We are now returning from our weeks stay at this brilliant hotel Reception/Welcome We arrived at the hotel to a friendly welcome and also a welcome orange juice which was a nice touch. We had to pay for the air conditioning and safe but we were expecting this so it didn't come as a suprise. Rooms The rooms at the hotel are a decent size and have been recently renovated to a good standard. The floor can be slippy when wet so be careful after a shower. The shower is hot and powerful. The air conditioning worked well. The cleanliness was fantastic both in the rooms and in the hotel. Our room was given a thorough clean each day. Never left a review on TA before,but feel this hotel is amazing.we are still here at the moment enjoying our stay. From check in with Nicos , to the smiling cleaning staff who are on the go all day. The pool bar is ideal for lunch, fair prices and amazi g cocktails. A special mention goes to Dennis, our breakfast server and pool bar waiter. He is the hardest working barman I have ever seen, has the greatest sense of humour, especially when he accidentally prodded me with his biro which we have joked about ever since.He really is an asset to this hotel.

What can I say about this family run hotel, from the minute of arrival to departure it was a joy. Nicos the hotel manager could not do enough to help at check in and all the way through our stay. Rooms Having Just had a full refurbishment just before lockdown the rooms are of a very high standard, clean and tidy, nice Shower/toilet. Beds are probably one of the best I’ve slept in on holiday, air conditioning (at a small cost). Only down side is there isn’t much storage, each room has 2 bed side tables which if they were swapped to bed side units with 2 draws this would of made a whole lot off difference ( I’m really nitpicking as there wasn’t anything we could of faulted really) Hotel facilities Spread over 2 floors the rooms have a glass panel balcony to make the most of the…

very good location. very clean hotel. staff couldnt be nicer in all departments. always happy to help and have a chat. only downside, have to pay extra for aircon per day - which works out a little more expensive. this wasnt something i was aware of when booking, so perhaps more an issue with the travel agent, rather than the hotel .

Just got back on Monday after a 9 night stay at this hotel. Location is perfect! Hotel was perfect! Staff were brilliant especially ‘Nana’ at the pool bar. Always happy and dancing. Room in the garden block was spacious and clean. Bathroom very modern. Coffee making facilities, fridge and a tiny tiny safe. Not much storage space and only 5 coat hangers each. But it was fine. We paid extra for the air con and the safe. TV had a few English speaking films on every night if you fancy a night in and want to watch tv. Pool is very big and we could always find a sun-bed at any time of the day. Breakfast was fine. Eggs, sausages, bacon, toast, pastries, fruit, cheese, yoghurt etc etc just needed to be warmer but that’s our preference. The whole hotel is immaculately kept. There are…

Just returned home from a wonderful week with our granddaughters at this fantastic hotel from arriving to departing nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff .The room was brilliant and spacious, maids came in everyday always with a smile on there faces and kept the room spotless. The pool was great and the bar food was really good.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart x P.S we will be back

Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned daily, the food was great. The hotel is surrounded with a lot of amazing restaurants, car/scooter/ATV rentals literally at the front gate, souvenir shops and grocery store. The nearest beach is a 5min walk away or you can take a free bus to Banana beach that picks up 50m from the hotel. Would definitely recommend no matter if you're traveling with family, friends or your S/O.

I had a wonderful and very warm stay in Hotel Papillon for a week! Nice modern & clean rooms, central location, and what I appreciated the most is the top & very personal, excellent service from the hotel staff such as Nicolette, Tasos & Nikos. Nicolette helped me with some local super spots on the basis of my personal preferences. Stassos is an excellent barkeeper and relaxt personality. I liked it therefore a lot! And will come back! And of course because of the natural beauty of this island with azurro blue seawater.

This was my first time to Zante. Had booked Cyprus but was unable to travel there due to their strict Covid procedures for travellers. This hotel popped up on my search and i'm so glad i chose it. The staff were first rate, very polite and helpful and the cleaners were around all the time making sure everything was spotless. I traveled on my own for a quiet break as i have been working throughout lock down and felt perfectly safe here.. The pool is lovely and big but very deep so care is needed..It is only B&B but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from just outside of the hotel..Had a lovely pool view room which was cleaned every day...Loved my stay and will definitely be back if we are able to travel in 2021.

Really lovely hotel in great location, extremely friendly staff and very very clean. Comfy, modern rooms. Would go back! Booked through Jet2 and I think this determines what kind of room you are allocated, but they were accommodating when we requested one not on the ground floor.
