I have to say that the the aparthotel was just what we were looking for, our room was quiet with great views, sufficiently appointed and the bed comfortable. Overall the hotel was great and quiet, the bar area has one of the best views of Los Cristianos and the pool area whilst not big was sufficient and very clean. The staff were quiet and very courteous and made us feel extremely welcome all in all a very good team effort. The whole experience was first class and we would definitely return.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The pool was great, and the staff there was amazing. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Can't wait to revisit sometime :) If you're here for surfing, this is a great place to sleep. Los Cristianos is nicer than Playa de las Américas and you can just take an electric step and be there in 10 minutes.

Great 4 night stay situated in a great location. Situated 5-10 minutes from the sea front. Nice pool area on the roof with sun beds. There is also a bar on the roof. We stayed in a 2 bed room which had a kitchen and balcony. Would recommend staying there.

Fabulous week long stay at the Olivina. Perfect setting with rooftop Bar and Pool particular features and a lovely room overlooking the sea. Staff could not have been more attentive. Plenty of Bars Restaurants and Supermarkets in the locality.

Just returned from 4 nights here. Travelled with partner. Booked a studio - wished we had upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The room was great but not balcony. Comfy bed and good shower. Pool area not massive so sometimes people found it hard to get sun beds. If you are looking for a totally relaxing hotel for adults which is next to the bars and restaurants - this is it! Best thing was the roof top bar - the views were amazing!! Would definitely come back - but wouldn’t bring the kids. It’s too quiet for them … which is why I loved it!

So we visited in November for 10 days in a lovely one bed apartment. The staff are amazing and always happy to help.our apartment was just perfect and have to say a special shout-out to our cleaner ( we were apartment 108) it was lovely coming back around 4pm to an immaculate room! If we had one gripe it would be lack of space around the rooftop pool but we kind of expected that by photos on the website. Wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again and hopefully will be back next November all being well 😊

Klayman Olivina is a little gem, kept beautifully clean inside and out. Our apartment had everything we needed, missing air con though as the weather was so hot. I'd like to mention the two receptionists there every day and especially Ivan who was so helpful. There are small bars and restaurants just opposite but didn't give us any noise concern at all. We were on the 3rd floor at the rear of the building with lovely views to the sea. Anyone with mobility problems it is worth a mention there is a fairly steep hill coming back to the property. Taxi to Playa de las Americas cost around 7 euros which was well worth it for us. Would love to stay again if we return to Los Cristianos!

My husband and I just loved this place. We had a week here. A hidden gem! Staff are excellent. Patricia, on reception, who greeted us on our arrival with a lot of information and detail regarding the hotel's facilities. Our room was very clean and tidy with all facilities, eg, kettle , toaster,fridge, hob ring and multipurpose micowave. Hairdryer in bathroom, a safe.( no charge) The only thing was there was no air conditioning, but we did have a very large free stanning fan. This was brilliant! Rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday when staff have a day off. We had stunning views of the mountains, streets, and some bars. Have to say absolutely beautiful! Bars were not dirty, very clean , and were close to the hotel but not mad! The pool is clean. While we were there, there were no children. Personally, i dont think it would be practical for young children as it is a rooftop pool. Has stunning views. Ideal for sun bathing. Two levels. There is no charge for sun loungers.. You get a towel for the pool with no charge. Just to hand back when finished. Great, a great location. There is also the Solo Bar, on the sMe level as the pool. Happy hour, 3 pm to 5 pm when we were there and the staff so happy. Have to give mention to Arson on the reception . So pleasant and very helpful. Arson is really assest to the hotel. aand The hotel location is a very short walk to the beach. Supermarket 24-hour on corner of the hotel. Bars are across the road, but all noise stops at 12 midnight. Try the Vault. Bar, great live bands! Service food, too! Market in Tuesday and Sunday. Definitely go to see . Also, go see the golden mile. You can walk to it or just taxi €8. …

We have just had 9 nights at Olivina. It was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. All the reception staff were great especially Ivan (I think that was his name) we arrived late as we were delayed and it was nice to see a happy smiling face when we got there. Every single member of the team were amazing from the reception to the bar, lifeguards, housekeeping and the people that maintained the communal areas. It was my birthday while we were there and a bottle of cava with a card was left in our room a lovely touch (again I can’t remember the ladies name from reception that organised this but she was so lovely). The location was great just out of the main town so a little quieter. Views of the mountains from the balcony. The rooftop swimming pool was also lovely and no trouble getting a sun lounger. The view from bar is just beautiful and all the bar staff so genuinely attentive. The rooms themselves had everything we needed and were kept immaculately clean. I just can’t fault this place and we will most definitely be returning. Thank you to every single member of the team at Olivina for making our holiday so special. ❤️ 🙏…
