After my first review I was finally contacted and they are looking into this matter. By tomorrow I am supposed to hear more about my refund or my booking. So I want to make sure to do good on my previous review . Thank you.

Me and my partner spent 2 weeks here and wouldn't have changed a thing. First walking in, the hotel seemed a little out dated, but besides spending time at the pool, which was cleaned every morning by the way, we spent very little time there so not an issue. We had our rooms cleaned everyday along with clean towels. The staff were incedibly friendly and took the whole holiday experience to the next level. - even made my favourite breakfast for me on our last day & gave me the recipes. Hotel was slap bang in the middle of it all, and were no more than 5 minute from the beach and clubs/bars, but weirdly there was no noise issues with music or loud people. We would highly recommend a visit, so much so we're looking to go back in 2019.

We stayed here for one week in the middle of July. It's right in the centre of the main part of Argassi which is ideal. The shops and restaurants are right on the door step. The room and bathroom were both very clean. We had two single beds pushed together. My boyfriend's bed fell apart one day but the carpenter came out the same day and fixed it. The hotel staff were very friendly and were always there if you needed anything. Nothing was too much hassle. The pool was very good, quiet and relaxing. There is a snack bar where you can get drinks and ice creams which we loved. There is also a radio playing music whilst you're relaxing by the pool. I wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff. You made our holiday very enjoyable and we will be back in the future

We have just returned from our first summer/beach holiday without either of our (now adult and working) children. We booked fairly last minute with Jet2 and had no pre-conceptions. It is nicely located, far enough away from the noisier bars etc but close enough should you want some action and also just a short stroll to the small beach. (This section of coastline is mainly rocky but there are some slithers of sand and the sea remains shallow for a long way out, plus there are excellent busses to nearby Banana Beach, which is beautiful, including the free yellow dedicated Banana beach buses) We found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and in good condition. I was particularly impressed with its thoughtful layout. The rooms are typical of Greek accommodation but we had a veranda, with table and chairs, a fridge and a TV that stayed off all week! I’d describe it as a 3 Star in the U.K. but a 4 Star by Greek standards. In fact, we met up with people who were staying at ‘posher’ hotels but I think we made the better choice from what they said. Quieter, more personal and an all round nicer experience. The lovely chef/pool bar lady was clearly quite put out by a previous review of her breakfasts. Remember, this is a Greek hotel, catering for multiple nationalities and tastes. The basics of cereals, bread, ham and cheese plus fruit and yoghurt were out every morning as was at least one hot option, which was different every day and ranged from boiled eggs, to local sausages served with mushrooms that were absolutely scrummy! Breakfasts were served 07:30-09:30 and I suppose if you were late, you might miss out so don’t be late! LOL Air conditioning was available in the rooms but as we’ve had such a hot summer in the U.K. and our holiday was late in the season, we didn’t bother. We just had the one night that felt really unbearably hot but the hotel layout really helped keep the room as cool as possible. Being on the middle floor, we were quite happy to leave our windows and patio door open but the hotel also offered a safe/locker deposit service should you want it. I wouldn’t hestitate to recommend the hotel if you wanted a nice, family friendly hotel, just off the main strip (300meters at most) but with bars, restaurants and shops all around. We also found a lovely traditional taverna down a back road nearby (10min walk) called Elena funnily enough. Well worth a try for their traditional Greek Lamb dishes!
