I have been staying at this hotel since October 2020, and have to say it has been my home from home, their ratings do not do it justice in my opinion, and can quite honestly say the service and staff are equivalent to any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are cleaned daily and fully replenished as well, on top of this and having been staying as long as I have, they also do my laundry as well, which is an absolute god send for me and certainly makes my life easier. Honestly give this hotel a try, and I promise you will not be disappointed, if anything you will be pleasantly surprised, and you will definitely get value for your money guaranteed.

I have stayed here on a short and longer term basis and have found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel is not 5 star but for the price you can't beat it. The bedtooms are spacious and comfortable with Aircon, a fan and a fridge. Breakfast is simple but tasty and there are also cafes nearby for other meals. I definitely recommend if you're on a budget!

This Hotel is in a great location near the river. There are lovely cute cafes and restaurants all around. The area is clean and has a French feel to it. Reviews of Dong Hoi don’t give this town justice as there are lots of things to do nearby. Walk from the hotel along the river esplanade or get up early and walk to the dawn fishing boat market. This hotel has views from the large extremely clean rooms. The staff are great and a good a la carte breakfast available. The hotel run tours to the caves which are great and are small personal groups. This is my second time back to this hotel and I will continue to come back. The first time I did by myself and this time I brought a friend. So I’ve done the tours twice now. My friend loved the hotel and wanted to go back.

Stayed for three nights with the wife. Room was a decent size and clean. No Safe but not really a problem. Aircon, big fridge and view from standard double room were good. Breakfast was from a set menu and fine. Hotel was in a good location for the limited shops/bars and restaurants that were in our part of DH. Staff were chatty and helpful. Fridge full of beer and soft drinks in entrance and it was a 'help yourself, settle up later' attitude which was refreshing. Both Dung and the other chap we had dealings with over our stay were very friendly and helped arrange our tour to the caves / transfer to the airport etc. Good value hotel for the price paid.

This small hotel (only 20 rooms) is central but quiet situated and only a short stroll away from a park along the river, the long beach, the neigborhood with restaurants or the big streets with almost everything you need for your daily life, but fortunately (in my opinion) you don’t find many typical souvenir shops. The hotel is modern, very clean, has spacious rooms facing the river and the city. Warm blankets were placed in the wardrobe during the few cold days, since there is no heating in the building. In the large bathroom (shower) you find all amenities for your stay. A fridge, a water heater and bottles of drinking water in the room. Coffee and tea bags, water refill or hot water etc. in the reception area, where you will also get your booked breakfast served, or a drink. But especially when it is beautiful sunshine, one can enjoy from the top floor on the terrace (only one room there) an almost 360o view over the city, but if you like, you can also explore the area on a bike (free). The very friendly, charming owner, but also all staff members give you the warm feeling to be almost part of the family and they are very helpful to answer all questions you have and also help by booking the various tours to the caves (and you feel that they realy love their job). I planned to stay just only one or two days, but extended

Great place to stay. Communication beforehand to arrange a private tour to Vinh Moc tunnels was speedy and helpful. Staff were warm and welcoming and recommended two good local restaurants. We'd booked two nights but due to enforced flight changes could only stay over one night. I'd happily spend more time in Dong Hoi and would stay here again without hesitation

__ Good hotel with a big, clean and comfortable room to sleep one night in our visit to the Paradise cave and their Phong Nha cave. they suggested us some restaurants and let us keep the light within while we were visiting the case and pay later because we were a little bit late to start hour visit to the caves.

I found the staff in this hotel to be extremely helpful and they were the highlight of this experience. In terms of the room itself, it has everything required, if unspectacular. So yeah, a fairly average stay.

Only stayed here for one night on my way to see the caves in Phong Nha. A taxi ride will cost you about $3 (58,000 dong). The room I booked was on the 7th floor and have a very nice view of the surrounding city. The room was clean, the AC worked fine and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good and is heated by an instant heater, so there were no hot water issues. The price I paid included breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The price for the room was worth the service received and I would consider staying here again if I am in the area. One thing to note is that most things close down in this area around 10:30pm, so if you are looking for close by food or activities, you might be out of luck. The only thing I could find were a couple of street vendors selling snacks
