Just returned home from 10 days in argassi after staying at Xenos Kamara Beach. It was amazing! The hotel staff on reception were so lovely and couldn’t do more to help us, Maria was especially helpful and so kind, really made the start of our trip! Our room was great, we had side view of the sea and it was a lovely from our balcony. The rooms are so clean and very comfortable beds, cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries and the lovely ladies even did our washing up!! The pool is so lovely, water is warm and clean and perfect size, my little boy loved it! The sun beds do get taken up but not until later on in the day, Plenty of beds if you go down by late morning. The beach is right down some steps and is so nice, you have to pay £8 euros for 2 beds if you want them which I thought wasn’t too bad, the sea is lovely and warm and clear, we loved it! The hotel is very close to argassi centre with lots of restaurants, bars and shops and in the evening it’s great walking up and has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is so friendly. Would recommend Charlie Chaplins and Zinc for nice places to eat. You can also walk up from the beach along the sea to some seaside restaurants too which were also really good. We had the best time ever and I kept saying how much I loved the hotel, the staff and location was perfect although they only serve food until 6 and the barman isn’t always the happiest. But apart from that a pretty great family holiday destination! We booked a boat trip to see turtles and Keri caves and it was fantastic would also definitely recommend, you can book these at places along the street and pretty good price too! Would return for sure! :)

Another lovely visit to Agassi. Hotel again fantastic. Room with Sea view and lovely balcony cleaned daily by lovely staff. We spent our days on the beach 8 euros charged for 2 sun beds and umbrella. The hotel provide free Sunbeds by the pool and also has an area free of charge to the other side of hotel on grassed area. Food was excellent. We had the fixed breakfast and plenty of choice. Snacks in day also really good and value for money. Lastly but not least thank you to George and his lovely family. Nothing is too much trouble for him although he has so many visitors to accommodate. Lovely cocktails in evenings enjoying fantastic view of Zakynthos.

Great little town and we highly recommend! you stay here! We LOVED this place! We had a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 balcony unit facing the sea! There was a little kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom! The entire facility was clean, inviting, open, simply beautiful! The ladies at the reception desk (One named Marilene, I believe) were super accommodating, welcoming, kind, patient, polite, and warm! There is a bar/restaurant and the gentleman and his children who provide the service were all extremely accommodating, efficient, helpful, friendly. All the employees at Xenos Kamara Beach smile (!!!) and they are willing to help with any questions! There is a beautiful pool and pool deck, and both indoor and outdoor seating, if you'd like a beverage or would like to order food. ( If you would like a chair on the beach, you do need to rent for the day from the neighboring hotel. However, there are many pool-side chairs that are available to all guests.) The location is perfect! Walking distance to everything-shops, restaurants, night life, etc. We rented ATVs one day, and a car, another day. (Rentals are all walking distance.) We ATV'd to a few beaches and Cameo Island. (You may want to reserve ATVs online in advance, as they sell out quickly!) Beautiful accommodation! You won't be disappointed!

10 of us stayed here for a week with 3 rooms. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 2 lots of air con which was €10 euro a day. We had a kitchen area & the bathroom had a bath & shower. The rooms were well equipped. The pool area was spotless too & we never had a problem getting sunbeds. George works incredibly hard looking after the bar, serving & making sure the pool area etc is clean & tidy. We were all very impressed with this hotel & will certainly be booking again.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, been going here for quite a number of years now. After arriving it’s about 10 mins to this paradise location and the welcome you get is wonderful. The accommodation is lovely two bedroom apartments good kitchen facilities very clean and the staff are excellent, never forget you and nothing is a bother. Now what can I say about George, he is a diamond his wit and sense of humour is fantastic , love it, and his wife and family I now regard as friends. Also his food is great anytime of the day , but his cocktails are something else you won’t get a better cocktail in Argassi it’s the proper stuff made by an expert. Hope to see you all soon. 😎💞

Ok, lets start from landing at airport, 15 min journey so really close. the hotel looks lovely from the outside and a warm welcome from the lady on reception all through our week break both ladies were always welcoming and happy to help. We stayed in room 207 overlooking the pool and ocean, could not have been more happy. The room had 2 bedrooms with a massive king size plus bed in one and two singles in the other. the kitchen area was small but had the following, kettle,pots/pans, sandwich toaster and 2 ring hob and all the glasses, plates, cuterly you would need. The air con is an extra charge but you can do this by the week or daily the rooms stay fairly cool if you don't leave the doors open to the balcony so your choice, cost is 10 euros per day. room was cleaned and sheets changed daily which was great. small bathroom but the shower was powerful and did the trick. The pool area is lovely always clean and well looked after, plenty of sun loungers and at a small 1 euro daily charge you can have a padded support the beds are all good solid condition and comfy. also plenty to go round, we did not get many towel layers early doors but by midday most beds were taken but not all. Pool was always clean and warm, quite small but as the hotel is small it caters for all that are around the pool. The breakfast was good, no buffet table service with a choice if you book B&B of around 6 items ranging from cooked to Greek yoghurt fruit and honey. toast and juice and coffee/tea came with every serving. you can purchase more from the breakfast menu but no need to be honest. The meals in the daytime were superb, large portions and good value around 5-8 euros. George the barman was excellent and his staff(kids) were great, he is a character and can be quite dry or may seem a bit off but the guy is there 7 days a week and runs the whole eating drinking thing, just watch what he does and you see why at times he could get annoyed due to ignorant holiday makers. George is great just talk to him no rush, chill and he is brilliant. There are signs around the pool saying you can't bring drinks/food in from outside due to Greek law which is a shame but get it, prices could be a bit lower for snacks etc but it is not crazy prices, coke 2 euro, beer on tap 4 euro, and well known canned/bottled drinks starting from 5 euro. The hotel has no beach sun beds but they are there at a cost, not sure as never used them a lady goes around collecting money. The beach outside the hotel is lovely clear nice waters and warm but walk 100m to the right of the hotel then it becomes a small rubbish tip a real let down to be honest. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, a 5-10 walk to over 90% of them, lots of shops and supermarkets which sell all that you need. try out peppermint restaurant so nice we went 3 times in a week. We were made to feel welcomed and enjoyed the stay, room was superb and location was spot on if you don't want to hire a vehicle. So overall the 15 min transfer and lovely staff and hotel made this a real nice place to stay, thanks kamara beach.

I spent a long time researching hotels prior to our visit. My main points were ocean, pool, laundry and family friendly rooms. About a two weeks prior to our trip we found out a family member was extremely Ill, we were told he would be ok while we were in Zakynthos and not to change our plans. We didn't change our trip dates but were notified two days before check in that he took a turn for the worse and to please get to Patra as soon as we could. When we checked in I explained we may need to leave one or two days early and they said they would work with us. When we got the news to leave we went to spoke with them and the story changed completely. They said we could leave but they weren't required to refund us and to bring it up with booking.com so I did. Booking.com said if the hotel would allow it they would support a refund. The hotel steadfastly refused even though they will re-rent the room and their cancellation policy says we would get 50% back they wouldn't honor that. Needless to say we ate the cost to be with family but it was a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff was so rude handling the situation and the manager wouldn't even speak to us. They refused to even give us an outside line to make a local call. Besides that entire incident we had other problems 1. Laundry is no longer available but they did not remove it from their listing so don't expect to get laundry done. 2.we were told our doors closed too loudly (we weren't in the rooms but the balcony was open so apparently the doors slammed) and the staff decided approaching myself, my husband and my child seperatly to berate us for this was the way to handle it. 3. The pool closes at 7 and there are not pool towels and they will not give you extra towels if you choose to use your room towel. You can buy a towel up the road for 8-12 euro 4. There are no beach chairs at their beach. You can sit at the pool and look at the ocean or spend 8 euro for a chair. 5 the table tennis as mentioned in their listing is no longer available 6.you need to rent a vehicle or hire a taxi if you want to get to any sites or activities. There is a busy street with touristy shops and food but to go tours or visit other places it will cost you between 20_55euro each way There are a few pros The view was stunning from our room, you cannot keep your room fan on if you have the balcony open so no listening to the waves at night unless you don't mind being hot. 2. The cook is very nice his two children help him do everything from serving to cleaning the pool area at night. By our third day he knew our breakfast order. 3. The continental breakfast was actually quite good as it was made to order from a menu of several items. I think we had a hard time seeing the positives with the rudeness of the front desk so we certainly would not recommendm
