A very decent hotel. Value for money , though the hotel is a bit confusing as couple of floors are below reception Food is ok, staff is bit slow Good view Far from the main mall road . U have to take a taxi, which costs 100 Rs for 1 km

This hotel is located bit away from the hustle of the Gangtok city on the way to Nathula near the flower show and zero point just right next to the Chief minister's residence. Had a wonderful week there loving the mother nature"view". Well organised and the service towards customer was warmly welcomed. Will come with my collegues next time. Manager had very good approach,Mr Pema Called him Mr PG. Had come there for my business meet but felt like home.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in mid Nov 2016 during our 10 days trip to enchanting & lovely Sikkim. The rooms & the bathrooms are very spacious. 24 hours hot water. Reasonably priced. Friendly & courteous staff. Great service of housekeeping. Grand lobby. Good food. Amazing view from the room. I would like to thanks Mr Gyaltsedn,...

Had an awesome stay .....the hotel to be when in Gangtok.....away from town but not that far too...the views are mesmerising and yes the price of the rooms are reasonable and will not disappoint. Definitely will be back .

The hotel is good but it is a little confusing because the 2 and 3 floor are below the reception and the 4and 5 floors are above the reception.The staff is very slow.The hotel is very far from the market.You cannot go walking to the market.

I got it booked through an agent. Hotel is good specially the food.Good 4 star budget hotel and near to mall road. Facilities in the room are clean and breakfast was also is good. Staff is very polite.

We booked this hotel a day before we reached gangtok.Location of the hotel is good,ambience is nice ,rooms are spacious neat and clean.Staff was coperative and friendly.We were told that its 4 star..but it is a 3 star hotel.Would recommend it to others..we really needed a family hotel with spacious rooms beause my niece n nephew are small...n needed a...

Good 4 star budget hotel and near to mall road. Facilities in room are clean and breakfast is good. Staff is very polite and focus on customer service. I stayed for 2 days and was worth staying here. One can also include dinner if any preference otherwise best is with breakfast only.

The hotel is good For Jain food you should meet the chef and then he will surely help you. The room name lotus is really good. Staff are really co-operative. Hotel should change TV. Roti size should be small. I'n breakfast they should get more kind of north Indian food.
